Awesome Customer Service!I came in to pick-up an online order and I messed up the size of a custom product. Instead of me having to return to the office, score through the website to try and find the right product to reorder, the customer representative found the correct product and instantly started working on the customized product! Much appreciated

Went in to purchase a laptop was totally ignored, several workers walked by and would not look up.we left and will never return .This store is a waste of space,I drove to office max on Beeridge and Tuttle in sarasota where the customer service was outstanding!

When it comes to help finding certain paper, pens, or sell you something. no doubt in my mind that they help.I was in today with Brother printer that is less than a year old, GM would not help what so ever. there are no brother reps to call, no help inside store that can trouble shoot and fix issue.GM response... Should have bought warranty....Nope, we dont call nobodyIm sure that company strives to provide the best customer experience and youre not it. Please rethink your position with Office Depot.Your lack of help deserves no stars.

Unprofessional staff, sold me a printer hp 6455 which is total garbage. only 14 days return. never buy HP printers!

Very disappointed with this store on numerous occasions, Print counter is managed horribly, no proofs sent, overcharged after being quoted a lower price...will travel a longer distance in the future to a professional print shop that does business the right way. I would have given zero stars but it wasnt a option.

10-24-16 @ 1:15 pm - Found the popcorn and boxes I needed, boxes were buy 3 get 1 free. The guy at the checkout even pointed this out to me. After ringing up the sale he then charged me for an extra box anyway. I thought the total was high but I stopped inside the store and saw he had overcharged me. There was no apology from him. I had him refund the amount to my card. I was juggling a huge bag of popcorn, 3 boxes and my special needs child. I think he tried to take advantage of this. I will not be back to this store.
