Had my phone screen repairs by them in March of 2021 against my better judgment. We’re very pushy that I needed a new screen when my touch screen stopped responding. Replaced the screen and had the same problem as soon as the 14 day policy was up and wouldnt fix the issue. Now the lower half of my screen is completely glitched out, went back to see if they would do something about it and once again pushed that it just needs a new screen. Well why would it need a new screen when it was replaced less than a year ago by them? Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Now I’m out 200 and my phone still doesn’t work properly.

DO NOT SHOP HERE OR REPAIR YOUR CELL PHONE. 3 days ago I took my working phone here to have cracks repaired I paid $150 and that same night it completely stop working I was just able to go there today due to work. The owner wont fix it or give me my money back after only 3 days now Im out of $150 and a broke phone, he is a CROOK. I will see him in court.

I bought a screen protector here. The guy confirmed that the fingerprint functionality would still work with this specific protector. He even showed me where the protector had a circle where the fingerprint reader was. The guy installed it for me and the fingerprint didnt work.He said I just needed to press the air out, but he couldnt get that to work either. I even reset all the fingerprints and re-created them and it still couldnt successfully scan them. This is on a $1100 phone so I suspect its as good of a fingerprint scan as you can get.Anyway, the guy just kind of shrugged his shoulders like oh well. They have a sign that says no refunds and honestly I was just too tired to put up a fight. They got my money. The protector went right into the trash =/Maybe theyre good in other areas, but I definitely feel like they failed on a pretty simple request.Edit:They offered to help make things right so I bumped it up to 4 stars. Still disappointed but ya know. Thats life =)

It was my first time in this store. I was very impressive with the service, the service was great 😊 and the customer service was 10/10 I can’t ask for a better service. The price was pretty far. They leave my phone just like new again.

Amazing service. Had an older phone with a dead battery no one else would work on. Phone Repair Bar had it fixed in just a couple days!

No one was at the shop with a sign that said be back in 5 minutes with a phone number attached. No one answered said phone and has me believe that they dont care about customers coming in to get the service they offer. I had been waiting for over a half an hour for someone to return. I do not recommend this place for future buisness.

Best phone place ever!!!!!!! My old Samsung cell phone recently shut off and wouldnt power on anymore. I was just about to head to the store to drop $700+ on a new phone but decided to stop by this shop to see if they could help. Alyssa and Kelly were amazing! They kept my phone for 30 minuets and ran some diagnostics and when I came to pick it up it was working just fine, all points checked out OK and there was no charge for the service! I was shocked and very happy that I could hang onto my phone for a while longer without sinking any money into it or frantically buying a new one. the technician over there was super knowledgeable and I highly recommend them for all diagnostics and repairs!!

I do not like writing negative reviews, you can check my account history...I never write them. But Ive had such a poor experience. I brought my phone in for a new screen and charging port in mid June (it was a 6 month old phone). When I returned a week later to pick up, I was told the screen was unavailable and they had to wait for and since it was disassembled, it would be better to just keep the phone. Ok. I received next to no communication and proceeded to call every 4-5 just for an update...it took them THREE weeks to replace a phone screen. At this point, I was completely without my phone for a month. I use it for my business and rely on it daily running errands with kids. It was very frustrating having ZERO communication regarding this. When I picked it up finally in mid July, it worked and then just died 5 days later. The battery had completely died while it was sitting in the shop for a month. They, thankfully, replaced the battery free of charge, which I appreciate, but it was another 4 days with no phone. It was also returned with dust INSIDE of the camera from the repair, which was frustrating, and the rear facing camera still doesnt function properly after receiving it back... everything is blurry. Now, 2.5 months later, my BRAND NEW charging port from them has died and wont pick up the charge. I spent hundreds of dollars here to have this fixed and it lasted two months. I would not recommend this repair shop.

Mario was so helpful and courteous. He answered all of our questions with great knowledge. Then he had some questions for us. He noticed my daughter was deaf and wanted to learn how to communicate with some of his other deaf customers. We showed him some basics and he was so grateful! You want good customer service with no hassles. This is the place for you! prices are with in reason.you don’t feel as if there trying to take advantage of you for lack of knowledge an all with speedy service not just someone in training that you end up being the unlucky customer who waits hours, for a routine repair that should take 15 mins. Warning to others: 14 day warranty only and will not fix any issues that occur associated with the original problem. My daughters phone came apart so we took it here to be fixed. $170 repair and within a month the phone had popped back out on a corner. They refused to stand behind the repair since they only have a 14 day warranty. The screen then broke from it being popped out from the case and offered to fix screen for $120. No thank you.

My phone came back with a line on the screen and sounded crunchy when you press the touchscreen and they wouldnt fix it. Not only that but I bought a screen protector that wasnt properly installed and fell off by picking up my phone. My phone was never dropped and they wouldnt warranty anything. Bad service.

Rep here is kind of cocky. Took him a minute or two to recognize that I was standing there waiting for service, up until the female who was sitting there had to get his attention since he was too busy chatting with his BUDDYS! That isnt how you run a business, one star until you figure that out.

I got my IPhone screen replaced here, it’s just had minor cracks on the screen but I hate having a cracked screen, immediately after leave I was having issues with parts of my screen not working, like I would try to click on something and the phone just would register it, I plugged in it to charge and the whole screen get distorted, sort of like what it would like like if you put a magnet on a old tv screen, now the phone doesn’t work at all and it’s only been a day since I got it replaced.

IPhone X.I took my phone in with a cracked screen to have it repaired. The replacement screen had a poor display and had slight discoloring. It failed in one week, I took it back to only have to pay again to have it replaced(no warranty blah blah). The second screen failed after one month. Coming here was a $500 mistake.

I had my front and back glass replaced on my phone, it was a little less than 200$. The only issue I have is that the back glass sticks up higher than normal, and doesnt fit as snug into its case anymore.
