We were living out of state through the beginning phase of the remodel project, but Phil kept our anxiety to a minimum by scheduling weekly video calls to keep us informed and talked us through what work was to be completed week to week. A detailed project plan was provided and despite the Pandemic, work continued on schedule to ensure project timelines were met.The job site was always clean, and materials picked up after each day.Tailored Interiors kept our desires and goals in mind and went above and beyond expectations to ensure we were happy with the results. We were planning our remodel for 5 years and had many ideas of what we wanted; Lisa and Zachary were so patient with us through the design phase as we bombarded them with our pictures and ideas.The high quality of materials and workmanship were consistently demonstrated by all trades on this project and are to be commended. Their attention to detail was always evident and took priority.As with every project, change occurs, and Lisa and Phil were very responsive, flexible and accommodating to our requests. Don Feuerstein and I had Tailored Interiors do a complete remodel of a condo we purchased. We were very impressed with the design assistance from Lisa, the written schedule they presented with a timeline they kept, the superior work performed by Phil and his team and the finished product was exactly perfect for us.

We hired Lisa Foresteire of Tailored Interiors to decorate our entire home with the challenge to create a casually elegant home that could be enjoyed by four adults ( two adult children) and a dog with very specific ( and different) tastes. She also had the additional challenge of creating storage in a home where there was very little. Lisa and her team created a home that captured everything we asked for and more. The entire team was professional and extremely easy to work with-we felt like family by the time the job was complete.Lisa has an eye for color, functionality and space design that is spot-on. She was able to listen to our wish list for our individual spaces and family rooms and capture exactly the look everyone wanted. I was so impressed to see that she was able to decipher two hours of rambling thoughts and create beautiful designs to present in less than 2 weeks. We felt very much involved in the design process. On rare occasions that we may have not seen her vision, Lisa had a way of carefully (and patiently) explaining the reasoning behind some of her design decisions, but not in a pushy way at all. I must admit that in the end, she was always right. It was obvious to us that her end goal was that we would be completely happy with every aspect of the design.Tasked with designing and building many custom built-in units, they were extremely meticulous with attention to every detail during the design and install. Tailored Interiors was able to complete a 4 bedroom home including and upstairs apartment, complete with custom built-ins,furniture,tile-work,window treatments,lighting and accessories in less than 3 months. They completed the work on schedule and within budget. They turned an empty house into a beautiful home and one that brings us joy every time we walk through the door.Professional, talented, hard-working and ethical is how I would describe the team.
