Easy experience all around. Probably the easiest I’ve ever encountered at a service center.We took delivery of our new Tesla a week ago and made a service appointment to address some minor fit and finish issues. Dropped the car off in the morning; we were able to pick it up after close that same afternoon. They even gave us Uber credits to use for the day since they were out of loaners.

Scheduling was a breeze, staff were up front about expected availability of loaners, plenty of space to relax or get personal work done while waiting for your car. Not that I wanted to work from a commercial business site, but no one noticed during my meetings that I was not in the office! 😄

3/11/21 update.Scheduled (via App) and Confirmed by email a Tesla Mobile Service appointment for 3/11/21 between 0830 and 1230. No show. No updates. No info. I called them. A regional manager called back and explained. All good now. Thank you!November 2019.Fantastic staff at the Tesla Service Center in Virginia Beach. My Tesla had difficulties downloading updates after I got home from vacation back in November 2019. I used the app and scheduled an appointment. We were able to figure out the problem was with my internet service provider who apparently deliberately degrades service in the off-season. My Tesla has been able to download updates after I told my ISP not to degrade service to my house. Saves me a trip to the service center.

I absolutely love my Tesla and because of the fantastic service that was rapid-friendly and detail oriented I enjoy owning a Tesla even more at that could be possible! If you hate taking your car in for service then you need on a Tesla so that when you do need to have a car service youll get fantastic customer service!

Took my car in for glass repair and they noticed another issue during inspection and fixed that under warranty as well. Excellent customer service, well managed and easy to work with. Prompt communication about timeline and repairs throughout the entire service experience from booking appointment to picking up car when complete. They cant really do anything else to make getting your car serviced a more pleasant experience, was very impressed with the process.

The Virginia Beach Tesla Service Center replaced the MCU1, witch totally failed in my 2015 MS. Erick and his staff took special care of replacing and returning my vehicle better than it was. The new MCU1 (refurbished) and all other functions are work the same and some faster than before.

We cannot say enough about the professional Team at VB’s Service Center. We purchased our first Model S over the summer (2020). Although we’ve invested and study TESLA we were such the novice re: many of the intricacies regarding the MCU system, etc. We’ve had three visits to the Center. Each time we experienced a professional team. They are reliable, courteous, knowledgeable, and timely with parts and service. You all have taken great care of our Model S and family.Leslie, we just want to thank you!

Everyone has heard about the Model Y quality issues with panel gaps, paint, etc. I am a first time Tesla owner that purchased the Model Y with some cosmetic defects. The service experience could not have more seamless and easy. First, booking the service appointment to resolve the issues was super convenient, done all via the Tesla app. My service professional and service tech couldnt have been more patient and helpful. Shout out to Leslie and Bryan, you guys ROCK!! Leslie provided daily updates on the status of my car and worked with my schedule to make sure she had a loaner for me. Bryan walked the car with me to understand all the issues and worked hard with the entire Tesla team to make sure it was good as the ones rolling off the factory line. Best car service center experience by far.

It’s a different experience from other brand’s service facilities for sure. The work was completed quickly, I was communicated with about the status a few times a week, and I was provided a loaner. Good people work here from the manager, to the service writers, to the techs.

This place is amazing. I have owned Lexus’s all my life before a Tesla and Tesla’s service is in a league of its own. Text message updates, It felt personalized. I knew what was going on and I always felt in the loop. The guys there were classy and professional. Can’t imagine owning another car besides a Tesla now. I had questions unrelated to my car such as about super chargers and such and they were happy to have conversations with me. Whatever these guys are getting paid, they deserve raises!

Nice place very helpful staff! Stopped in For Virginia car inspection. Currently they can’t do them as they have been open less for six months. They took the time to look up were other people had taken their Tesla’s for inspection. Very helpful and friendly!

Although this service center just opened, it has already displayed excellent customer. I was having my cars computer replaced/upgraded and the customer service representative up front and the buildings` manager were extremely friendly and courteous. They explained in detail upgrade was for and provided me a loaner car until the upgrade was completed. The facility is much smaller than the Richmond service but still great to have on the Southside!

Erick went above and beyond. 2 hours after I submitted my request for service I got a phone call from him telling me it was cold and he didnt want me to be without heat for a week. He gave me a loaner that day. On top of that I threw an unreported paint issue at him that he noted and said he would take care of. I was shocked when I received word on Tuesday that my car was ready to go. It was still 3 days before my scheduled appointment.Upon pickup I met Leslie, who was also nothing but amazing. She could have tossed me my car and called it a day, but we sat chatting for 30 minutes about the car and potential upgrades. I literally left feeling like Id made a new friend. Like for real Id totally hang out with these folks!I purchased a Tesla for the technology, and had zero human interaction until pickup. But its the service Ive received since buying my car that will bring me back to Tesla in the future.I wont be surprised on any level to come back in 5 years and see Erick and Leslie have both moved up the ladder within Tesla. Oh and shout out to the guy who actually did the repair too!
