Awesome experience. Everyone was helpful. The cashier helped me out with choosing different varieties for the amount of boxes I was getting. 5 star service with 5 star taste to match.

Love me some KK doughnuts so much but dang theyve gotten so high on prices. I pay $26 for two dozen doughnuts everytime i go which is alot lol 🤭 but love the friendly staff and of course the doughnuts sooooo much so will be back again next week... or before probably 🤣😍🍩🤪🤤😊 i need some free doughnuts KK as much as i spend every other day in there. The staff even knows me 😁 and we all miss Asia sweet self!

Im so upset. There sign said Hot. With the light on. O got a dozen glazed. They were cold. The donuts were still good of course. They are Krispy Kreme. Just wish they would have been hot.

Doughnuts were fresh. However, they were a bit small for cost per item and too sweet. Also, I was disappointed at being charged for water; it use to be no charge.

I recently moved here for school and this is the cleanest one I have ever been in. Fast and friendly service!!

Called a couple days ago because I wanted to put in a large order for an event Im having at work. Asked the girl (who was super friendly) that I would like to have all the doughnuts individually wrapped if possible for hygienic purposes. She said that she did do that! Called again this morning and was left on hold for 15 minutes before being able to talk to someone. It was a different lady this time, who was rude, curt, and seemed to want to get off the phone call as soon as possible. They apparently do not individually wrap doughnuts, by the way. Im still going to order from them because their doughnuts are too good, but I will be ordering online in the future in order to limit having to interact with the staff.

This is one thing I missed about moving out of Tuscaloosa to Arkansas. Where I live in Arkansas, you will have to drive almost 2 hours out the way for Krispy Kreme. This location here in Tuscaloosa is by far the BEST. Ive been going to this one since I was a little girl❤

I love the store layout and being able to watch all the fresh donuts coming out on the conveyor, but trying to order and getting your food is very LOUD and confusing. You cant hear what they are saying and theres no cue where to make the order and where to pick it up? I picked my 2 donuts and I also needed drinks. While she walked away without saying anything, I moved to a different register to order drinks. She couldnt hear me cause they have something that is constantly buzzing really loud and you cant hear them. I dont know what it is but it permanently part of the store??? I got my drinks and my donuts but I wasnt very pleased and now I had to find a place to sit where I wouldnt be disturbed by this constant cacophony...this is very disappointing, I noticed it last time I visited and had to leave. Also tables, chairs and floors were dirty at 2:30 in the afternoon.

They need to bring back the Coffee flavored Doughnuts

My first experience at Krispy Kreme donut was being excited about getting some glazed donuts which I might add are the Hallmark of Krispy Kreme and being told that they did not have any and I could not order them for 35 minutes because they would not be available so Im going to go elsewhere and in the future Ill just keep buying the cheap Walmart brand ones and you guys can go out of business

Went past the Tuscaloosa store this afternoon and the sign was lit up. Came back by 20 minutes later and the sign was still on. Pulled in to order a dozen thru the drive thru and was told it would be 25 minutes before they were done. I told the lady that it was misleading to have the sign on but she merely repeated what she had said. Lying to your customers is a crummy way to run a business.

I went there yesterday and had a coupon for a free dozen glazed donuts with the purchase of a dozen assorted. I asked the person who waited on me if I could get the heart shaped glazed dozen free with this coupon. She told me that I could but that I would have to pay $15 for my assorted box instead of $11. I agreed to this. My receipt was weird - I was charged for the assorted box then had charges for some single donuts ($1.20 each), which I didn’t get, only got the dozen assorted and dozen glazed (to make my assorted box cost more I guess. I’m not sure, but it seemed a little fishy). I bought all these donuts to take to a meeting and when I got there and opened the box to show everyone the cute heart shaped donuts, it was nothing but a box of their regular glazed donuts, which I had unnecessarily paid extra for!! Obviously it was too late to do anything about it. I carried them there in the bag they put them in and I’m pretty sure my receipt was in the bag so I can’t even get them to refund what they overcharged me! And I’m less angry about the overcharge than I am about not getting what I wanted! The only reason I even went there to buy donuts yesterday is because I wanted the heart shaped ones.

Trapped in the drive through for over 30 min!! I love Krispy Kreme, but this is ridiculous! Can’t get out because cars are behind us. Called the store and they said, “We’re waiting on glazed doughnuts!” Never had this happen at a fast food place before. 😫

This store is always clean. I give it 4 stars because the staff sometimes seems like they dont want to be there. They are often times not smiling at or welcoming to customers. Its a shame. The store is always very clean and well organized. No clutter sitting around. Counters are always wiped down and clean. The doughnuts are amazing and its a Tuscaloosa favorite for sure. They could just use some work on customer service.

Went to this location, because they had these cute donuts. We walked in and waited in line deciding what we wanted. After the lady in front of us paid and left. We ordered ours. Everything was fine up until this point. Then the lady behind the counter started acting really rude. Then we got to the counter to pay and I go to scan my reward code and shes like oh no dont do that. I was like ok. Even though theres a sign that literally says scan code. After ringing up 2 boxes of assorted donuts she reaches for my phone and typed in my rewards code. Then huffingly told us the total. I wasnt too happy about this trip, because we did drive an hour and a half to come get these. Never again!

I went through the drive-thru. I asked for the St. Patricks dozen. The woman told me they were out of St. Patricks doughnuts. I asked for the classic assorted dozen. She told me she only had original, chocolate frosted, and chocolate frosted with sprinkles. So not only were they out of the advertised special, but they were out of everything other than three types. They should have a sign up. She could have at least told me that up front instead of waiting on me to decide what I wanted just to tell me they didnt have it repeatedly. After that, I decided to just leave. I wouldve bought something available if she had let me know up front instead of wasting my time. Poor customer service and poor product availability

I have never left here disappointed. The donuts are tasty and the staff are so sweet especially to kids. If they are not busy it’s totally normal for one to appear with a balloon for a happy toddler.

We were originally going to eat breakfast elsewhere, but decided to go to Krispy Kreme due to long waits at other places. The doughnuts, themselves, were okay (although see the end for more information about that). But, I was highly disappointed from a customer service perspective. We discovered that other customers were getting free coffees, but my wife and I were charged for both of ours. Our receipt clearly showed a promotion for a free any size coffee. But, we were charged for ours. When I asked why, after some hemming and hawing, the employee stated it was because it was for small coffees only at this franchise. But, their own receipt stated the promotion was for any size. (Only the iced coffees were limited to small.) And, as I thought about it, they could have mentioned that small coffees were free. There had been someone I thought was a manager around earlier. But, that person disappeared when I started asking about this. The doughnuts, themselves: They were okay. The glazed were coming off the conveyor belt, so I thought they would taste fresh. But, they were more like buying them prepackaged at a grocery store.

Krispy Keene in Tuscaloosa was set up very well for those who are worried about the COVID 19. The floor was clearly marked for social distancing, the employees all were wearing masks and gloves, and the place was spotless. Of course the service was very good and the donuts were delicious.
