Absolutely never again. Rude to start with and completely unprofessional. Took almost 2 1/2 hours to change the oil on 4 cars total. What are these guys doing? I could have done that single handed without a pit and only a floor jack. Then while waiting the guy running the register was yelling out the service window into the service bay laughing and joking about how Demetri broke a car. Makes me feel great about my car getting serviced. Will use Valvoline down the road next time and pay the extra $20 bucks.

Never again, My husband took the car for an oil change and a tire replacement, and it took them 3 hours. They never called to let us know the car is ready. Little did we know they also were charging us full price for the tire yet we had warranty and should of been free. Once my husband pointed it out, thry realized they installed the wrong tire on the car and it wasnt even compatible with out car. So they had to replace the tire again with the right tire! After 3 hours we were just glad we got out of there. Seems like employees dont communicate, and noone knows what is on the service ticket. This is our second bad experience and we will NOT be coming back at all.

Went to Walmart Autocenter in Tulare for an oil change and they stripped out the drain plug on my oil pan, after me waiting for 2 hours they pushed my car out of the garage and proceed to tell me I have to pay to get it fixed cause the drain plug wasn’t installed correctly. Sorry but that’s incorrect they broke it and now they don’t want to fix it so I’m fighting with them right now to try to get a new oil pan for my car. Also they made me pay for a tow cause they said if the car stayed there they would tow it. Needless to say they have lost my business for good.

Gentleman tested my battery and told me where I could go get my alternator tested since thats what he thought the problem can be. Very helpful, very friendly.

Good service the certified technician do a great job.

Wasnt as quick...30~ minutes....as some of the other oil change places. But the price is hard to beat and you can do your shopping while you wait.

Friendly service. They do take a while maybe due to short staff.

Wont go back to the auto repair the main tire I needed replaced they wouldnt replace do to me having a broken lug I even told them that if they would replace it Id be happy to pay for that service as well, I even offered to sign a waiver not holding them responsible. Oh well they lost my business when it deals with anything automotive.

Had to pay extra to replace a car battery that was under warranty and should have been an even exchange. Have not been back to any Walmart since and never will.

I buy do it self auto supplies and have keys made bought two keys one worked had to go back for a replacement key to be made.
