We love the Villa Park Target. Its clean, well-stocked, and overall an enjoyable shopping experience, and I know employees are better compensated than at other big box stores( I refuse to shop at the big W). Most recently I had the awkward experience of realizing my wallet was at home, and the cashier patiently paused my transaction, and informed her manager, so that when I came rushing back 15 minutes later, the manager jumped to my aid and finished things up with me. I didnt have to track anyone down and was able to get my items (thank her profusely) and carry on with my day.The employees are also genuinely friendly and helpful--shout out to Dave, Gael, Jean and the rest of the crew. See you next week, Im sure!

Well stocked, clean store. Cashier and employees were cheerful and helpful. I love to see people take pride in their work. This is my favorite Target location- even though its technically not the closest one to my house.

They seriously have the best employees working here! I was having a personal issue and 2 employees went out of their way to help me. I couldn’t be more appreciative. The store is always clean and efficient too!

Only giving a 2 star because of the managers.Earlier i left this location after doing a return, the young girl at the service desk was awesome and did the job quickly! Then i asked the young man doing pick ups about an item i was looking for. He answered my question but then a ladys voice came over the walkie saying you know i can see the desk right? then did you not see him or the other young lady helping me? No wonder i keep not seeing some of my favorite employees anymore. Management is so rude to them!

2 times I opted for pick up orders both times the people at the desk say it can take upto 4 hours. So I went and got all the things myself. There’s a reason people choose this option. If they can’t keep up then they shouldn’t offer it. The Glendale heights store has things ready within a half hour. The only reason I have to go to this location is because they have certain things in stock that the store doesn’t sometimes.

This store get an A from me for COVID-19 response. This Target was a little crowded but most people were being responsible and kept their masks on properly and practiced social distancing. There was little wait time at the register and there were team members there to make sure everything went smoothly.

Fast checkout, Friendly Cashier she really went that extra mile in providing Excellent Customer service.

Came in to buy a couple of items and ended buying more things, Walking around is clean and found some nice things. Was not offered help but I didnt need any on this visit. Fast checkout at the self pay register.

Been trying to call the store for about 2 hours and no one picks up. This target location is the worst run. What if it was an emergency and I needed to get a hold of an employee or guest? Pick up you pnone!!! lol

They do not sell music here. The teenage employees also do not know where anything is.

One of the dirtier Targets I have been to. It is also quite small. They have a great selection but it hard to look past the run down building. Definitely should be remodeled.

The Villa Park Target is my all time favorite Target. It is always pristine in cleanliness and the staff is very friendly. I rarely have to wait more than 3 minutes. When they see more than three people in line they make a huge effort to open a new line. And I love the fact that a staff member is always wiping down the carts as they are brought in. I love the new set up they have. Aisles are much easier to move around and the store seems much brighter with the new lighting.

Good selection. Most shoppers still remember the pandemic but the ones that dont are reminded by employees. Very nice to see stores caring about life.

It so simple and fast.. If you have kids and dont want to drag them through the store and cant wait for a shipment I recomond!

My compliments to Helen! I was at Target tonight at 6:30 and found your employee Helen, in the Easter area. Helen made my shopping experience a lot of fun and I spent more then I should have because of Helen. She helped me find what I was looking for and at the same time, she was very informative on what other items I could purchase with Easter around the corner. Also she was a lot of fun to shop with as I kept asking her questions she kept bringing me to the items I was looking for. Long story short, I went to Target for Kraft American Cheese, Well after I met Helen, I spent $110. Target, I hope you recognize Helen as she is an asset to your company.I cant believe its been about six months since Ive shopped at Target, your company was lagging in the customer service area, but here I found Helen. So maybe Ill come back to Target. Thank you Helen!

Faculty is clean, if a bit barren. Employees are scarce and dont offer assistance. Shopping carts at entrance placed very close to exit and obstruct the flow of traffic.

Love the new villa park target. Its beautifully remodeled but lately it seems like theyve been low on stock. Probably due to the current situation of the world but also disappointing. Very limited sizes of clothing and have been it of clorox wipes for quite some time. However this is tending with a lot of other stores in the area.

This store was exceptionally well set up for the coronavirus situation. It was clean and the employees were wearing masks and taking good care of the patrons and the store displays. The cashiers were friendly and kept their stations clean. Excellent experience.

I could not reach a single person on the phone. Store is open until 10:00 pm but apparently no one there is available to answer the phone at 7:15 pm. How can you say you have any customer service?

Organized store/merchandise. VERY friendly employees. However selection of girls clothing continues to be sparse, and getting worse. Endless leggings and tees but nothing like 1-2 years ago (dresses, outfits beyond basics, pajama sets et)

This is the second time that I have been charged twice for an item that I have bought in the last 3 weeks. The first time I caught it before I left the store.. this time I didn’t catch it until I get home. Not sure if the workers are trying to scam us or they are just that careless. Make sure you check your receipts before leaving this store! I wonder how many times they get away with this. Now I have to go back to the store to get my money back.

My Target on Rt 64, North Ave in Villa Park is in the remodel process yet the aisles are clear and the team members are always very nice and helpful. The prices are very competitive .

I recommend going through self checkout I usually do that but it was pretty packed so I went through the regular checking out isles and got $10 robbed the lady began talking to me and distracted me, I later went to the Starbucks in there and got ignored so right at the Starbucks i counted my changed it was suppose to be $57 I only got $47. Im a shy person and i didnt want problems or for them to tell me I was lying so I left -$10 less.

I recently moved to Lombard, and I am quickly loving this Target. Gael made a simple shopping visit into a great experience with his charismatic attitude and overall joy he was radiating towards every customer that came through his line. What a great employee!

Great, clean target with excellent staff

This location is big and they do have a lot of things in stock. The only issue in this location is the employees. Theyre always too busy restocking shelves and in a hurry to finish helping you to get back to their duties. Overall this location is as close as it can get to a super target.

The Associates are always so helpful. I was on lunch hour and was able to find everything needed and check out before my time was up.

A real easy process to get a couple of Christmas presents

I had the worst experience ever yesterday in this target. The security guards take there jobs too serious at this location. From the moment I walked in the store the security guard followed me from aisle to aisle making me feel very uncomfortable. This was a very unpleasant experience for me. I will never shop at this location again. You guys have lost a good customer!!!

The cashier was so nice. She told me to have myself a wonderful day and I could tell she meant it (or at least she looked like she did) :) I wish I could remember her name.

The Target store in Villa Park has slowly become a good store. They added the grocery section which has higher priced groceries than other stores, but gives you an alternative store to run to when you dont feel like dealing with the madness at the Jewel on St Charles Rd. The Target store is clean and has plenty of parking and easy access now that the Ardmore Ave bridge is open.This Target usually has enough cashiers on hand so there are not usually any waiting in lines. The Starbucks inside is relatively new, there are never any waiting there either for a cup of coffee or whatever.

I was not able to get the girls name who was working the service desk around 8pm Friday November 11th, at the villa park location. She was very friendly & SUPER HELPFUL! We had trouble doing my return/exchange but she did not give up & tried what she could to make it work,instead of just telling me No sorry like I have dealt with in the past. Very impressed. THANK YOU!!

I walked past at least 5 store reps on this shopping trip and only one greeted me. Two of them were in electronics in the department I needed help. They were to busy talking to each other then they walked away. I had to walk to another dept to phone for help. I probably wont ever return to this Target.

I go here several times a week. Staff has always been nice & helpful. Groceries have good prices especially with the CartWheel app and my Target Red Card- cheaper than Walmart most of the time when I use these.

The target we visit is always extremely clean and organized.

Prices were very good. Floors needed a good sweeping, but it was sat. Nite. Excusable? Usually go to store in elmhurst. Thats all.

They were fast, had everything exactly as I ordered, and even took me as another customer was finishing because my phone, with the email, was about to die.
