So awesome took about 30 minutes for a new screen and was a good price, super freindly and would definetly recommend it to more people!!!

My computer problem was extremely difficult but they tried everything and were very patient with me! Ended up fixing my computer and were completely reasonable with price and everything! Great experience.

I don’t know how they get such a high rating. I changed my phone battery and screen here, and after two weeks, it starts to reboot again and again so I took it back to the store. I asked them to check what’s wrong with the battery, they just avoid to talking about it and said they can change the battery again. So I paid again and changed it. (They didn’t give me the old battery back, again, I don’t know why)Now I suspect that they put my previous battery on(the battery I had before I fixed the phone), because it can’t work very long time, just as before I changed it. It’s funny that I spend almost a hundred bucks and changed nothing.Also, after I fixed the screen, it doesn’t work very well too, it’s tooooo sensitive like when I click one point, but it jumps to another point. Made me feel anxious

My iPhone wouldnt charge. Needed the perfect angle to charge for months. Finally stopped working and couldnt get a charge at all. Took it in and he quickly fixed it by getting the lint out with a tool and didnt charge me. It is the best my phone has charged in months. Free and fixed what else can I say.. highly recommend

Went to this place this morning, 2/14/2020, at 10 A.M when they just opened. The man in there was very nice and knowledgeable and assured me my phone would be fixed in 30 minutes. He fixed my phone in legit 10 minutes and it works great. Do not go anywhere else if you break your phone.

Literally the best customer service you can possibly ask for! I’ve been here twice last year to fix my iPhone 6 and both times each person that has helped has been phenomenal and they have literally fixed it in less than a day. I broke it again in December (I’m clumsy) and bought an iPhone 7 and the guy that helped me was amazing! This is literally the only place I would go in Tuscaloosa to help with electronics, superb people!

This place was life saver for me today! My laptop was suddenly not starting. Chico correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it with in a few minutes. When I went there he gave first priority to my laptop. I go to school and my assignments were on the laptop and it would have been a disaster to lose that data and to frantically go out and buy a new laptop.Before I went to Tuscaloosa Wireless, I had first actually went to Best buy Geek squad, they just checked to see if my charger was ok. Once it was confirmed that the charger was fine but the laptop was not starting they just concluded that the motherboard must be having a problem and that it was probably not even worth the cost to fix it. They didnt have a technician on site to even try to transfer the info from the motherboard and the lead time to do anything was 2-3 days.I am not from Alabama and was just visiting the area when all this occurred. I am very lucky that I found Tuscaloosa Wireless. And a Big Thank you to Chico to diagnose and fix the issue in a timely and cost effective manner. Thank you :)

My MacBook Air had a crack in the bottom right corner, which caused my screen to be partially black on one side and at the bottom, to where you couldn’t see anything. I went Sunday and talked to Ben, ordered my part for the laptop that same day. Wednesday he called me and said I can bring it in. No later then 40 minutes he called me back and said it was ready. My laptop looks brand new! Ben was nice and fast! Definitely worth the money!

I was at work and my thigh pretty much kneed into a control box. Now the initial impact was on the rear and it broke the glass on the back and crippled my screen for a few days before it finally died.Now having this been a little bit more difficult then your average repair, I researched a few shops and narrowed it down to two stores. Tuscaloosa wireless, and phone restore Tuscaloosa. I visited them, discussed prices and decided that Tuscaloosa wireless had lower prices and a better near perfect rating online. So I gave it a shot and they did an excellent job! It was great and it lasted up until I dropped it in the parking lot. So I took it too them again with a receipt I had made for insurance purposes a few days before. There was a small misunderstanding between me and the worker, which didnt bother me at all, but nonetheless, the manager decided to give me a discount for my inconvenience.Seriously, no other place wouldve done this. I highly recommend them for any phone repair. Their prices change with the market as my phone at the second visit, had just become 1 generation older and so there prices fell accordingly. 5 stars.

I went into this store on 11/3/18 wanting to get my LCD, my regular screen and my back camera fixed. Chico, the man who assisted me, advised against getting the back camera fixed to save money, and ended up getting everything else fixed for 120$. Wonderful staff, and got my phone back to me within the day. Recommend this store all day of the week.

I dropped my laptop on the first day of class!!! The screen went black and I couldnt see a thing. It was 8pm and I am not from the area so I looked on google for the closest macbook tech. Tuscaloosa Wireless was on the list and they were close by. Luckily they close at 9pm. I went up there and within 30 minutes, they got my macbook working and showing again. UNBELIEVABLE!! Ive dealt with the Apple store before and my experience wouldnt have been nearly as good as this. Apple wouldve tried to sell me another screen or computer. This is know. Ben assisted me under Chicos supervision. They were both very pleasant and turned my panic into happiness. They gotta be the best in Alabama. Im convinced!! If anything is wrong with your computer or phone, this is the one place to go!!

Great service and fast repair. They replaced My iPhone battery, which was replaced by phone restore store twice in two months because their batteries weren’t any good, and this one actually works and they proved it by downloading the app “battery life” that shows battery drain failure. Theirs was good but the other batteries I got weren’t.Needless to say I’ll be going here for all my phone and computer repairs in the future.

I will never go to another phone clinic in Tuscaloosa AGAIN! I demolished the screen on my Samsung Galaxy 6 Active, and HAD to have something done right away. Rasheed walked through my options with possible replacement phones versus a repair, and the repair was the most cost effective. While I waited, he had a screen brought over from one of their other locations, and had me back in service before anyone even knew I wasnt. EXTREMELY professional, courteous, efficient, and, my phone is as good as new. I have at times used other places in town. This was my first experience here, and they certainly went above and beyond and earned my business / referrals.

Had to replace my cracked screen. Couple days after their warranty new screen was black and didn’t work anymore. They didn’t exchange it and accused me of letting it drop (which I didn’t!). My mom went to the store on 15th st the one by the mexican store and the people there were very helpful and they have employees who speak spanish. That really helped us out a lot because my parents dont know much english. They guided them right , fixed their phone and told us about the this store closer to our home in northport.
