No Customer service skills, even the so called managers need refresher courses. Not only are they rude and uneducated they are unkempt and look like they have slept in their clothes the night before. Im not being mean Im stating facts. If it was just one or two employees I might say they were just having a bad day but its 75-85% of the employees at any given day or time. My opinion..

No one in Automotive to open the locked Automotive light bulb case. I asked an Associate walking by if he worked in Automotive, he replied rather rudely, NO, ask someone in electronics to call someone for you I walked over to electronics, asked the Associate if he could call someone to unlock the Automotive light bulb case. He called 3 separate times. No one ever showed up. Stopped by AutoZone on my way home and bought the Automotive light bulbs I needed.

You know how it is. Needed pants for my son since we randomly went to the river. I ran in. It was easy to find. Store was clean. Cheap prices. I got sweats. They had his size and variety. I was in and out in 10min

Long wait at customer service the last time I was here on a weekend. One customer took VERY long with their transaction. Maybe there should be a separate line for certain things to keep people moving? Simple returns should not take 15 minutes for one customer. A second employee came to help but only after the line was getting long. If someone has multiple things or a complex issue, call someone over to help moving things along.

Very clean and well stocked, I was even surprised by the amount of staff that was available to help customers.

Ive been in a lot of Walmart stores and this is one of the best. Friendly people. Right across the street from Sams Club.

I enjoy shopping at Walmart. Some employees are not always friendly and thats unfortunate. But for the most part a lot of the employees are wonderful.

Different layout to this Walmart than any other Walmart Ive been in but it seemed to work well. All self checkout so can get confusing when youre trying to pay.

Definitely would suggest double checking the foods you buy. Walked by this hummus and almost puked. Only one cashier open when it was super busy, and although she was fantastic and working super hard, waiting about 20+ minutes to check out was not. I talked to a few employees for various reasons and they were all great, so two added stars because of them. Super upbeat, helpful, friendly and nice. Not my usual Walmart, but I was in the area tonight.

I really like this Supercenter its always well stocked and clean inside and out . They just need to keep there pallets of freight out of the shoppers way its an accident waiting to happen and should never be left unattended the pallets that is and there variety of things from clothing to dry goods is very nice .

Walmart is very clean, not crowded, nice Staffing, really good security. Its conveniently located by Sprouts the new grocery store, and the classy outlet stores. Plenty of temporary parking for RVs.

Constantly running out of carts and when you ask they tell you to go out in the parking lot and grab one.They only have one working handicap cart and all the others are broken waiting for parts. Funny thing is a month ago they had 2 and all the others were broken waiting on partsIt really feels like the management is lacking here.

In and out really quick. Found a park. There were other families in the aisle where we were going but by a stroke luck they werent there for the same things. Asked an affiliated associate a quick question, and like a boss, we paid.

Everything was good until, you go to checkout. And if u need ice, the proper thing to do is get it before u go to checkout, but not here. The way its set up with one door staying locked , if you need ice you need to get it after u pay. Or else your cart will lock up. And theyre so short on help, nobody will unlock it for you. Now you have to go get another cart, & swap your groceries into that cart & carefully find a way back to the other side of the checkouts, & stand in a longass line, because theres only 2 lines.open + the self chek. It takes so long that u might as well shop for the week..And get your ice on the way in. Dale B.

The store has friendly staff, but stock runs out frequently of the things I go specifically for. If it happens more than once, itt becomes a pattern. Overall a decent store however

They had what I needed for my road trip (snacks) energy drinks, fruit all for a good price and easy to find. All of the lines were long even self check out bc multiple registers were down.

Normal everyday Wal-Mart. Nothing specialHand sanitizer in front of doors was EMPTY. Carts didnt feel clean but they may have been sanitized??? I cant say 4sure but my handle was grimy to the touch.Blueberry muffins 4pack are to Die for!🍰Strawberry s.cake parfait = super yum 😋

Make sure you Check your Reciept befor leaving. I went to buy one of their prepared fruit bowl items with a price tag printed on each indevidual item, and when I got to the register the item rung up as more then the price on the container (price label was made by Walmart employees not in Factory) the Cashier refused to honor the Label price.

This has the only shade for your car or Rv in the vicinity. They are wishy-washy about overnight parking, as when you talk to one of the managers it will be ok, but when security shows up they disregard any and all previous talks with mamagemt. Selection is somewhat bad as they seem to never stock the shelves.

Always love going to Walmart no matter where it is

I like this smaller super store. I can be in and out faster than hiking in one of the larger mega stores. The self check-outs are simple and fast. The easy to use Walmart app that lets you price check from your phone or find whats in stock and the location of the item is such a great help. Its also nice to never have to interact with an employee which makes for a safer trip for everyone.

This location has changed so many times in the last 3 decades Ive been shopping there and Ive seen it in better shape than it currently is. It is usually worth the drive to Suisun or Dixon to find what Im looking for. Not sure if it is the size, not enough space to stock a lot, or if they are understaffed and merchandise they have isnt getting out on shelves or what but sometimes it is just easier to order from the app and have it delivered to my home because even when the app says the store has something Im looking for 9/10 trips across town to make a purchase and they are all sold out (Ive even pulled up the app while in the store in case it sold before I got there and it says there is 1 left in stock in the store and the store was actually completely out of it)

The lines took forever!!! There was only one cashier working and the line was going half way through the store. I understand the self-checkout is huge but come on. People need their booze.

The Vacaville store is large. We actually visited to pickup an online/store pickup item. Unfortunately, the store pickup where they bring the items to ones vehicle is not quite ready for prime time. No one answers the phone listed in the pickup area. Employees were very apologetic and we dont hold against the staff but upper management can and Should do better.

Today they had all fridge and freezer items roped off, unable to sell it,,just a white rope, no signs, nothing, I saw a lady try reaching or milk when she was rudely yelled at by an employee,,that said it was for her own protection,,So I had her back,,lolWalmart, you should put signs up,,,if your food is contaminated the public should know,Not good business,,,,

Never enough registers open and they never have the shelves stocked. It is clean though. I hate shopping here. Even though it is two blocks away from my apartment, I rather drive to vacaville.

This Walmart needs to be rebuilt the inside of this Walmart has over the years been rearranged alot of times I can date back when this Walmart used to have the aquarium center near the garden area I can date back when this Walmart used to have the fridge section where the woman clothing was The Vacaville Walmart needs to be rebuilt into a two-story WalmartConstantly every time I ask somebody about this particular Walmart personally I get nothing but bad reviewssometimes a large variety of food like eggs milk and certain items aren’t available for stock

Nice campgrounds. Restrooms kept clean on campgrounds and working, but not the ones near the dock and the beach area right now.Nice little beach. Good fishing there. Good size parking area too.I walk my little dog their all of the time. Very peaceful, and kept looking nice. Love it there year round.

Just another day at your local Walmart. Me and my wife use to remodel them nation wide so once you have seen one you have pretty much seen them all.

I had to make a return. What a fiasco! This is 3rd time in last month that I have attempted to do this. Each time, at the Customer Service department, they have only one clerk and a line snaking out of that department. I wasnt short on time, so I joined the line. THIRTY minutes later, I was almost done. The entire time I was in line, there was an employee 30 feet away, sitting on a stool at the exit, saying goodbye to people. Shortly before I left, they were replaced by another employee. This employee asked to see my receipt when I was finally exiting and I almost laughed out loud, but instead said no thank you and left. I had the time to watch A LOT of people leave by now, and had not noticed anyone else asked for a receipt. This seems to be this walmarts idea of how to staff this department, at least some of the time. From a customers standpoint, it not only feels like a lack of caring about the customer, but contemptuous of us as well, not to mention the clerk that has to deal with an endless line of people that have been waiting for a long time for no valid reason. If they can have someone always sitting at door saying goodbye, they can have a second clerk helping out in customer service. Incredible!

If there was zero stars this walmart gets it! Many workers in self check out, non on registers. Shopping for a big family, cart over loaded. Had to scan everything myself, with a baby and an autistic 2 yr old. Leaving us exposed crowds of people longer than needed. Sad to watch the elderly struggle.

Lt allows Walmart shoppers to buy groceries and merchandise online and pickup in their parking lots. Walmart has probably, saved millions of people from catching the Corona virus due to the amount of people that shop at Walmarts and because Walmart had adopted shopping online and pickup outside the store early on while the virus was spreading fast. Great job Walmart! l just wish that the President wouldnt counter your efforts by continuing to hold indoor rallies without the requirement of wearing facemasks! And kudos for your employees for denying store access for the few nonbelievers in your policy requirements to wear facemasks while inside your stores. Ive seen the utube posts!🙂

The layout of the store is lousy it was better before the corridors are too tight it seems like they want you to get to covic. Long lines at the cash . register the employees are nowhere to be found and theyre not that friendly anymore. I dont blame the employees theyre forced into this predicament theyre not friendly because theyre underpaid overworked under staffed. Store prices have steadily climbed. It seems that all the changes been done to fill the pockets of the greedy CEOs. Walmart was a pleasant place to shop not anymore and you cant blame the pandemic after its over with theyll keep the same policy to feed their greed. Its good that they have an online store thats running really well.

This Walmart is horrible!!! No one answers the phone! They close customer service early. They have 8 to 10 people just standing around watching people at self check out, one of those people could be answering phones!! It just so low class to be in a nice area. They need more professional people as leaders. You can nobody cares. They just working for a check. Not to the friendly welcome to Walmart anymore...just so sad. Who are hiring these unprofessional people!!! Who you hire is the face of the place!!!

Quality of service is poor for me. I think their covid precautions are a little lax which is their prerogative. I felt more cautious and sus about with the staff after a friend shared their last experience here.

Only one check stand open when a woman had 2 carts full of groceries. Two people were behind me and I was in line for 40 minutes with no other cashiers opening a register. Several employees walked past the line of people not batting an eyelash. If even at least one other check stand was open it would have brought down the wait time. This is hands down the longest wait line I’ve ever waited in and worse than a Black Friday.
