I absolutely love this store. They are up to date in clothing shoes jewelry and many other items. The personnel is very professional friely and knowledgeable. I love that they have Spanish speaking clerks. It helps my mother complete her shopping and she is happy. Way to go JC Pennys.

I went to JCPenneys portraits studio today with my daughter who just graduated from college. We had a fantastic photo shoot three outfits dozens of poses, even some with my daughters favorite pooch. Has worked out well since shes a vet tech and one of her outfits were scrubs. The photos were put together in lovely collages. I had a 50% off coupon which made the visit quite affordable for the quality that we received. Weve used this store before and Ive always been very happy. I highly recommend.

Went to JCPenney and the ceiling panels were missing throughout the store, apparently leaking with buckets also throughout the store. Searching for school uniforms and found both boys and girls in the boys section. Not a large selection available. When visiting JCPenny, make sure an ample amount of 💰is on hand because it will go 💸 quick.

JC Penny is a great place to shop, the discounts can be huge depending on what you buy. I purchased a ring and got well over a $150 dollars in discounts not to mention days before this purchase I bought some clothes and got about $100 in discounts. I highly recommend JC Penny.

Ive Shopped with JCPENNEY for over 60years, and Im very dissatisfied with the service I got yesterday in the Jewelry department. I have Three beautiful Great-Granddaughters in Fort Worth, Texas and some months ago I purchased Three beautiful DISNEY Jewelry for their Birthdays and shipped Them UPS. They Waited and I Waited, BUT THEY NEVER got their Gifts. My complaints to UPS got me only $100.00 because I didnt insure the package 📦.But I Did have insurance for the Jewelry with JCPENNEY... the salesperson and the Manager demended that I SHOW THEM THE JEWELRY! What JEWELRY??? According to UPS THE PACKAGE 📦 WAS GONE, THROWN OUT, WHATEVER, BUT NO PACKAGE 📦SO I was sent away EMPTY HANDED and VERY UPSET!

I can always find something even if Im not looking!

Really like JC Penneys sales on jewelry but, they dont seem to have a big selection for infant clothing.

3 different orders I made with the same gift card balance and every time it was cancelled due to out of stock. Each time I had to wait days to get another card sent to me with the gift card amount I used. Jcpenney shoukd just close down the way they are doing business.

My son had left his toy here and when we went back the next day to look for it, it had a price tag on it. Kinda grimy on Jcpenny’s end if you ask me. It was those toys you find at doctor offices with the wires and beads.

Huge, well stocked JCPenney store. Visited on Black Friday 2020 and it was jammed everywhere you went inside the store.... be prepared to wait in line. Access to Irvington road is controlled by stop lights so be patient entering and exiting the mall complex.plenty of JCPenney employees on the floor to assist you looking for clothes and also for checking out at the registers and for online order pickup and returns. Compared to the store at Tucson Mall on Oracle, this store is much much busier. The store on Oracle is two floors and this is one for spread out over a huge area.

This is a nice store. Enjoy shopping there.

JC Pennys always has good deals and coupons to stack up on top of the discounted price. Store is clean and clothes are in a good decent order to easily search for sizes. I dont know what kinda leak they had in the roof but the tiles need to be changed out, they take away the cleanliness in the store. Overall easy search for the clothes I needed. Friendly staff. Door greeter making sure people enter with a mask. Girls at checkout called for back up soon as they got a line to make sure they can keep giving great customer service while keeping the line going.

I was so excited to go shopping! BUT changing rooms are closed and the inventory is so low! It felt great just to browse around and im looking for to this virus being over!

Went to JC Penny for a school voucher for my son, had some great sales and we got him some nice stuff. Staff was kind and helpful. The store was clean, well lit, slightly cramped wouldnt be easy for wheelchairs and of course as it is a high quality retailer the prices are .. a bit crazy. Over all it was a pleasant experience.

The best JCPenney in Tucson. I go in for one thing and find so much I end up leaving with a whole shopping bag! They have casual clothes to formal attire and kids toys to kitchen appliances. They also have a photo center and hair salon. I have shopped here for years and will continue to do so until me or the store moves away!

Has alot of good sales on clothes for the whole family,but the employees in the mens department werent very helpful as I was trying to find a size in pants two employees near by not even ask if I needed help finding a pair of jeans at all and just were taking to each other the whole time I was looking

Store went downhill. Out of stock on everything cant find anything anywhere. All departments are unorganized and messy. Employees are no help either. Took over 30min to check out with one cashier only working the line.

I went late, so any crowds were gone. The store was clean. The clothing department was laid out well enough that I quickly found what I wanted. I had no problem finding my size in a style I liked. The clothes were stacked neatly. The dressing rooms were a bit messy. Checkout was quick, no hard sells on credit cards. So a good shipping experience, which is something, since I usually hate clothes shopping.Update: I got some wrong sizes and needed to return a few items. I was treated well. I had receipts, it was a breeze.

A lot of vagabonds enter this this store so it is not really safe for families or elderly. Purses have been stolen from customers carts as well. Enter with caution and remember to lock car doors as vagabonds regularly check to see if cars are unlocked.

My daughter and I try on make-up at Sephora. Its always a fun mother daughter time. We catch up on all her stories and events planned. Never a bad experience yet. Knock on wood. Plus on your birthday they give samples of products and you get a little birthday gift. Their staff is very knowledgeable in skin care and make-up. I feel more confident everytime I leave that I am getting the best for me. They have lots of handy tricks and show you how to apply your make up. I am always happy to be there.

This place if funny. They put sale signs up but there is restriction to certain price. Doesnt say on ad but manger wont give. Still good deals with online coupons
