Very nice place loved the toppings although they didn’t have much frozen yogurt flavors to choose from. Also a bit pricey.

This place is somewhat clean, however the staff was horrible! When we got there, there wasn’t any cups and they got irritated when we asked for cups for the ice cream. One female employee was talking very loudly saying that there were cups out there and after telling her that there wasn’t, she got more irritated stating that she just wanted everyone to leave and she wanted to be done with it. This made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like I needed to leave. They didn’t have many toppings out and so we had to settle for what was out there. I will NOT be going back due to how the employees treat people.

A little pricey, but a wide selection of flavors and toppings that I found enjoyable. Crafting the ice cream I wanted was almost as fun as eating it.

Not the worst, but definitely not the best, toppings a bit limited also only had one flavor of No sugar added. Was a nice atmosphere, Also keep in mind we just moved here, so it may be higher rated compared to local shops. May try it again, and other shops in the area to compare.

Staff was rude. My grandson took 2 bites of his yogurt after it had been weighed then he saw something he wanted to add. The guy working got onto him and in an aggravated rude tone said “You’ve been eating your yogurt?!! You can’t add something after you’ve been eating!!” My grandson is just a child and he said “I didn’t know.” So I asked if he could put the topping in another cup and weigh it. He acted frustrated and again turned to my grandson, a child, and said “just make sure you don’t do that next time!!” I understand that you can’t add stuff after the yogurt has been weighed. I get that. But I offered a solution to put the extra topping in a cup and weigh it and I would pay for it. To the rude employee at Yogurt Mountain in Tuscaloosa Alabama, how dare you fuss at my grandson and act like he is a criminal about to steal 2 tablespoons of topping!! If you have a problem speak to the adult with the child! I called today to speak to the manager and this guy obviously IS the manager! Maybe that is why there weren’t any other customers!

The yogurt is good. However, if you come any less than 2 hours before closing, expect a very limited selection of flavors and toppings. I came at 8:45 (they close at 10) and all of the machines except 4 flavors were already taken back for cleaning, the cold toppings were all almost out, and when I sat down to eat the staff was rudely stacking every chair around me, and kept looking at me and my friends like they were ready for us to leave. Whenever we started to walk out they started to wrap up even the dry toppings. I’m sorry but if you still have over an hour before closing you should not make customers feel unwelcomed to sit in your restaurant.

I dont know why people like this place. Its mediocre, at best.And the whole pick your own toppings just sounds disgusting. Think of all the little kids who play around there and touch all the stuff then touch the food handling stuff without washing their hands, nasty.

I absolutely love this place. My favorite is buttermilk. I hate actual butter milk but the yogurt is great and has just the right sour kick.

Came here this past Friday night. The sign said it closed at 11 and it was around 9. The yogurt was good, but the toppings were half gone. The “dry” toppings were decently filled, but the wet/ premium toppings were all but cleaned out. The people working did not seem concerned as the girl at check-out had no customers to ring up but did not move from behind the counter. I came wanting ice cream with cherries and whipped cream. I got ice cream without cherries and learned they don’t have whipped cream?! Disappointed.

There is a great variety of yogurt and toppings. You make it on your own. They have an happy hour special too.

I do love the ice cream here but customer service is not good at all. Store is not clean no whip cream the employees don’t smile at all. I don’t feel welcomed here.

Definitely the best frozen yogurt place in town, unless Im unaware of others. Orange Leaf on Jack Warner charges an absurd amount for a tiny quantity that tastes like flavored ice. Yoghurt Mountain charges by weight instead and their frozen yoghurt is actually satisfying. My kids love the multitude of toppings they can put on their servings as well. On top of that, the place is typically pretty quiet, making it a pleasant visit with the family.

Really only went because my gd wanted to go. While I didnt get anything for myself, I did sample the no sugar added chocolate yogurt and it was very good. My gd enjoyed the mixture she made up!!

Delicious as always. Yogurt mountain is one of the best froyo chains in the country...product is consistent.

Love the yogurt need to go in more for specials and try different flavors.

If felt sorry for the employee working today. The air conditioner haf went out. He looked miserable. Otherwise everything was good to the last drop.

Took my two daughters here this evening and the smell was horrible. We walked in and I thought to myself maybe someone just passed gas and the smell would go away. Nope...I waited a few seconds looked at one of my daughters and she had that look on her face like she was gagging from the smell. It smelled like sewer in there. We left without getting anything. Very disappointed because we really enjoy going here, but this evening was not good!! :-/

Very good ice cream.

I visited this place today and was very disappointed at how unsanitary it was. The floors were nasty and sticky. The machines looked as if they had not been washed in a day or two and the sample cups were laying out for grabs on the counter face down. The counters were visibly dirty. The cashier could care less.

Love the many different choices of flavor & toppings. Fun, family-friendly environment.
