Very clean store. The staff was really helpful. But there isn’t a whole lot of sneakers for sneaker collectors. This store is mainly used for the public audience. But there are a couple nice sneakers there like air forces and some Jordan’s. The Jordan selection can be a little better though because there was not a lot. But if your going there for causal running shoes or normal shoes that place is good. Plus the shoe I was buying was Jordan 1 and it had a little stain but one of the employees cleaned it with shoe cleaner.

Great experience, great customer service, and they even helped me to find shoes that wasnt in their store, the Griffeys.

Calls Footlocker and is told by two staff members that they price match Nike online. I drive down and go in immediately since its the only pair. I am then told when I get it in that they wont price match... Waste of time. (Good store otherwise)

Not to many jordan stuff

How is it, you have 6 employees on the floor but, not 1 of them asks you if you need help? Wont be back. Wont say anything good! I will say .... Get employees who want to work!!

I called and asked about the yeezys that were coming out and they told me they would have a pair or 2 left. So I drove 3 hours got there before they opened and was told they didnt have any for people that didnt reserve them.

Not a good place to buy shoes. They just give customers one shoe rather than a pair. So customer cannot know the feeling to wear the pair of shoes. Thus, I give up buying since the shops owner’s behavior are so mean and stingy.

My wife and i took our 2 boys ages 11 & 15 to the Tucson Mall location this past Saturday (6-3-2017) to shop for shoes, we are repeat cusomers. As our older son was looking around the younger had found a pair of multi colored shoes to try on, he liked the way they felt but they did not have a size 8 in the store, the individual returned and said they could be ordered online and delivered as early as next Tuesday (6-6-2017) we said great it was then my wife spotted a pair of shoes that had a sale tag on them. This was not a sticker, this was a round red tag about the size of a half dollar connected by a clear zip tie style connector, it said $29.99 in white bold print. we asked the individual if we could look at that one as well, sure no problem he said, thats a good deal on that shoe. As he went to the rear of the store we were thinking how cool we will also have a back up pair for yardwork or whatever, again no size 8 in the store but again the clerk said we can do the order online no problem. As we stood at the register he said its not pulling up correctly, my wife asked what the issue was, he replied, it keeps saying they are $79.99 instead of the sale price of $29.99. We asked if he could speak to the store manager, we could see he walked up to another individual playing with a fidget spinner, in no time he returned and said they were miss-marked and we cannot sell them for the price marked on the shoe, already aggravated because the manager didnt seem to want to deal with us, she asked the clerk if he could get the manager. The manager walks over and said, can i help you? Of course the wife took the lead and said the shoes are marked $29.99 your not going to honor that? he said they were miss-marked and we cannot sell them for that, my wife said we have spent thousands of dollars in this store and its not our fault they are miss-marked, we both said if you dont honor that price we will never shop this store again. He said he could call his manager, my wife said great. He stepped away while he spoke to someone briefly, walked back over and said we could take 20 percent off of the $79.99 but thats it, as he was speaking the original clerk removed the sale tag from the pair of shoes. I spoke up and told the manager you are making a big mistake, he gave me an odd look, then i said if you look up the amount of money thats been spent in this store under that phone number its a big mistake, thats when the wife said thats fine we will never return and we all walked out.
