Dont shop here and dont try and get your vehicle serviced here.Before covid and during covid I have set 4 appointments to have recall work or to have a serious issue worked on. All 4 times my appointments have been canceled with no option to reschedule in any reasonable time. I even tried to walk in and dropy car off. This time they told minimum 3 weeks before they would even try to schedule me. I explained the issue, Ive also explained that Ive attempted to set appointments and they have canceled all of them on me claiming to have over booked everytime. When I reach out to customer service I am turned away. I boughtu car here and believe in continuing to bring my business to somewhere I have established a relationship with. This is not a place that wants a continued relationship. They want your money, and thats it. They will brush you off and disregard your service concerns. As a consumer we deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, not spoken down to, given 1 word answers and repeatedly turned away when my safety and the life of my car I purchased from them is at stake. Of course I will take my business elsewhere, but I dont want others to be fooled by rhetoric and inconsiderate employees.

I bought a brand new 2012 F150 from Tiesiera that blew an engine and needed a replacement under warranty. It kept going into failsafe mode - had to pick it up countless times only to return it over and over across many months. I ended up going through a 6 month process and do a lemon law because they couldnt properly install the new engine. A lemon law is not free by the way, you have to pay for the good mileage and it cost me about $20,000.I have gone in there for service several times since, always with rigid, inflexible, and difficult service reps...Just do yourself a favor and go to Visalia Ford for your service. As for sales, cant comment since I dont have experience with Visalia Ford in terms of sales. I assume youd want to buy from a dealer you can get decent service at, though.

About a month ago, I bought a used 2011 Chevy Traverse from this dealership. The sales people were nice, polite, and helpful. During our first drive test, I noticed that the vehicles’ driver side seatbelt was not operational. This is after, the sales person stated the vehicle passed safety inspection. They fixed it, and fixed other stuff—front suspension, and replaced two tires even thought I was told all four would be replaced. I didn’t think anything of it since the other two were fine. My wife was happy with the vehicle and that’s what counts. Since, it’s a used vehicle things will break—AC compressor went out. Took it to my trusted mechanic, and he called me to let me know the front passenger brake line was not installed properly and it presented a safety hazard because the brake line was being overextended when turning right, which will cause it to break and the brakes will not work at all. He fixed it while replacing the AC system. I’m thankful the mechanic I trust is thorough. My wife and 4 children are the main people who use this vehicle. Therefore, I would recommend anyone buying a used vehicle from Will Tiesiera Ford to take the vehicle to a mechanic first. I made the mistake to trust them because they appeared to be genuine. Unfortunately, I also payed for a service contract with them. After this safety issue I have lost all confidence with Will Tiesiera Ford mechanical competency. I will be contacting their service department about this.

Gil the young service writer is really nice. He remembers your name and what you came in for. He is very customer service orientated and he listens to your concerns. He is personable and easy to talk to.Service is great and your car is done in the time period it was promised. If there is a recall you get a call and they work on the recall problem. I went to bring my car in for warranty work and have a recall fixed. The first thing out of the service representatives mouth was would you like your coolant and transmission oil changed, it is recommended that you have them changed now. I declined and read my owners manual, owner manual states the automatic transmission fluid only needs to be changed every 150,000 miles, not every 60,000. The engine coolant replacement suggestion is every 100,000 miles.Typical Stealership, trying to sell you things you dont need.The vehicle was used and did come with the certified used car warranty that ford offers. They then tried to get me to shell out a $115 diagnostic fee and a $100 deductible. When I said Id call ford, the representative said you can call ford all you want its not going to change a thing. That was enough for me and I left the dealership with my car. What good is a warranty if it cost you money? Im so sick of these dealership always trying to get extra cash out of their customers. You still failed to address the fact that your service Representative tried to up-sell me on service that is not suggested in the Ford Handbook OR by Ford.

My husband and I have had very bad experience trying to buy a car at a lot of dealerships. We spent months looking for cars on cargurus and came across this dealership. I called before driving 30 minutes to make sure we weren’t wasting time. I spoke to Hannah and she put in a word that we were coming and had a bad experience at another dealership the day before and when we got there Jordan greeted us and knew exactly what we were there for thanks to Hannah. Bad sales service. All the vehicles were locked and when I inquired about opening a truck so I could see the inside he said if u are going to buy it i will open it. Took my explorer to get an oil change got told they couldnt do it because a screw was too tight and i was going to get charged 280 to replace it. I took it to a different place and they replaced it for free. Dont get me wrong theyre really nice here but I dont get why they couldnt at least try and do it. Especially considering ive never took it elsewhere till thay day so if the screw was too tight thats because they left it like that the time prior.

The sales experience was great! I would like to thank Adrian for all his help with sale of my great used car. I was disappointed with the tail end of the deal. After the contract was signed, I was informed that the vehicle did not have a owners manual or spare key.Being a 2016 Nissan Sentra, with a push button start, replacement keys are expensive. At the time of purchase I asked if Will Tesera Ford would purchase the spare. The answer was no. The dealership only offered to order it for me. That cost them the fourth star I was forced to purchase a spare key for $370.00 at a Nissan dealership in town. That cost them the fourth star. I guess it all worked out, because the Nissan dealership re-programmed both keys to the car. They also did an extensive inspection and check for any recall notices. I was so impressed with their service department, I have decide to take my car there for all future service needs.

A friend recommended this dealership as having great customer service and honest sales people so my wife and I came from 3 hours away to buy our new Edge. It was a great experience as the people were all very friendly and honest.Generally I dislike the haggle pricing at dealerships but here I was able to sit down directly with Chris, the sales manager, and he gave me the best price he could right off the bat. He was also really helpful when I wanted recommendations about what features are worth the extra money and which ones arent.The extra drive proved worth it for us and were loving our new Edge!
