I got charged back in June to have the new door in a few weeks but the door was not installed until late in October. Apparently out of stock. Our old door was damaged and distorted and I kept contacting RW to change our order to any in stock door, but RW was not responsive to my texts and emails except only once.The installing technician (Mike) was the best though. Very professional, meticulous, and hard working.

Matt did an incredible work for us all around. Communication was a priority and was consistent, clear and concise. Technical knowledge was superior. Customer service was wonderful. Would recommend these folks 10/10 times.

Ben Hughes performed the yearly maintenance check on our beautiful RW Garage wood doors. He was extremely courteous and friendly. He called ahead to let us know when to expect him and arrived on time. Ben also provided helpful information regarding issues with using LED lights in the garage door opener. He kindly remove the LED lightbulbs we had in place and we replaced them with traditional light bulbs. Thanks again, Ben!

Shout-out to Ben Hughes and the RW Garage Doors team for a fast and efficient installation of our new awesome garage door! They arrived early, did great quality work on the install and cleaned up after themselves, too. They also gave us a quick tutoring session on the new opener prior to splitting which was nice.

We were having issues with one garage door breaking brackets and Ben H. was able to fix it quickly. I mentioned the other garage door was making a strange sound and he identified the motor was near its end (almost 15 years old). I asked if I needed to make another appointment, order parts, etc., half expecting I’d get pushed off another week. Instead of quickly going on his way, he helped me figure out what I wanted and what met our needs the best. Further, he ended up having the EXACT motor in his work truck. He called the store to inform the next customer he would be a little later than he thought, then proceeded to spend the next hour installing the new motor so it’d be ready for my parents’ return. His professionalism and integrity was incredible. In a day and age where it’s hard to find good employees, R&W has a solid service tech in Ben. Buyer BEWARE!! We were given the Bait and Switch by David. After talking to a couple of other garage door businesses, he ASSURED us he could get our door to us within 6 weeks (even when others say it is impossible - his words, paraphrased). It has now been 4 months and no door and no more David. In fact, its impossible to talk to this company. Theres no more direct communication with the staff other than a receptionist who cant help with anything other than transferring calls to voicemail or telling me that when they know something theyll let me know. So disappointing, especially when were trying to sell our home and this deceptive company has delayed the whole process.

Ken was the sales guy that I worked with, he was very helpful. I loved the door that I got for RW. Although there were some things that werent as smooth but the CSRs and everyone in the company is very helpful and made sure everything was alright. I did not expect such customer service from a garage door company, specially from a company that guarantees lowest price. Usually you would get lowest prices or quality services but with RW you get both and it cannot get any better.

Recently had to have my garage door repaired. Repair tech Patrick arrived on schedule with notification 30 minutes earlier so that I would be available for the repair. He was most knowledgeable and walked me through what had to be done and took time to answer my questions. He located the problem and showed me the problem causing the door issue. I later went on line and found that RW was voted best of 2019 in the VV Reporter, with technicians like Patrick I can understand why!

We ordered a new garage door motor and installation. On installation day my wife waited 5 hours and the installer never showed up. They called an hour AFTER the appointment window to say they werent coming.Very lackluster apology and poor service

Dustin was very professional, and efficiently installed the (2) garage doors/ tracks/ motors.5 stars arent relegated because I was led to believe that Id be able to hang my kayaks above the opened door if I selected a 10 radius track. I paid extra for the recommended track, but was still not able to hang the kayaks due to a lack of clearance.

Finding this company to install and maintain my garage door opener was the best thing. I called this morning as my door wouldnt close. Within 20 minutes a repairman was at my door. The installation of my new garage door was great. The new door makes such a difference. I do wish they would have elaborated more on the different types of powered lifts for the garage opener. My dealings with RW Garage Doors were terrible. I came to them to purchase two garage doors. I spent close to $12,000 because I was purchasing one for each of my two houses. We discussed that we wanted black trim with frosted glass. I had even called our salesman Ken to confirm that the order was for the black trim door. A few days after the doors were installed I thought there was something wrong with the color and even discussed it with my son. He agreed with me that the color was more so dark brown than black. I was going to call RW regarding this but we had a tragedy in the family that kept me from doing so. It changed our lifestyles significantly which is why it took me as long as it did to address my issues. However just a few months later I was able to give them a call. I spoke to the salesman Ken who said that he had several customers since then so he could not remember our order. He informed me that the powdered black was more expensive, which was never relayed to me during the ordering process as we were very determined to have a black garage door and even if it was discussed I still would have paid more for the black door. I later talked too the manager Ryan. He stated that the best he could do for me was to give me the black doors for $2500 because I had signed the receipt after the doors were installed which stated they were dark bronze. I informed him that I did sign without reading because I trusted the company. I think they gave me the bronze doors because it was cheaper for them. With all of that said I would never recommend RW Garage Doors. They lie and are so deceitful all to make themselves more money.

RW Garage doors came to my rescue when the springs on my garage door broke. I decided to purchase a package deal and replace my ancient garage door with one with windows and a new opener. The service was fabulous! I love my new door! I highly recommend them!

Let’s see, estimated price was off by 500.00 did not include motor,the installer forgot his drill and left my garage with out a door on it for an hour exposing my belongings to theft.Then double charged for the motor.I was supposed to get a larger seal on the bottom,that wasn’t installed.When I called to get the larger seal installed they gave me a date a week out.I did get them to come out the next day to install the seal after I complained.The seal is pulling the vinyl from the side of the door.so I will have to call again.They did leave a dirty yard sign in my front yard though.I wasn’t going to leave a bad review,but I have gotten ten emails requesting a reviewSo here it is

The tenant in my rental house called me mid-morning and said the spring on the garage door had broken. I had seen the RW Garage Door building but had never used them. I called and they were very professional and friendly. They told me what the cost would be if it was indeed a broken spring and said they said they could dispatch a tech that day. The tech called me a couple of hours later to confirm the repair needed and the cost. I authorized him to proceed and called the office to give them payment information over the phone. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for garage repair/replacement/install. From the moment I made first contact about my issue, I had an appointment within a day. It was found that I needed to replace my opening unit (motor) because the unit I had was so old it was overheating and causing it to not work correctly. The staff was able yo accommodate an immediate install with pretty decent pricing. As a new home owner, cosy is important to me. The price of the install and service received was well worth it! (A little less than 500 for the model I chose). Stephen was my technician the day of the install and he was awesome! Very professional, and went above and beyond to earn my trust in his customer service. I definitely felt like a valued customer vs. Just a number or another job. My only complaint, was initially I was offered a military discount but I could only receive it if I was purchasing multiple items of equipment which seemed inappropriate in my opinion considering I was already purchasing an almost 500 unit. The staff rectified the situation and made things fair which is all i could ask for. The entire staff is very helpful and I will continue my business with them in the future!
