Called to check the status of my order. According to their website if u order before 6pm youll get it the same day. I called the store 20 minutes before they closed since my order still hadnt arrived and was told the might not have pulled the order i was put on hold multiple times while the looked for it. Extremely disorganized and horrible customer service. I never received my order and i still dont know what happened. The manager who helped was Alex who stated that if it never shows then eventually my money will go back on my card usually within 3 days. No one seemed concerned that my money was taken initially without anyone actually processing my order. Do yourself a favor and go to home goods or use Amazon

Used to be a nice place to shop. Bed sheets limited...Used to be much more selection. Inflated prices overall for merchandise...terrible bed set selection....Used to be better. Left empty handed and disappointed. Found exactly what I wanted on Amazon for literally a fraction of what it would have costed if found and purchased at bed bath and beyond. I see them going put of business in the near future

I went in store for an exchange, I ordered an item online and received the wrong thing. I was assisted by Tony, Michael, and Page, they were all very kind and helpful. Absolutely positive experience, thank you, will definitely continue shopping at the Vacaville store.

Employees werent nice. There were 4 of them at the front, the line to checkout was at least 10 people long. Only 1 to 2 people were helping guests at a time. We were not acknowledged or thanked for a really frustrating wait. The cashier gave me wrong change and when I told her she said okay then radioed for a manager. I was not going to wait any longer, so I left. There was a managerial lady who was loud and abrasive and frequently screamed across the store.There were a lot of damaged/cracked/fraying product...still outrageously priced. I would be horrified if I had any sense of pride and worked there.It was hot inside, no music, unpleasant shopping environment. How has this place stayed in business this long?

🙂 I love this store it has a very good variety of items. They also have a section of items that was advertised on TV. You actually get to hold and look at these items instead of ordering from TV. The staff is very courteous and helpful, knowledgeable about products that are available in the store. Store is very clean and cluttered free, also has air conditioning. That helps with keeping customers nice and cool. 🤗 Very Happy to have a store like this in Vacaville. 😃 Keep up the very good work

All the employees are super attentive. Travis was really kind and helpful. I was shopping for a wedding gift using the couples registry, and the store didnt have the particular color in stock for the item. Travis told me that I could order it and have it shipped to the couple for free. When it came time to check out I realized I forgot my card at home. Travis was really kind and patient as I drove home to get my card number and let me call over the phone to finish processing the payment. Im very grateful for the great experience!

Went in for a cutting board and came out with 255 dollars worth of great quality stuff for the house. Love the variety of household goods and the cashier was super friendly and helpful, she tried her best to get us a great deal and discounts on our stuff.

New Ad came out, they didnt have the products. Asked, and young man said, yeah someone already asked about that today. They have it 40 minutes away or 2.5 hours away. He also barely motioned to where stuff might be. What a waste when we were excited to add to our Christmas decorations.

This location looks terrible. I worked at this location about 10 years ago. This store is a shadow of what it used to be. Cluttered, unorganized and nothing stocked. Merchandise is old and dated. The Store is dingy, and everything is dusty. The cashier however was extremely curious and professional Too bad her talent is being wasted. So sad to see a once thriving company in its death throws..

I had ordered something from them on line and it was broken when I received it. Person waiting on me at the store was awesome. There was no problems and everything went smoothly getting my refund for it. Also, it just so happened you had my decaf coffee on sale which I was in need of very badly. Was able to return my item buy my coffee and was smooth sailing for the whole transactions. I do really like Vacaville Bed Bath & Beyond

I have never had a bad experience here. Always friendly. Today, however was not so good.I had a $12 gift card. I slid it and it declined. The cashier stood there looking at me and shrugged her shoulders. Everyone knows you have to run them a certain way, she was not even going to try. Just said doesnt work. Poor customer service with her.

Good variety and prices arent to bad if you use your 20% off coupon you can sign up for. You get one about once a month.

I have enjoyed shopping here;however, my last experience left bad taste. I was with my son and they followed us around and kept watching my son. Has a very good selection of household brands and items with good prices. There are always coupons being sent out so dont go there unless you have a coupon with you. They have a $29 a year program that gives you 20% off all your purchases, with some exclusions, and in addition if ordering online free shipping. I had to register online via my phone, which was awkward due to the slow internet in the area. Go for it if you spend more than $145 a year there.

Went for a knee pillow. Had an expired coupon (my mistake as I picked up the wrong one) and the cashier accepted it anyway! Great customer service!

I dont usually take the time to review a retailer; I had a great above and beyond service today. Ammar(could be misspelled) was helping us. He asked if we found everything we needed and we couldnt find a clock that was on display. He offered to have it shipped to our house for no additional cost and even gave us 20% off for it not being in stock. He walked up a ladder to really ensure all the item codes matched up. He was fast efficient and really helpful. I hope he sees this. Superior service!

Its a good place but service was scarce. When i had a question i couldnt find a person to ask. So i had to ask a cashier all the way to the front for assistance.

When we first walked in the door we were overtaken by this smell. It was a perfume type smell. At first we thought maybe some product had been spilled in that area of the store. But as we went to different areas of the store, the smell did not go away. We had to leave before we even looked at comforters. Even if I had found one, I would not have bought one be ause that smell would have been in it.I had gone in with my husband to buy an electric roaster and to possibly buy a king size comforter. There was not even one electric roaster, instead that section of the store was filled with instapots.We were in tbe store about 20 minutes, not one single employee spoke to us, not even the one who was workjing in the area we were in.This is the lowest rating Ive ever given a store.

Terrible place infact , when i left today i said to myself i will never go back , first of all, the girl who i asked for help said she was going to get her walkie talkie to find out who worked in that Department, but she forgot about me for a good 10 minutes until i went to go find her and she was helping someone else, And I asked her how long she was gonna let me Stand over there Waiting on her , And it got even worse when I went to the register but I dont think you have enough lines for me to tell you all the things that is wrong with this store, and Some of the people that work in it
