I used the drive up delivery . The young lady that brought my order to the car was dressed nicely: she was friendly and didnt act all put out like you often see. I was pleased with the service and will use that mode of shopping again.

First of all I shop at this Walmart all the time. They usually have my basic home needs. Like toilet paper, milk, and eggs. If you need clothes, they do not have many selections. There shelves are sometimes bare. If you like to shop in the early morning hours, they open at 7 am due to Covid. Also if you go to this store early, they rarely have a register with a person to check you out. I dont like self check out all the time. Sometimes I would like to just put my items up there and they can scan and bag them. In my opinion they should have at least two registers with cashiers open in every Walmart. Especially for elderly people also. I wouldnt want my grandma to have to bag a whole cart of groceries herself. Thats bull.

Having been to Walmart’s throughout Florida, this Walmart was an ultimate embarrassment. When entering the store, I knew that something was wrong. The lighting is super dim, making it feel dark. There is also a huge section in the middle of the store which is empty, which is something I’ve never seen. They also seemed to be out of water, and had high prices on water, something which shocked me.

I had a very bad experience at the deli. I couldnt see the bell or the sign that read rign bell for assistance. (The sign is flat on the counter unless your 6 ft you cant see it). I waited over 10 minutes. I knocked on the counter after a bit. A man stormed out of the back yelling profanity at myself and my boyfriend. I addressed it with the store manager. All she said was Im sorry you had to experience that, will talk to him.

So I understand that people can have bad days, so there is a certain amount of patience I feel we need to hold for people who work retail. I have worked retail before so I know the various demands in the environment. BUT when you have multiple bad experiences you have to cut your losses and choose another store that may have better customer service. It is one thing to forget items during pickup, it is another to have to deal with either A. some rude associates or B. ones who discriminate based on disabilities, so I AM hoping these individuals were just being rude to everyone and not just singling me out because of my disability. I would not recommend you visit this store at all. I try to stop at the others ones, but once in a while I need a quick item but after this experience, the fate has been sealed of me never stopping again because the disrespect I felt has been reported to the district manager because when I called the company customer service directly, they immediately asked if they could record the line, because they were surprised of the behavior I had to witness. I wouldnt want any older family member to endure what I did, so just save yourself the waste of time and choose the walmart in Addison or even a local Target. Maybe if they start losing business, someone might care to look internally and even retrain their employees.

It was good until we start paying,the card reader wasnt working so when I swiped my credit card it wasnt reading correctly, so they send me to customer service where it would take about another 30 minutes and the manager took care of us at another register she was awesome 😊😎

Ordering for delivery from your store is an Absolute NIGHTMARE! 2 days ago my order Delayed without any further update. Canceled it YESTERDAY since you couldnt bother to get a Driver. & SAME THING TODAY?No one in your facility can bother to pick-up a phone? I placed an order for curbside pickup on Sunday. I tried to pick it up last night and pickup was closed even though the store is as open. They should let you know what time the pickup closes to not have you waste time driving over. Then this morning I was notified that my order was cancelled, in less than 48 hours?! The website says the order will be held for 4 days. Thats ridiculous. Im so frustrated. I reordered what I needed and will be sure to pick it up tomorrow, but thats the last of me that Walmart will see for a while. I know they are short staffed but then change your website or let your customers know that your hours and policies have changed.

This was one of my go-to Walmarts because it’s less chaotic and more organized than my other local stores. However, they really let me down with an online order that was shipped to store. My order was tracked and received at the store according to customer service, yet the items were not found when I went to pick them up (showed ready for pickup on my account) and when I called days later to double check, still missing (then showed delayed). My order was time sensitive, what a shame. It took a week and a half to get here from Arizona to only go missing at the store. Also, called multiple departments including the direct store line and nobody would answer until I called grocery pickup.

45 min in line to return an item. I already had filled the refund stuff online. I was told no refund. I bought it online 5 days ago. Receipt and everything. I also bought online for pick up. I waited, called. Nobody picked up. I did other errands and came back hours later. Same story. Went in to get my pick up order and I was told nobody can help me and If a problem call headquarters. So now I need to cancel and order in Addison or Streamwood after hours of this.

Do NOT order food delivery from this store!They consistantly deliver someone elses food to our house (we never order from Walmart).We have tried calling the main number, pickup/delivery, pharmacy, and deli extensions and NO ONE answers the phone. It rings then eventually disconnects. Today was the third mis-delivery and no way to alert them!

Whenever I go there, the store is a disaster and I can never find what Im looking for. At least with the self checkout lanes, you dont have to wait in one line for 40 minutes to check out anymore, but I still much prefer Target.

Dont use their photo service. I placed an order for same day pick up at 10 am and by 4 in the afternoon I still hadnt gotten an email saying it was ready. They didnt answer the phone when I tried to call. Went to the store and the guy behind the counter said they were out of the paper used to print photos and that was it. A total waste of time.

I love coming to this location for my “little bit of everything” shopping trips. There is one lady in particular that I feel NEEDS recognition. Her name is Vasjana(I hope I spelled it correctly, but she goes by Vassi) and this woman is the only employee that I have seen there that actually LOVES her job and greets each and every customer checking out. She really does go above and beyond to make everyone’s shopping experience more pleasant. Promote this lady!

This place is terrible. No longer 24 hours. Literally nobody there appears to be working, management is nonexistent. Former security guard at the door harassed my wife and I, even went as far as following us out of the place yelling profanities. Parking lot is littered with trash, used oil, face masks.

If you are shopping and stocking up on items spend $200-$300 dollars it is difficult to have only one register opened. It did not happen this trip two registers were open. But to be expected to self check which has happened in the past. I will no longer need to shop their stores!

Absolutely absurd! If I could put zero stars I would! Three times I’ve had a Walmart delivery order that never was delivered. I have two young children and I don’t have time or money to waste waiting for an order that’s never delivered. And the worst part is, when I called the store, No one answered. I called over and over and nobody answers. They don’t answer the pick up and delivery, they don’t answer at customer service, eventually the phone just hangs up on you. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I love Walmart, but this Walmart is terrible. You’re better off going somewhere else. I don’t even know how they have any stars.

If you havent been to a Walmart, then youre missing out. Do you like Jerry Springer? Do you like their guests? You might find a few here. That being said. Its Walmart, dont expect great customer service, what you will find are great selection of everything you need at good prices. If you dont mind crowded parking lots and strange people, then come on over.

I was short a bag when I got home. It was a bag with three movies that was not given to me. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered the phone. I live in the city so I had to go back to the store in the suburbs. I went to the store and explain that I was a bag short with the three movies and they did not want to help me out to replace them or give me a refund. I will never go to this place again the people there are so rude.

Impossible to see Walmart sign from highway, until u r on top of it.Employees smoking at front door.Employees on phone at front door.Isles laden with boxes and no one unloading.No manners, employees acted as though the customer was in their way.Produce was outstanding.Blue bench out front needs painting.Some isles in front to check out impossible to get to for bins of chips etc.Had pictures to match comments but did not appear here.

My wife and I ordered a online order to pick up at the store and were told to wait until we received a confirmation that the order was ready for pick up 3 days went by and still no message to pick up our order so we canceled our order and went to the store to rebuy the items when we walked in we see our order just sitting there and a young man asked if we needed help my wife nicely asked the young man why we did t get a message our order was ready the young man rudly smirked and said welcome to Wal-Mart and simply walked away. Rather than cause a issue and become a YouTube video we decided to go about our buisness and not come back to this location which ive been going to fir over 20 years sad

I’ve been here on numerous occasions and have repeatedly found the attitude of employees to be negative, with little to no customer service skills nor the concern or care that would seem fundamental to any level of customer assistance. And that has been at the point of sale, where you are forward facing to the customer and public. In my most recent visit, I used the Scan and Go feature (that you must pay a membership to use) to expedite my visits. After filling my cart with $300 of merchandise and following the procedures, Lashunda in the self checkout proceeded to reluctantly walk over and push several buttons without speaking to me, short of a grunt. What she managed to do was clear out my order and said with an attitude that I would have to scan everything because she “didn’t know before clearing it out.” I don’t expect a mind reader, but I’d at least expect an apology for the inconvenience. That didn’t happen. After rescanning everything, Lashunda sauntered over to do the same thing. This time nothing - not even a grunt. Okay, I get it. You don’t like your job, but either grin and bear it or find a new one. Lots of people hiring - including me, but don’t bother applying. In my disgust for the attitude, I requested of another employee to speak to a manager. One employee said all the managers were on lunch, so there was no one to talk to. Then she walked off and proceeded to do her thing. Upon my insistence, she walked to another employee and directed her to me. When Cynae arrived, I asked if she was a manager. She said she was not but said she was close enough. Um, no. So I again asked if I could speak to a manager. She then said she could handle my request. I again said I wanted to speak to a manager, and after some back and forth, I said I’d like to file a complaint. She said she’d have to find a manager. At that point I said I would just call the store manager. When I asked for their name, she attempted to avoid my question. Again, after explicitly requesting the store manager’s name, she relented and gave it to me (if it’s a real person, I have yet to find out.) Needless to say, this whole experience was a disappointment. The poor attitude and even poorer attempt to handle a customer were a turn off to a future visit. I doubt this review will change anything, but maybe if I insist repeatedly, it will. Customer service is dead here.

Can someone please define the super in Center because it does not matter what time of day or day of the week that I go to Walmart I should be able to have a variety of fresh fruit and stock shelves I went on a Sunday evening at 7 p.m. the fruits and vegetables were on their very last legs I had to immediately come home and cut them up because they were going to spoil so I dont understand whats super about this Center when I cant buy fresh fruits and vegetables and I cant get everything on my list because the shelves are empty unfortunately its the same way at the Walmart in Forest Park as it is at this Walmart on Route 83

Ever since they rearranged this location, visits here have become a waste of time. Employees are no help in finding specific items and I cant even tell if this location still carries the main items I come here to buy. The last two times I came here, I walked out empty handed. I done wasting my time here. Ill stop by the North Ave location when I have the chance, but the time and gas money I will save by not coming to the route 83 location will pay for my Amazon Prime membership.

Decent experience. Staff were not vety friendly and kind of rude. Maybe the gentleman at the register had a bad day or something, but I asked a question regarding a purchase of a product and the response was less than ideal and makes me not want to revisit this location. They also had a hard time removing a security device from the product because it was new and had 4 employees huddled up trying to get the thing off. They ended up cutting it off with scissors. Anyways, this entire encounter took 5-10 minutes, not to mention the 5-10 minutes I waited for the rude employee to come and grab the item behind the counter. Overall, very poor experience at this location.

When items are in stock at the store for delivery, they just place it in a bag and drop the items off wherever. Sometimes Doordash delivers it and the customer isnt notified thats who making the delivery until you get a phone call saying your items are in a plastic bag on the front porch.

Went to a nearby restaurant to order some food to go. My order was to take 30 minutes to complete. So I went into Walmart with shares the parking lot with the restaurant. I had a total of five items and when I made it to the checkout area the self check registers on both ends of the cash registers, the line were through the store. There were three cashiers at registers those lines were also through the store with people that had baskets full of items. So I put my items on a clothing table and left the store without purchasing anything. This is becoming an ongoing and daily routine when it comes to Walmart Im so sad to see this happen. I am a Walmart stockholder and I also worked for Walmart for seven plus years and this is not the type of customer service that Sam Walton David glass and the others that built the company wanted to have.

Workers are very low class, walk right by you or give you attitude when your asking for help. All the young kids are playing on their phones from standing at the door or doing customer count. Im sure its not accurate . I even seen one girl reading a book when she was supposed to checking receipts.
