Things didnt go as we hoped so I went back in very frustrated the owner and the manager both did everything they could do to make things right. In the end I left very happy. Thank you professional car audio for standing behind you work and going above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Took my car there for a simple install, had all the equipment ready, 1st they didnt anchor the box next the amp stopped working because the hotwire installation was done improperly, took it back they repaired it ! Than a few days later my amp shut off , once again i opened the trunk to see hotwire disconnected .....TRUST ME THEIR FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL YOU CAN DO A BETTER JOB AT HOME YOURSELF! I fixed it myself no more problems

I had an aftermarket Satellite radio installed that I received from Serius. Although it was aftermarket these guys were able to install it so it didnt truly appear that way. The install was clean with minimal amounts of wiring exposed. I was very satisfied that they were able to do a clean install as I asked. They made a custom bracket for the docking station and mounted it up tight against the dash like I asked. Over all it was a professional installation just as their company name says. Well done. Ill use them again if I have anything else that needs to be done.

Had a radio we bought online installed here along with a back up camera, service seemed ok while there. Was told that the back up camera worked but we had to go to a different mode for it to work. Went home and played with it a bit but never got the back up camera to work in any mode but since it was a Saturday and they were closed already so we waited till today (Monday) to go back down there to ask them about how to get the back up camera to work or what mode we needed to be in. They told us well it worked for us, must be your radio and thats your problem. To be honest the whole time before they acted like the radio we bought online was a active bomb, they told us they would connect the wires to it and to the back up camera but wouldnt mount the deck into the dash, which was fine for us to do but I completely doubt that us putting the plastic parts back and our radio aka the active bomb mounted that disconnected our back up camera. All we wanted was some help but they didnt offer any sort of compassion or patience for us. We will share our awful experience with everyone we know. * UPDATE: we found out that the problem was the plug for the back up camera wasnt even plugged into the right spot on the back of our active bomb radio so that means they lied to us cuz there was no way they had it working while they had our vehicle down there.
