Jay is THE MAN when asking for help to learn how to use a new product. He knows his stuff!! Hes also very patient, thank you again Jay for that. And polite, respectful, and very funny too. I will be back, Best Buy, and will ask for Jay again. If hes not available, I will hope the other employees will give the same customer service and support, or at least come close.

Walked in with my grandparents and my husband and my son in a stroller and they definitely kept their eyes on us. We went in for a vacuum and the guy helping us literally stayed near us the entire time. Its like they assumed us and our 80 year old grandparents were going to run out of the store or something.

All employees here are nice and kind, they always show a smile while helping you, especially if youre into gaming, and computers, they know what they are talking about when it comes with computer parts, very helpful staff and never afraid to ask you if youre doing alright or if youre looking for something.

The guys in the front of the store were so friendly and welcoming, I will go back to this Best Buy just for this reason. Its a rare thing to receive great customer service!The cashier girl/ lady was not so nice.. she was quiet rude to be honest.. after ringing up, she turned her back and said your receipt was emailed to you and didnt offer to give a paper receipt.Good thing I didnt need it..

Hmmm....I do like Best Buy, their staff is super helpful. But, I can usually get an item that is quite a bit cheaper at another store. However, whenever I buy a new laptop ( I have bought 5 of them), I always buy them here during one of their sales!! And, I always buy their one year program, where you can bring up to three devices during the year, if they need to be looked at...

I like this Best Buy a lot. My old home store In Fairfield was really nice but this one just feels a bit better. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, and other than some restocking issues(items sitting in the same place for weeks if they dont sell, nothing seems to get shuffled or updated) I dont have any issue with this store.

These guys have been wonderful! We bought our fridge, washer, dryer, and deep freezer from them. Theyre very helpful and have some good prices! I cant remember the young ladys name who helped us each time but shes amazing. The employees are very helpful. I would definitely recommend going here for your appliance needs!

I go to Best Buy to see what they have on sale or the different deals. They have good sales on the big ticket items. The employees here are always super nice and always ask if I need help with anything. The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because they never have a good selection of tv series here. Maybe it’s Best Buy in general. I’m a millennial that likes to buy things in brick and mortar stores not online.

Dustin (manager) was the most disrespectful associate ever for all the times I have been to Best Buy. I have purchased literally thousands of dollars here and the disrespect we had today was shocking. I went with my friend to exchange a TV (for the 5th time) that was brand new and every one had issues. Tried different brands and I dont know if its just bad luck but in the end, it’s not the customers fault for faulty TVs. This Dustin “customer service” rep tells my friend that he’s tired of helping her with this situation and told her “this is the last time, don’t come back and ask for anything again”. We simply just wanted a working TV and not having to come back (since September) for exchanges. Even if it is not possible to do another exchange or whatever reason, gives no Best Buy employee the right to be a disrespectful human being, especially a so called “manager”. I no longer will be going to Vacaville for Best Buy, I’d rather drive 3 hours in the opposite direction to get better service from respectful associates. Have a blessed day everyone! Don’t let rude people win!

Ordered Stereo and all the other stuff to install in my 2010 Mini Cooper, scheduled installation at Best Buy in Fairfield because Vacaville doesnt do it. Installation was scheduled over a month out so I waited and waited. Showed up on my scheduled appointment day and they said they could not install the stereo because they have had problems getting it to work with my system. Thanks for making me wait, anticipate, and then be let down. Didnt even try to call me!! Poor service!!!

Intention was to purchase a webcam, printer, and potentially Microsoft Duo if I liked it.No webcams to purchase, printer I wanted only was available if I purchased the $50 add on gray case, and no Microsoft Duo to sample.No associates approached to offer assistance, and only when I asked for help did they confirm they were out of stock. Ordered a dishwasher for curbside pickup but the email link just opened the bestbuy website with no way to notify the store that we were on our way, nor that we were there. We tried to call but sat on hold for 20 minutes while en route. When we arrived there were several employees standing around chatting (we were still on hold). They did load up our washer reasonably quickly but when we got home and unwrapped it, we discovered it was badly damaged. Not sure how it they could have damaged it through so much packaging without knowing. Contact free pickup fail. Customer service nonexistent. Product damaged. Now I will need to incur additional cost and inconvenience to return this.

This trip to Best Buy was perfect.I found a mini usb cable using the best buy app. It said it was in stock in Vacaville. I found the cable actually in the store like the app said, which is hit and miss with Best Buy.There was no line, so I followed the arrows all the way to the front. There were three people working registers so I only waited a split second to be helped.I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Ashley was wonderful. We bought 2 new phones. We know a little about using them. She set them up for us. Then answered all of our questions. Luckily it was a slow day in the store, she was able to spend several hours with us. When we left, we felt that we would be able to use the phones without any problems. I got a phone from them (Note20 Ultra 5G). The phone made a rattling sound & broughtit in there person said it seems to be a common thing on Google..said it was the camera & said I had till the 29th to return it & there own website said the same. So I ended up taking it back the 29th they said it was a day to late I ended up calling the 888 number one their website from my account & they said they could take it that day & to call a manager so they could help.. they didnt at all & said there was nothing they could do at all I spent all day trying to return it then had to call my carrier to help the manager was called out so they could help on there end if needed seeing they said it was definitely returnable that day..no manager came out so everyone from there company said they could do it looking up on my account as we as my carrier they tried telling me I was just out the money....I still seem to be out my trade in but thats to my carrier I got it off my bill as well was able to give the phone back... bad customer service the manager said with my carrier on the line they can say anything like we sell cheese burgers but doesnt mean we do wow so Best buys oun 888 number & the carrier that they sold the phone for both said they could just unwilling

I had an appointment at 12 pm today. Was instantly greeted and checked in by the front end employee. Very kind and helpful. Greek squad agent came out and he didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Took a while for him to access my information. Then he told me I needed to prove I had apple care. I asked him how can I do that? He told me to call apple. (15 minutes have passed) so I look up the apple care number while he goes in the back. Call apple care I finally get on the line after 8 minutes. They were able to give me the proof, but while I was on hold at 12:30 another employee who was just sitting at the computer told me I had to wait outside because they could only help one customer at a time. So I went outside and got the code from the apple representative. I went back and the same lady who told me to wait outside told me she had to reschedule my appointment for another day (at this point it’s 12:35 pm) I explained I drove an hour to get here I crossed a bridge and she said she can’t help me. I asked her to please see what she could do to help me but she refused she didn’t even try she just said there’s nothing she can do. She can check my phone in but she wouldn’t know when it would be done tomorrow or if it would be done tomorrow. I understand that appointments are crammed, but she could of tried to help me could of called another store could of offered another solution instead she was so rude her attitude was so shocking. I just don’t understand why she works at Best Buy. I hope she was just having a bad day and no one else has to experience what I went through with her.
