Clerk was very sweet and helpful to all the customers. I love their lipstick and its reasonably priced.

This store is always out of stock of every time I come in here. Not the mention that the staff is not friendly at all. I guess I just take the 30 min drive to different location to better service.

The you Lady at the register was so nice to me .Asking me if I needed anything.and was willing to assist me if I did.She also assist me on a discount by asking for my phone number which I was still in the system and my email address.I didnt even realize that.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The manager made me wait 20 minutes to read me a policy that was incorrect (dated from 4 years ago and has since been revised this year). Corporate also did not appreciate that they were misinforming customers.While the associates were very pleasant and helpful to me, the manager acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking her to simply do her job. Safe to say, I’m glad there are two Sally’s stores in Valdosta. I’d rather drive across town than walk into that store again. ☺️

Have everything you need

From the moment I entered the store Venus the manager and her Beauty Advisor, Allison greeted me with a warm smile and were very hospitable throughout my visit in the store; it was like they were welcoming me in their home. Excellent customer service, clean store and knowledgeable of the brands in the store!

I worked here for a short time. The manager was friendly but messy. I wasn’t interested in knowing anything about the other girls unless they told me. She’s a hard worker and nice but she wrongfully fired me. I chose not to sue but I could’ve. She hired me knowing I had a serving job and would start school soon. I quit my job to better fit her schedule and she fired me Becos she didn’t want to hire anymore students because the paperwork for scheduling was too much. She threatened to fire a girl who came in on off days and dedicated everything to that store and she was a single mom and student. That girl left. I came in for hair color. No greeting. Nothing. I didn’t even see a person in there. That’s how you get hundreds of not thousands of dollars stolen. There aren’t cameras! Those girls clearly are in the back probably doing drugs or on the phone or eating. They aren’t cleaning. But if you go to the Sally beauty across town avoid Danielle at all cost unless your pockets are deep. She’ll harass you for your money.

I called this location today May 7th, 2016 and inquired about the SheaMoisture BOGO free sale. I specifically asked the associate if that sale applied to the Jamaican Black Castor oil and the Manuka Honey and Mafura oil collections. She assured me that it did. I informed her that I did not want to drive several miles to that location if the sale did not apply or these products were out of stock, so that is why I called first. I drove all the way to this store and the associate tells me that the sale does not apply to these products. Needless to say, I was furious and will not return to this store. The employees should be better informed.
