Never been to a Big Lots store before. The store was clean and well taken care of. The staff was very attentive, when asked for assistance. Prices not as good as expected, but better than other places.

I love this big lots store.It is always clean and the staff is always very helpful and courteous.

Very organized + clean; very easy to go in, get out and get what you need quickly, or not! The sales and prices may suck you in! Almost a 5 star rating but when I asked a short blonde haired woman for help over by the patio furniture she kinda brushed us off, which was dissapointing because we wanted to buy an umbrella. Other than that the people up at the registers & on floor are amazing and so helpful! Joking and laughing, always having a good time and bringing the mood of the store up even more! Shout out to Andrew, Candice and Carisa for helping me with what I needed and helping me sign up for a rewards card! Will be back & will be recommending to my friends!

Clean store some couches blocked a few key isles but good customer service

Great chain. Not a big selection at this location compared to other stores. Big Lots biggest challenge in this particular store is the lack of NOVELTY!!! 5 n dime stuff they became famous for is soooo lost from their !!! Holiday decor and novelty stuff related has been, replaced with too much garden and household items they feel profits them more. Such a shame. In a time when retro stuff is popular with DIY projects this place no longer fulfills their commitment to the creative inexpensive artist in all of US!!!

Big Lots had everything I went there for.

I cant remember her name but she was very helpful in the furniture area. I bought 3 bookshelves to accommodate my mini library.. she also got me a 20% discount being that Im a registered long time customer..

The store seems to be more furniture and decor than big lots of bargins....

A little disappointed..thought it would be an awesome place to get prizes for a baby shower. I didnt see gift bags, cards, gift sets ect.

This store has changed up and its more pleasing when you walk in. It has more furniture and its like a little store.

Cheap prices and products. It is like an off shoot of Walmart or if you remember K-mart. It is like them just smaller and harder to find things, but they have there deals. They ha e a bit of furniture as well as a few groceries to pick from.

Pretty great deals on 90% of items they have in store, at any one time, but I always find something....plus being a Rewards customer I also get some pretty awesome! coupons on my receipts and in email. Worth it!

My favorite place to shop in this area. Solid selection. Almost got 4 stars because I couldn’t buy contraband here but it’s just so good it barely mattered to me!

I am not so sure about Big Lots discounts. I am not saying it does not save you money on anything. That is impossible, however, I think it is like any discount store. It sells cheap (quite different from economical) products for a low price. Now and again it might have a name brand product, sold at a sale price. However, I think one most likely could purchase generic products at regular stores for low prices and every now and again you will find a name brand on sale.

Nice discounts here. Especially on the home furnishings.

Always a good occasional stop for certain bargains. You just have to see whats there...Great for blankets, sheets, holiday decor- especially Christmas. Good collection of discount snacks. Love it when they have Peace Tea at half price. Today I bought some strange Veri organic low-calorie Cola which was absolutely fantastic and some great flattened pretzel crackers with barbecue flavor- great. Also bought some tall black recycling buckets that I needed... $10- pretty much half price.

Absolutely love staff here I had my puppy with me and they all fell in love with him. I spent 120 dollars and had a blast doing it for organizational products u cant beat prices there

Love BIG LOTS even more in 2017 when I was approved for CREDIT!!!!Only to find out 2 days later that my issues Big Lots Credit Card did not work with a basket full of Christmas gifts......WOW what a stab in the heart......So disappointed cuz the reason why was I dont understandWas the Associates response! Hmmmm??

I love big lots. The store has made major improvements in organizing and structure. Prices are fantastic to. Im really impressed.

They needed more workers but the ones that are there all smile and are helpful. Good prices. All kinds of holiday decorations.

They usually have some good deals. When it comes to household items theyre definitely more on the price your side. They have everything from home decor to couches two beds also they have outdoor patio furniture and canopies. This place is hard to get around with a shopping cart and kids because they have so much inventory in this location.

Big Lots-Vacaville has cleaned up nice! Items are better organized, aisles are maneuverable in the furniture area, unloading at check out is less crowded and even the employees seem nicer. Hopefully the store will keep up their new appearance and organization!

I find the occasional good buy here. I never come for anything specific because the products they carry are not consistent. Usually the associates are friendly. Im not a fan of how the store is kept, but discount stores tend to be messy.

Just fine for a low cost retailer. Some reviews are based on the notion the layout and product offerings should be on a Par with Nordstrom.....Sad. They carry quite a bit of the types of items I typically need from day to day at good prices. Shelves are well stocked and the employees helpful.Will save my tears regarding the nit pick details to the Metro Dudes...

We went here specifically for a carpet we found online. They did have the carpet we were looking for. It was good to see that the online stock matched the stock in the store. I wasnt impressed with the quality of the carpet therefore didnt buy it. I have bought curtains that seemed to last. They seem to have a hit and miss quality with home goods things.
