In a day and age when a pandemic threatens not only businesses but our lives, forcing anyone who still wants to buy products and help out stores to come inside is inexcusable. Not having an alternative like free shipping or curbside pickup is not acceptable.If curbside pickup is available I suggest you speak to your staff. I asked for a curbside pickup but she refused claiming they are understaffed and with only two people in the store at any given time it was not possible. She made it clear my only options were to pay a fee to get your products or risk exposure to a deadly virus. I tried emailing your company but all I got were platitudes about how you strive to keep your customers safe. It’s sad it took a bad post to get a resource to resolve this issue. I will contact Anna.I just spoke to Kim. She immediately responded to my concerns and made it clear that what I was told does not represent the company or its policies. She reiterated that all Sundance Catalog stores adhere to strict guidelines that keep everyone safe and healthy in person and absolutely provide options for those like myself who prefer curbside assistance or products mailed. I was assured this would not happen again. I appreciated her time and effort in resolving this issue and look forward to seeing all Sundance has to offer.

There is way more in the catalogue but as the years go by the prices are out of control. I would like to buy some tops but a plain Henley costs close to $100. I just dont shop there anymore :(

Wonderful shop with unique pieces usually found in places like Park City or Beaver Creek. I love that this shop has opened here in Tucson. The displays are fantastic and the sales associates are so nice to work with.

Was cruising the mall and decided to walk in. Was greeted which was nice! Then shortly after all the employees huddled and chatted. Felt ignored... no one to help or ask questions to. Then I felt more ignored due to the fact someone older than me walked in and they all went to help her. Lost my business
