Pedro (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable, has reasonable prices, very safe with Covid-19, he’ll fix your phone/screen without too much of a delay. I highly recommend going to this particular store. Overall, Pedro is excellent for all your cell phone needs, he’s the man. Thank me later. :)

While most cellphone repair shops are closed in my downtown Union City area, here are these guys being essential taking preventative precautions to keep customers safe and saving our phones, laptops, and tablets. We had a few things broken that were repaired much sooner than I expected. Thank you so much! There was no price gouging. Fixed my i phone X with them 3 months ago and was charged the same decent price this time also. That shows a lot of integrity and great character. Thank you!

I’m forever breaking my phone since I work in construction. I’m always worried that fixing my phone will take more than a week (this has happened with a different store), the store employee Alina is extremely nice and very well mannered. On top of that, she even made sure that everything on my phone worked properly before sending me on my way!! Extremely amazing service, I don’t think anyone should go anywhere else but here!!!

When arriving at the store, instantly greeted in a positive manner, Alina (store employee) was able to answer all of my questions to the highest degree and was able to fix my iPhone within an hour. Would definitely do business there again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Went into endless communication to fix my cracked S10 and he was able to fix it on the spot while being extra cautious of cross contamination. His shop is extra safe - hes got which look like a clear shower curtain that separates you and him (smart) and he has plenty of PPE if you need any.. face mask and shields. All I have to say is WOW! So I came here because my phone got damaged.... Due to the corona my next available appointment to see someone at the sprint store was May 8 which is so far from now, not to mention my birthday! So Pedro (the man in charge) said he can make it happen... In less than 20mins my screen was changed and working again!!! Didn’t have to wait a whole week and some..... to get that fixed. I know times are rough so it’s difficult.. im not gonna lie I called technical support and even they couldn’t help me due to everything going on..... So I decided to put my trust in this man at the store. And let me say it was the BEST decision! He was super patient. Fixed my phone with no issue! And even gave me a free temper glass for my phone!!! I must say it was the best money I ever spent. Very affordable and I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know!!! Thank you again sir!!!!
