I needed to replace my modem so I went to Best Buy which is where my son bought my last one for me. When I asked an employee for help, I pulled up my previous order to be sure I purchased the exact same device. He pulled the modem for me and I headed to check out. The young lady helping me (Kenya Carter) was INCREDIBLY nice, and VERY helpful. She noticed I was not buying the same exact device so she searched the stores inventory and found there was 1 left in stock. She personally went and pulled it for me and brought it to the counter AND thanked me for my patience! I complimented her on her work ethic and her helpfulness and she said, isnt it sad you are thanking me for really what is my job to do? I will definitely be back to Best Buy for whatever else I might need and HIGHLY recommend this store. Kenya Carter deserves accolades on behalf of Best Buy.

Did an online pick up order and it is a hit or miss I have found out. Some days its all ready within time period and its five minutes in store to car... But some times item ordered online is not in during timeframe or they dont even let me know that the item is in store ready to be picked up, funny that a tech place claimed they had a technical error the time that happened.

As a gamer, I want to see this store thrive. I recently bought my gaming PC at an extremely low price from this place (12/2020.) I7 10700F, 2070 Super, etc. for $1,100 on sale (normally $1,350.) Backed it with a 1 year Geek Squad just in case. Then, I had a brick-and-mortar place to bring my PC to incase it failed within 1 year. I had witnessed friends buying their computers directly through online services, and they had terrible customer experiences. I bought an iBUYPOWER PC from them, so you never know. My gaming chair started leaning... I bought an AKRacing chair from them. Excellent quality at a discounted price. Since I have visited them from 2019 to 2021, their selection has always been limited, but also discounted and top-notch quality. Greetings are on point. Greeters will direct you to find what you need. After that, the in-between customer service seems meh. Checkout, on point again. If I had the time, I could get lost in this store, for sure.

A good place to check out new electronics and compare prices, but no real deals on anything... I do appreciate the recycling bins at the entrance, for batteries, ink cartridges, etc., but I rarely shop anything of substance at this store anymore.

Yikes!!! Ive been to many best buy locations across the country over the years and this is easily one of, if not the worst. Took me 10 minutes of walking around aimlessly to get someone to help me get an item that was locked up! To make matters worse for an electronics store to not have its main products, like something as mainstream and simple as a playstation controller is just inexcusable. Sad that a walmart or target wouldve provided a better consumer experience than a specialized retailer. Will not be returning to this location.

I wanted to buy my wife a good camera and seen online Best Buy had a cannon that looked like what we wanted. We went to Best Buy and they had several good cameras but we were not sure what to get. A sales lady came up and answered all our questions and happened to pick out the exact camera i had seen online. She pulled it up on her phone and said it come in a complete kit for only a few more dollars. It was same kit i had saw online , most people would have just sold the camera in front of us and would not have went to the trouble of finding you the best deal, she did. Thank you Best Buy for having great employees.

I contacted them on May 7th that the whole refrigerator unit that we purchased 5 months ago for elderly mother wasnt working. Likely a compressor. We purchased the additional coverage for maintenance via geek squad. They said soonest someone could come was may 14. So we packaged coolers of what we could salvage. Man comes to fix and says likely the compressor so we will have to send a third party out Tuesday. (May 18). Those folks call and say it will actually be may 19 (today). Person comes and says its the compressor. We will notify you when someone can come. Have not yet received an ETA on fixing the refrigerator.Ridiculousness.

Purchased a 700 dollar television from bestbuy. When I took television out of box and set it up, found it had a broken screen. Attempted to return TV to store and told they do not accept damaged TVs back as they are not covered by warranty. Told I should have opened box and checked TV before I left the store. Just wondering why the salesman didnt notify me of this policy when he accepted my money. Will find it very difficult to trust bestbuy in the future.

This location is extremely lazy. I placed an order online which stated it would be ready within an hour. I arrive over an hour later to be informed my order was not ready. I was told I would have to wait and was not given an ETA. I cancelled the order to find a similar product on the sales floor instead. The item that I was told wasn’t ready and not available on the sales floor was in stock and indeed on the sales floor. It is frustrating to place a pick up order just to have to do the job of picking it up yourself. The manager had an argumentative attitude and wasn’t apologetic at all. The sales associate Brett was probably the most laziest person I have met.

Very helpful staff. I was trying to choose a camera for photos and live-streaming. The guys there were knowledgeable and even did a bit of research to answer my questions. Made the right choice. I’m glad that there is still a store that I can walk into and ask questions about items and hold the product in my hand before purchasing.

Same speakers open box are more expensive than brand new (see picture). Most of the sound bars were not price marked, and staff were reluctant to help when asked price or other questions. Human interaction with staffs sells physical stores more than online stores and it’s sad to see when the staff don’t recognize that and looses their own battle online stores.

I bought a laptop on January 2020 and when I went to check out the representative told me about their Best Buy warranty that you add on the purchase. And he told that it would cover the device in case of anything is to happen to it I would get a hassle free replacement or store credit on the spot if the store didn’t have it in stock. I went in February 17 2021 and Best Buy won’t honor the warranty like I was told. And the worst part is that they honor their warranty before and now they wouldn’t. I’ll be filling a complaint with the better business bureau about this. Lying and deceiving you’re customer by falsifying warranty and protection that you wouldn’t honor is bad for business.

After waiting on the phone for 45 minutes to ask if they had a product I want ahead and came down to the store. When I walked in a man greeted me saying hello which was nice and then he walked on he didn’t ask me if I needed assistance which I did. Five workers were walking together and nobody offered to help. They need to upgrade their customer service big-time. The people at the customer service desk were very nice by the way, it’s the large amount of people just standing around not helping anybody...

Giving two stars instead of one solely because the politeness of the workers and the quality service and products Ive had in previous years. My most recent three trips, however, have completely overshadowed that. Three times Ive tried to exchange a faulty laptop for a new one, and each of the three laptops Ive received have had faulty speakers, microphones, etc. As a student, I need a consistent laptop more than anything, and at this point Im too exhausted to go back and go through the process of returning, exchanging, and shipping for the third time in six weeks.

I went to this store three different times this week. Every time I went it was like pulling teeth to get an employee’s attention. When I finally would get their attention they CLEARLY did not want to help. I have NEVER and I repeat never been treated this poorly by employees at a store where I was trying to spend 600$ before in my entire life. After three days of trying to buy a speaker I finally got someone to help me and I bought the speaker. The only reason it got a one star is because there wasn’t a damn zero star button.

I visited best buy at a very busy and stressful time of year I will add, as we were shopping though, we were not greeted, noone asked if we needed any help (we clearly did)!! Alot of items were out of place without any pricing!! Used speaker box on the shelves that were torn and ripped!! We decided to go elsewhere!! We have had better experiances their, I think IT was just that it was Christmas Eve!!

The service here is AMAZING. It was like stepping back in time, when employees were polite, friendly, eager to assist you, & vastly knowledgeable - the folks here were all that & more. I HIGHLY recommend this Best Buy, especially if you need professional input/guidance on the items youre in the market for, these folks can help you without pushing you toward a higher priced purchase - they straight up tell you what you need to know, but leave the decision making completely up to you. Train your employees better. We called about an iphone 11 and asked if we could progressive lease it and put our own sim card in it, they said yes. We got there got through almost everything just for the same person to talk to the employee next to them about how we had to have it activated. He went and got someone else without saying anything to us or telling them what was going on so we had to explain what we were doing all over again. She had an attitude already when she walked over and then told us we could only do that if we activated it through at&t and paid for it monthly. Even if we paid for the full price today was to gey an unlocked device. We know thats not their fault but thats why we called and asked first. We wouldnt have had expectations if we werent told the wrong thing or waste or time.
