So different from before COVID 😞 empty shelves didnt have dead sea salts etc (had masks though #1 thing I was out of) but its like that every where almost 😢 but WOW customer service/cashier was AWESOME She asked if I had a coupon I did not (havent received advertisement or coupons from them since I dont remember) they had one to use for me 😄 She saved me almost $20 Ill definitely be back because of them ‼️ She deserves a raise 💖‼️

Almost overbearing service. We felt like we were being followed at one point. Did they switch to commission sales? Because man, it almost felt like they thought we were stealing because they hovered over us for a long time. We had a 20% off entire purchase coupon and weren’t shopping for any particular thing. But it’s like they have severely increased their prices lately because even with the coupon they didn’t seem to be priced well enough. I now see why the other VB location closed.

Bed Bath and Beyond in general I appreciate and like in general but this location seems unorganized and the whole pharmacy part is weird and always a mess.

Wow tonight the manager really is horrible at customer service and her job. It takes 2 minutes to help a customer. She really is unprofessional and doesnt deserve a mangers position. No wonder why nobody can keep or even hold a job because poor management that should be training their employees. Seems like this store has gone downhill steadily. Shelves used to be stocked and store used to be clean. Also employees used to be friendly and welcoming. The pandemic has apparently hit this store hard. Wont be rushing back to this store anytime soon.

Its just a shell of what it used to be. Im sure the Pandemic has had a great influence on that. BEWARE of the clearance section on what you can and cant return!!! They dont tell you at the registers, however they cover their butts by having a quiet sign behind them

As soon as I walked in was greeted with a warm welcome and assisted right a away. Did my order online and had no problems picking up my order.

Very wide selection, however the shelves are not always logically stacked, a lot of products are nearly sold out. But most infuriating was the lack of prices on most products!The staff were helpful, but only if you can find them.The prices are okay, bit only if you have the membership. I did know this at first so now that I have registered I need to go back to get the discount on my purchase.

4 stars because of professional, friendly service associates,Dropped 1 star because of phone # not working when picking up curbside pickup, had to go inside so it kinda defeated the curbside. I still like this store and will go back.

I placed an order on line at about 2:50pm. The website said the order would be ready in 2 hours. By 3:45 pm I received an email stating that my order was ready. I went to pick it up and the young man came out to deliver my juicer to my car within 5 minutes. He was polite and courteous.

Very niche store focusing on home decor. More variety on home items than most other stores, but the prices are higher. This store only has one price checker and many items are not very well labeled or priced. The store is arranged by rooms of a house (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom) so a little common sense can help navigate the layout. There is a personal care section which gives it a more CVS vibe. The employees were friendly but more focused on their tasks. A little out of our way, but has items we would normally not find in our more local stores. Avoids us having to order online. Offers same day pickup as well.

Stopped in to get a king bed joiner. Proud the we walked in picked up exactly what we needed, looked around for quite a while but left with nothing extra.The store was clean, organised, well stocked, and we had several friendly employee interactions.

It was pleasant because I went in an hour before closing time , so it wasnt busy at all ! While checking out , I realized I forgot my 20% off coupon and the cashier said she didnt have an extra one . Then , at the last second , she found a coupon so I got my discount after all !

I love purchasing new items for my home but unfortunately the team that works here never gives me a pleasant experience. Anytime I ask for specific items listed on the website the says my location has it, its always too much trouble for them to check for me. Today specifically Gail was the worst. She looks like a nice elderly woman but she had the worst attitude with with when I asked politely if she could check the availability of an item for me. Her work ethic in the moment portrayed laziness and she was giving me the worst attitude as she was checking me out making faces at me as if I ruined her day.

Building new house. Need everything. Went to buy bedding for 3 bedrooms and they didnt have Mypillow.com stuff. They used to have a whole aisle of it. We left and wont be back. I want value for my money. Keep your politics to yourself Bed Bath and Beyondo.

She coordinated with her manager to go above and BEYOND her duty responsibilities to assist me with a purchase. During our interaction she was operating the incoming calls, maintaining curbside assistance and running around the store to help customers. And, despite the craziness she remained composed and attentive. I truly am GRATEFUL for your service and great attitude during this pandemic. I Always Love These Store

This is my absolute favorite go to store for everything. I can not believe the deals on my favorite shampoos, cosmetics, and even health products. And Im talking named brand items. I get all my bath towels, kitchen towels, and pillows here. In fact I need some new pillows as I text... lol. The sheets, however; are a tad to expensive for me. Its just a great store, and the customer service is great. Just put it this way, when I got married I was not registered anywhere. It was a family event only. But I still got so many gifts from family AND friends that werent even there. Well I had only a few gift receipts that were given just in case. But the items I brought back without receipts, they honored. I was given store credit and I had a ball. I just love this store, plain and simple. 😊👍

Fast friendly service.

It was actually great, I was having a small problem so i asked 1 of the associate and like that someone came to my help and stayed until another customer needed his help but he came right back and checked on me.

We had fantastic help today by an associate named Michael. I was looking for specific items and he knew they didnt have in the store. He went on line and ordered the items for me. I also needed something else and he walked me over to the correct section. He was extremely nice and also knowledgeable of the stock.

Y’all are going out of business anyway but refusing to sell My Pillow will just speed up the process. I bought my first my pillow at BBB but the rest of them, for every bed in the house, I went to the My Pillow website.

Went in here today to get a simple trashcan. It was up a little too high for my reach so i asked an associate for assistance. She insisted she was calling someone to help. I asked another associate and same thing. After waiting over 30 mins for some assistance i ended up leaving and buying elsewhere. Will not be back. Poor customer service

Absolutely love this particular Bed Bath & Beyond. I have never met an unfriendly staff person and they are always ready to stop what they are doing to help you. The store is always clean and well put together. Tonight I had the pleasure of being helped by Gianni at the customer service desk. She went above and beyond to help me get what I was there for. She is certainly an asset to that store.

I love walking around the huge circle and looking at all the new things they have. I can never leave this place without buying something. I do wish that the front curb was a ramp instead. Its not easy getting to the door with a double stroller or a shopping cart when all the handicap spots are full which is the only area with ramps. Employees are very nice and helpful.

The store is very nice and clean. We found what we were looking for which was some nautical curtains, it took a while to get an associate to help. But Ryan came over and ordered the curtains that we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Also received help from Ms Cyndi she was exceptional she even climbed and took down a shower curtain for me that was no longer available. I appreciate all the help and thank you for the great service. We will definitely be returning for more items.

This place has so so much. Always be on the scout for their great coupons. They are everywhere and good deals too! I truly believe my family could get lost and survive just fine in this store on our own. It truly is beyond. I recommend it to anyone that owns, rents or leases a house, condo or apartment.

Saw what I needed online but once I got to store they didnt have what I was looking for.

I was hoping to find a stand up towel rack but like so many business their website offers this but I wasted my time looking through the store. Not once did an employee offer help and the only two I saw looked completely occupied with their cell phones. If I’m going to be directed to an online purchase, then I’ll stick to Amazon.

They had a great selection and the walk around employees were great. One of the cashiers was a little off, when asked to do something for the cashier that was ringing us out, the other said she couldnt leave to go check a price, though she was not doing anything. Which caused the cashier helping us out to leave and check it.. moving us over to the other cashiers table.... I hope that made since. Non the less, we got what we wanted.

The item I purposely went to buy was not on the shelf. An associate checked their system and noted they showed 16 in stock. She looked and while she could not find the item she found someone else to help her locate it. Thankfully the stock was found in the storeroom. She not only helped me, she stocked the item for others. Great customer service!!!

This store has a large selection of drug store items: beauty, makeup, hair supplies, medicines, toothpaste/ brushes in addition to all of the bed and bath items- definitely goes beyondIt is nice that they will order online items which are not stocked at a given location for you free of charge.

I like this a lot. I live in norfolk, but i dont mind the hike. Prices are decent, and if you sign up for the awards membership (its free!) you get great coupons. Staff is always friendly and helpful too.

Walking in, this store is so well executed that you find yourself wanting to buy practically everything. The only drawback - its on the expensive side unless you only shop the aisle end cap sales. Ive come away with some truly amazing finds in the way of sale and clearance purchases. A busy store with at time long check-out lines but well worth the trip.

I didnt end up purchasing this day but I want to say just how helpful one employee was.I had groceries in the truck, warm out, ...so I HAD to HURRY. I knew what I needed and approximately where it was in the store.Wrong.So after checking and not seeing it I saw an employee. Mind you, I KNEW she was on her way to do something. I could tell she was focused. I normally wont bother anyone if theyre busy. But.... milk, eggs, meat...yeah i bothered.She didnt just point to where I could find it.... she escorted me, showed me the diff ones AND showed me a different area where they had out of the box demos for me to compareAwesome!

Bed bath and beyond has definitely changed. Its becoming more of your grocery store for bathroom items and less of your go to place for all things home. I had a VERY hard time finding any short of bedding in a good yellow, and couldnt find any childrens bedding in full/queen. As I was leaving, there were aisles of products displayed in shopping baskets, the shelves of lotions and shampoos was very disorganized, and everything seemed chaotic.

I was in and out dry quickly. The cashier was very fast while communicating with the customers and wearing a smile. I had gone in to get a birthday gift. They have some really great gift ideas and some items you would never think to have to making you home easy to manage. The store os huge and very well stocked.

Found a King comforter WITH a quilt, four pillow cases and a throw pillow for under $50! Hard to do. A King comforter under $89 is a steal and thats normally only the comforter and on sale somewhere.

Still great place to shop. Anything for the kitchen can be found there. Picked up two unique laundry baskets and a toaster oven roasting pan.

I am not a fan of the parking at this location. It was not designed for large vehicles. Checking out is never fun here either, it takes longer than it should. Either they are short on cashiers, or customers are being difficult. I was able to find exactly what I needed...in less than 3 minutes, the rest of the time was spent waiting to check out.

Good variety of products for the home

Last night I had to exchange 6 curtains that I accidently bought the wrong size, and had used 6 coupons on the initial purchase. They were short staffed by the manager was super nice. Made sure the cashier who was doing the exchange got the coupons reprinted for the new curtains. Calm as a cucumber while several customers were getting upset due to being impatient.

Staff very attentiveI was noticed searching for something and directed to it immediatly. Also when wait at checkout got long another register was opened. Nice visit!
