After about 8 months of using their CPAP products I received some new supplies. I opened the box and the supposed new water/humidity tub was obviously used as the bottom and corners were caked with crud. Dont think I can trust that the tubes they send me dont look like this on the inside. What a disappointment... makes it really difficult to trust that my equipment is new, or even clean

I have used this office (Venice, Florida) for years. I have had nothing but fine service. Time for a new CPAP machine in November and I will use them. I also have an oxygen machine from them and no issues on service. So, in spite of some other negative reviews posted, I wanted to say that all my experiences with them have been positive.

I changed my provider and has been five weeks and just got a call today my machine is ready. I called and left a message and so did my insurance. They had poor service when I was in Maryland as well.

Wonderful patient care service! I picked up new mask yesterday in Bradenton, This was special order and I had waited since early April.I have been unable to have full night of therapy since February due to mask issues. New mask came without chin strap which was necessary for me to use new mask. Bradenton did not have strap but Venice did.The proper mask was delivered to me at home today. by Venice staff THANK YOU(Medicare name is Vivian)

Lincare is absolutely the worst company Ive ever dealt with. It has been over three months since my MD ordered a CPAP machine for me and I still havent received it. It took them almost two months to get all the prior medical history for me (which I finally had to get myself and send to them). Theyve had the information for 5 weeks and I still havent received my device. Calls to the corporate office have gone unreturned. I am a RN so I know the system. If you have the option to choose another provider for your respiratory supplies I strongly urge that you do not use Lincare and find another option.
