Danny and the guys in the shop did an outstanding job getting my truck in and taken care of. Service and quality thereof was above expectations, and the front staff made everything trouble free and easy.The entire experience was made easier and more comfortable by having gone with this shop!

While most of the office employees were extremely friendly, I cant say I had a great experience. I took my car in for basically a paint recall where the paint on essentially every part of my car was peeling. They got the appointment to fix it within 2 weeks which was great. I had asked for quotes on painting the parts of the car that werent covered. Well the quotes were outrageous, but there is nothing they can do about that. So I opted to just have the warranty work done and have the bracket for my front bumper replaced. When I picked up 2 weeks later it was raining and rained for a few days after. When it finally stopped raining and I got a good look at the car, I realized that their was a very large deep scratch about the door handle that wasnt previously there, the bumper bracket hadnt been replaced, also a few small things like white dust all over the car, over spray on the window, white substance on the inside of the window. Well I called and spoke to them and they asked me to bring the car back. So I did. Showed them was questioned if I was sure the scratch wasnt there previously since it was so dirty. They pulled the pictures from before and the scratch had not been there before. I didnt get an Im sorry, I dont know how that could have happened or anything close to that. They did however over to use a paint pen to paint over it. I was promised that would do the job and the paint would even out in a day or 2. (Its now been a week and go figure thats not the case.) And the replaced the bracket they didnt replace to begin with. All in all what bothers me the most is they made a mistake and but a large scrap on my car and didnt own up to it or apologize, nor did they offer to PROPERLY fix it.

Body shop manager has a terrible Im better than you attitude. Was going to have my bumper replaced here. Got a quote and everything. Wont be getting my business after the attitude I witnessed from management. We all put our pants on one leg at a time. Employees were wonderful .. management not so much

This dealership does not communicate when you have a car in the shop. I brought my car in to the collision center with an appointment for a look at it. Bryan personally told me he would give me a call by the end of the day to update me on my car. Did not give me an option to get a rental car before the rental car office closed, and did not communicate this either. Told me at 5:15 to call that office when they were closed at 4:30. A JOKE of a dealership. Will not be bringing my car back here again.

They fixed the fender and tail light fine. However they will take the freedom tops off your Jeep and not put them back on right. They have children working for them.

Both times I have used Valdosta Toyota Collision Center is was due to a covered accident. I can not speak to the cost of their repairs, I can definitely say that this shop is polite, fast, detail oriented and very, very fair. My first time was seamless except for a new employee trying to wash the car with a pressure washer and ended up peeling paint of my front bumper (there were already rock dings/scratches and when the pressure washer hit them it just peeled it worse). The office brought it to my attention (very honest and forthright). They offered to repaint the bumper and I accepted. It looks great! The second time was immediate, quick and the car looked brand new! VTCC is everything you need a collision repair place to be! Do not hesitate to used them!!!
