Shirley and Josh gave some of the best customer service ever on Saturday. i just needed a few parts and they went out of their way to help me and explain how to install each piece. They could not have been more helpful! This is the only place to buy doors and garage door parts and installation in northern CA!

I wanted to give a big shout out to Josh for fixing my garage door. He took the time to answer all the questions I had and had sure everything worked perfectly before he left. I am so happy with the service I received and will recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

PICK THESE GUYS OVER SEARS, THEY SELL THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT, BUT WITHOUT SEARS MARKUP. You can always tell the difference with family run businesses. Our garage door was around 30 years old and finally had it. We found Ramirez by calling around to have different estimates. The owner Rudy came to our home, was very polite and thorough. He asked us what we were looking to do, and gave us multiple options. He said he could fix our old door, he showed us a basic door replacement, and also an insulated option. All three options were reasonably priced and Rudy guaranteed the their work.On the day of the install, our installer Nathan backed his truck up to the door, introduced himself and quickly got to work. He was very meticulous and you can tell he not only takes pride in his work, he enjoys what he does. He took his time to make sure the alignment was perfect, and set very nice weather stripping around the door. When he finished, he cleaned up any remaining debris from the install, and verified the door was opening and closing with ease. He asked if we had any questions then made sure we were satisfied. Once he was sure we were satisfied, he placed the company information sticker on the door and collected our payment.Overall I consider this a great local family owned business. I would recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

Excellent job. My garage door stopped working yesterday afternoon. I called Ramirez Doors and they sent someone out first thing this morning. The job was finished within an hour and the door now works perfectly. Not only did the technician fix the immediate problem, he also did extra maintenance (for free) that included readjusting the travel limits and the up/down force, plus he greased and realigned the tracks so the door now works better than ever. Great job, well done. Highly recommended.

Had Ramirez come out for our annual service call and WOW - Jim (and his helper) have that door so quiet I can sneak out of the garage. Have always had Ramirez service our door but it has never run this well before. It actually sounded heavy and old before today but now it is in the best set-up I have ever had. Highly recommend Ramirez for a service call and door go over !!

Cant complain i had nate install my garage door he did an excellent job and only took him literally forty five minutes and i have no problems with my garage door its been six months kudos to him and his boss for hiring him

We own rental properties in the Vacaville area, and my husband insisted that I call Ramirez Garage Doors just as I was about to contact someone listed on CL to address our tenants reported issue of the door opening by itself. I was ready to pay to install a completely new unit and said so off the bat, but instead, Mr. Ramirez suggested we try to reprogram the remotes first, and didnt charge me in case that didnt work!!! He arrived on-time, was knowledgeable and helpful for more than 20 minutes at the property plus didnt charge me!!?? I have had idiot repair people show up and charge $65+ just to give me an overpriced bid for crappy service...but never have I had such a wonderful experience FREE of charge! It takes a special kind of business owner to be so honest and ethical! I would highly recommend supporting Ramirez Overhead Doors - they truly understand customer service! Its too bad I can only rate them as 5 star because when I combine my husbands past experiences along with our most recent service call, this company deserves a 10!!!!
