Negligent/inefficient customer service. I scheduled a day in adv/appt. @9a.m. The day of my scheduled appt. I was informed that unfortunately they didnt have the equipment so that I would have to return once I received a phonecall ; around noon time returning the car I was told that I would recieve a phonecall before 5p.m. to collect the car. I was notified that I would receive a full refund cause of no installation. When I received my car; some person didnt even bother closing back the steering column &_ just left it wide open _. When I asked delinquent for the mngr. he replied ; I am the mngr. I then asked , may I speak w/the owner ? he stated , I am the owner !

Horrible service. Dropped 5k. And the system sounded horrible. They have no idea what they are doing

They do good work and the prices are good. I had my alarm installed, and Im going back to have my stero system put in.

Poor customer service, no communication. Long waits. Inflated prices(they charge 2x what the speakers/radios are worth) !!!!
