On day one I went & checked in at the Front Desk, was asked to wait. After 18 minutes of no one inquiring or relaying they may be running behind, I left. I called the next morning to offer another chance to estimate the damage on my vehicle. After speaking with Donna, she responded that, out of sight, out of mind. Never at anytime was I out of site, but clearly I was out of mind. When returning to meet with the owner, his response was unprofessional & told me he would not be able to meet my expectations. My only expectations were & are good or great quality customer service. After a discussion with the owner he chose to turn me away. I will not recommend them, return to them or advise for ANYONE to use Thomas Collison.

Had my car repaired here after an accident many years ago so I decided to stop in today when I was looking for product to fix two large scratches (picture of the deep one attached). The front office staff was extremely friendly and Mike came to pull my car around for the painter to look at right away. After about 20 mins he brought back my car and the scratches were gone! I did not expect that at all and was blown away. Another shop previously quoted me $780 (!!!!) to get that one scratch fixed so I was fully prepared to just fix it myself with some product. Instead Thomas Collision Repair fixed both for less than $100 in about 20 mins! Needless to say Mike got a big hug and I would give 10 stars if I could! Before and after pics speak for themselves - I’ll definitely use no one else should I ever need repair work done again!

Thomas Collision is a wonderful group of individuals. The staff is polite, kind and they take pride in what they do. Jessica is truly a gem for that establishement. You can tell by their spirits that they all have a relationship with JESUS CHRIST. They are honest and they are not trying over charge you on prices. From what I understand, this place is pricey, however, the work they performed on my car was great. The area where the damage occurred looked almost new. They also cleaned up some damage unrelated to the claim for no extra charge. The customer service is very good and they make sure to get you your car by the end of the week, within reason, even if they have to stay late to do the paperwork.

I have nothing but good things to say about this body shop. Lovely and sweet people. My family has taking six cars here after major accidents and they always have done an amazing job. Except the fact where we have taken every single vehicle that they touched back. Its little stuff, nothing major, but this last time I was missing a bolt on a sway bar, basically was not connected and they blamed it on a lift kit that was done perfect over a year ago. (this vehicle was hit). I know I am not the only one whos had to send a vehicle back.They are good people, and do amazing work, they just dont check that work very well before giving your vehicles back.

My vehicle was finished before the expected date. I love how they have the set up with the rental car company so that when people drop their vehicle off they can immediately leave in a rental car because the cars are right at the repair shop. They are very organized and the staff was friendly. The best part about having my vehicle repaired here was that it when it was returned to me it had been completely cleaned- inside and out! I was pleasantly surprised by this. Thank you to the service team and staff!

Just recently had the back bumper replaced due to being rear ended. I dropped my vehicle off before going to work. The bumper was replaced and finished by 5:00 PM the next day. The staff washed my vehicle and it looked brand new when I picked it up. Love James and his customer oriented staff. This place is great. They have extremely friendly service, took care of all insurance paperwork, and then took care of the car rental paperwork. The work didnt take long at all. When I got my car back, the washed it and cleaned the inside as well. It really couldnt ask for anything more. I will not go to anywhere else to get body work done.

The location would be the only tricky part of Thomas Collision. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. Its usually a stressful situation when you have to go to a vehicle repair center but at Thomas Collision the whole process was very smooth and pleasant. If you do get in an accident this should be your first choice in Valdosta.

My insurance company USAA referred me to this place and I’m glad I went with them. The entire process was seemless and was done within a week and I had to get my entire door replaced. Before I picked up my Optima they had it detailed and it looked like it did when I first bought my car. I would recommended to anyone.

I went to get an estimate on repairing the damage the locksmith did to my door when I locked my keys in my car a while back. While I was waiting for the quote, one of the gentlemen that works there came and asked for my keys to take a look at something. He then FIXED MY DOOR right there and told me it was on the house! Went there in hopes of getting an estimate and seeing if they could pull out the part above my back tire since it would sometimes scrape when I drove down bumpy roads. The guy went to the back and got someone to come out, who, from what I could tell, lied to me and said that they dont work with city insurance.Yes, I was fully aware that my vehicle was considered a total loss, but they could have tactfully explained the truth and said that it would be pointless for them to appraise my vehicle since the insurance company only pays for what the vehicle is/was worth, not based upon the worth of the damage (as a different body shop explained to me).They could have also told me that they dont pull out certain parts for free, charge a fee, or something a bit more honest than what they told me.One star for dishonesty and being unwilling to explain fully, whether it with blunt honesty or tactfully, why they were unwilling to appraise my vehicle, even though the first guy had already taken pictures of my vehicle and wrote down information on it.
