I went to the store to get a new phone. Their coverage map showed I was well within 5g coverage. Bought the phones. When we got home, there was not any service at all. Not the stores fault, but we took them back the next morning. Turned all the phones back in and asked for refund due to the maps being so badly wrong. No service at all vs the map showing excellent service at our home. They could not figure out how to give me a refund. We sat there for almost 2 hours. They even called their district manager. The could not give me a receipt for the returned phones. At the end of the day, we left with a promise they would fix it. Its a 120 mile round trip for me to go there that I did twice. After I got home the manager called me back and stated he could not get the refund to process back to my card. He could also not cut a check to be mailed out to me. Instead the manager took it upon himself to take my refund out in cash and called me back to ask to drive back again to pick it up. I work 90 miles away and live 60. I told them I could not drive that far back and to send a check. They said they could not. It has been 3 months and I still have not received a refund. Stay away from this store. There are other T-Mobile retailers in the area.

One of the employees told my vaccinated significant other she could not enter without a mask (totally fine, theyre following mask mandate until June 30th), then allowed someone who was a different race to not wear one, all the while wearing one below her nose. So that was cool.But on the plus side, Jessie helped us activating a digital SIM card, and shes very good at her job! Ask for her of available.

T-Mobile is the worst phone service. I’ve used AT&T and Verizon and they are far better than T-Mobile. I was promised a new phone for switching to T-Mobile. This was a lie. What started as new phone ended and a promised bill of 120.00 ended as a 239.00 bill which they promised I was receiving credits off of my bill.The cell service is the worst. A SIM card was given to use to test the network and it worked great. That is until I actually purchased one of their phones. I get 1-2 bars at best and no bars a large portion of the time.The monthly bill being lower is enough to lure you over to T-Mobile but once you actually switch, the bill is more than AT&T and Verizon would be.Please don’t make the mistake I made and try T-Mobile. You will lose thousands of dollars that you will never get back.

There was an extremely helpful employee with locks and she was awesome. She assisted me from beginning until the end with the process of changing my phone screen protector. I would like to recommend this location to anyone looking for knowledgeable associates

Rude staff. Freaked out and wouldnt talk to me just because I didnt have a mask on. Wouldnt listen long enough to find out I cant wear one due to health issues. Will not go back to this location and after looking at other reviews I can see Im not the only one. The manager should be ashamed to have employees like those.

I owe so much praise to India. Today, my autistic son had a meltdown in the store. I was embarrassed and just left. India came to my car and said she understands and helped me purchase my new Samsung watch all from my car. I appreciate her help. Really nice of her. Thank you again.

The old store crew had way better customer service. The employees there now dont seem to be interested in helping you, unless youre buying a new phone or service where theyll get a commission. Choose a different location or call the customer service line for help.

I love T-Mobile but I have been given wrong information by the people that work here 3 times. The first time cost me money. I would go to Northport location if you have to go to a store or call 611.

This is the best T-mobile in the Northport, Tuscaloosa area. I love their customer service especially Scottie who helps you with a smile and the demeaner of a true gentlemen. They never lead you astray and will always try to find you the best product within your budget.

I have been with t-mobile for 21 years! And I’ve NEVER had worse service than when I can into this store today...terrible service...one piece of advice for the guy that “helped” us...don’t stand at the first table...if you don’t really want to help people...you should really look for a different job if it as bad as you make it seem.
