Disappointed to see that ceiling tiles were missing, the floor had cracked+ missing patches of tile, and the outside facelift had not been completed after about a year. There was no sanitizer in the only dispenser near the door. Otherwise, it is clean inside and there is friendly, fast service.

Villa Park, IL store is one of the bigger ones. It has the floor plan with aisles that go up and down where you come in, then side aisles are at an angle. There was a wider variety of products.

They were stocked very well, sometimes you go into Dollar Tree stores and it looks like you missed the Going Out of Business sale.

I love this store in Oakbrook. I wouldve given a 5 star but they didnt have any bags of butter popcorn or real lemon packets.

This dollar tree is the best now that they have changed the settings up of the inside of the store. They have a great Craft Aisle that is full of different things to make. With the stuff only being $ 1.00 you can get a lot of different things to work on and not have to spend a lot of money getting the supplies. If you are a Craft person like I am who likes to make things for others this is the place to go!!

Well a few things I wanted werent available I.e. hydrogen peroxide, milk of magnesia, box of tissues but thats OK because I can usually find everything I want. Great store.

How can a store charging a dollar for everything be so well stocked, have a clean restroom open to the public, and have such a knowledgeable and friendly staff, yet the major grocers cant work it out for what they charge?

The store is always stocked with items that I shop for. The store is also clean. Some of the workes are nice, they will call for another cashier to open an extra register. Some cashiers are not so nice and will complain to the other cashier about having to open another register. Overall, this Dollar Tree is the best in the area when it comes to being spacious, clean and fully stocked.

Great prices on craft supplies

Dollar tree have excellent deals but the customer servise is awful. I went to make an exchange, they ask for the receipt , I didnt have one because I press NO receipt on the pin pad the day I bought the items. First of all why they the option of chosing if you want or not the receipt if they dont have the system to make exchanges without it and secondly they should inform the custumer because the reality is that nobody is reading small letters of policy while the cashier is doing the transaction. And besides of that I make a call to make a few questions about the returning policy because I exchanged a few items a while ago and and the cashier told me you do not need the receipt . The answer to my questions were I cant talk about that right now I am cashiering. What kind of customer service is that??? Where was supervisor??? Other than that everithyng is great...

They always have what I need. Plus more. Its clean. The Lord does not stick to your shoe, the lines are not long. They have more than one cashier. And the cashiers are very Pleasant & interact with the customers. I highly recommend this Dollar Tree

Great Dollar store bought garden gloves, $1, way less than all the other stores and the same type and style. Bought cards 2 for a dollar, wrapping paper $1. Great buy! Great selections!If you havent gone here you are really missing out on the savings. Oh, helium balloons $1.00 also.

Larger selection than most Dollar Trees in the area and it is pretty well maintained and clean.

Place is large and stocked well. Had a lot of nice craft items. Way cheaper than the regular craft stores!! Only complaint, the shopping carts are in need of repair. I found 3 and 3 were broken!! Service was good. Fix the carts please!

As someone who has been a poor highschool student, its exactly what you sign up for. Small name brand portions and large unnamed brands. You really cant complain because its all really a dollar, workers tend to be friendly and its all in all super convenient.P.S. If you play Magic The Gathering, there dollar packs can actually have value in them. I opened a pack last year with a card from New Phyrexia, so they clearly have cards from all over.

One employee, 17 people in line, no social distancing. Left my cart with over 40 items in it and went to Walmart.

Great location,has the new frozen foods section,didnt give it more stars because management cant seem to order enough stock..Hey a little clue...order over the cutoff amount,believe me its gonna pay back in the end,you wont lose money by ordering beyond the limit.

The store is quite big! It was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and available to help you if needed. I will be back.

Great found everything I needed

Terrible service with the tall male manager there. Came to do an even exchange with a receipt of an unopened box of cereal that I bought the day before. Never had an issue returning closed food items with a receipt before but he blatantly lied to me and said that they do not return any food items. That is a lie, I’ve done it many times, always with the receipt and unopened with no issues. Only food item I’ve been told can’t be returned is the bread. He was too lazy to do the exchange. Pathetic . I read their receipt and no where does it say you can’t return food items AND I called another local dollar tree and asked if it can be returned and she said of course yes with a receipt and that the previous manager lied to me.

#1 dollar tree I have been to deserves more than 5 stars I love this store its not always clean I will admit but it has great customer service and the goodies I love.

Everything is a $1 unlike some other $1 stores. My go to place for greeting cards & some seasonal items/decorations for Christmas, Valentines Day, etc. This location sells some frozen items...Floor looked like it couldve used a mop on a few visits there.
