This has to do with the online ordering for pickup. I ordered an at home Covid test at 10:30 this morning. At 10:45 I got the confirmation of my order. 11:01 I get a message saying my order has been delayed, no reason given and then at 1:00 I receive another message telling me my order has been canceled, no reason given. When I called the store I was told that they were all out and that the website was wrong. I know there’s a pandemic going on, but they need to get their act together. I ordered from this store because it said they were IN STOCK FOR PICK UP. We need a store we can count in, apparently this is not it, not this time.

I love walgreens but there pharmacy has really gone down hill. The customer service is very lacking , I was in line waiting and the girl told me they were closing and I could come back later. Yeah but no cvs had no problem filling mine .

Pharmacy Staff members are very friendly and professional.

This location has the worst pharmacy in Valdosta. It never has prescriptions in stock and when it does your prescription is not ready at the time specified. Or, you are sent notification to pick up a prescription that doesn’t exists. Customer service is awful and often doesn’t have a clue.

When to buy aspercreme the website said 7.99 with 2 off coupon they said not good in valdosta and it showing plain on website.

Absolute worst pharmacy in Valdosta. They made me pay 2x for a partial payment of pills because they don’t know how to pharmacy.

This store was one if my favorites. It seems to be instability in the staffing. It began its 24 hour service, only to abruptly end it after a very short time. The pharmacy never had the medicine that I needed, one of this techs was rude and unapologetic. Please get them back to the store I loved. Thanks. S/n WillieMae is excellent.

The pharmacy lies about prescriptions not being covered & letting doctors offices know... They never told my doctors office until last that night & I waited until 9pm last night, then found out 😡Definitely wont use this pharmacy again...The other areas of the store are wonderful tho

Pharmacy was slow. I was notified via the Walgreens app that there was a problem with my insurance that they were working to resolve at 11 am. Tried to call to check on it at 6 PM, waited on hold for 8 minutes, and only then did they fix it. I ended up waiting all day for my prescription and another 25 minutes in the drive through. The staff in the drive through was very friendly, despite how busy they were.

This walgreens was very fast at dispensing my prescription. I did not have to wait.

Friendly customer service. Someone is alwys there to help when the checkout line gets 3 or more. I never have a long wait to make my purchase.

The people in pharmacy have a nasty attitude, As soon as I got to the pharmacy to pick the lady walked away with and other people standing their and started fill prescriptions, I patiently and then said excuse me mame... the other lady came from behind and said your going to need to wait I said mame I waited patiently Im the drive thru, and waited patiently as she walked away Im going to be late to work... she said uuugh and came and it asked for my number and I told her mame this isnt my number she said the one you have us... I said mame this is my first time coming here Im from Georgia and said well you did I said mame I will call cooperate Im not going to argue. white lady up front she didnt speak when I entered or existed the building...

Very rude people !!! They won’t help you if you have a coupon. She rolled her eyes won’t ever go back there .

No im not signing up for you stupid walgreens card. Just discount it to begin with for Gods sake. Will not be back.
