The day I went here there was a lady who was poor at helping. She didnt like or job or something, or maybe she was just having a bad. Other times I always had good customer service. Good deals, if you can find something on their clearance rack.

Excellent service, I opened the door and asked are you closed, the girl said, 40 seconds. I said, do I have time to grab a size 8 in ____? She went to grab it and I asked for a different pair since it was 50% off and headed to the cash register, mean while my friend liked a hat and said grabb it, Ill pay for it. And we were out in about 5 minutes! That was awesome! Thank you!

They didn’t have the shoes i was looking for but it was nice, they had a lot of variety and had a very clean interior

Terrible customer service. I would be embarrassed if I was this stores manager, district manager and regional. The 1 in Folsom was way better. This one is rude no sales I went to Ross and bought the same pair of chucks i was looking at at the tune of 50.00 bought the same onesfor 20.00 and the Ross store bough 3 pair all together costing me a little over 68.00. You do the math. 1 pair from terrible customer service for 50 or 3pair for 68.

Really nice setup and display, they have every type of converse you want for any age....infants to the classic adult. Staff on hand is very friendly and helpful.!

Very rude staff. Didnt offer to help. And when I asked for help, they claimed there is nothing they could do. Very disappointed.

Not so much models, not so much colors, staff overbooked... But they have shoes and decent sales... Pass by if you want some and are around but dont drive here only for this store.

Just so you know they have never discount on old school supplies. I went their on Black Friday and other holidays they had discounts on other stuff but not old schools. Thanks

Good deals for multiple pairs of shoes.

Was through here a few months ago and they had a half dozen pairs of the old Varvatos Converse All Stars for $60 each - to me it was like winning the lottery - saw lots of selection of unique converse designs - this is Not like all the other converse outlets - and I have my favorite sneakers f all time at 70% off

Had a present experience here wife was asking about a certain shoe and the worker took the time to go in the back and look for what she wanted

The music was a little loud but the store is great! We found so many styles and colors that arent offered in our local stores.
