Arizona Cotton is professional, friendly and helpful. I brought in a baby blanket to have embroidery done. I only wanted one initial put on the blanket.(the blanket turned out great). They were happy to help and the turn around was great.... they were able to complete it in 30 minutes! Did I meant the price was responsible too. I will always come back to Arizona Cotton to get any embroidery and screen printing done.

I’m surprised this business didn’t hit top on my search for local embroidery places. I was in a bind and needed an athletic back pack for my daughter embroidered quickly. We have to leave for a volleyball tournament to Cali and called up some of the places that were top in the searches. No one had time to help me out for a quick name to be added but these guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The friendly staff knocked out my embroidery even though they clearly had a bunch of work going on. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a company that cares about their customers needs and look forward to doing work with them in the future.

I needed a small job done that was same day. i called 9 other local companies and none of them seemed interested in doing business even after finding out this job could lead to continues business worth thousands of dollars. I got in touch with Tank, told him about the job and then replied immediately with how soon can you get the items to me? i didnt mention my company name or the long term partnership that we were seeking in the embroidery and T Shirt making arena. I showed up, they did the job with honesty, integrity and high quality. he could have price gouged me but he didnt. Again very reasonable. I dont usually write reviews but when I come across an owner/business that goes out of their way to satisfy a customer I have to take the time out of my day to give credit where credit is due. I decided to do something a little unusual for Mothers Day and I wanted to get a couple pairs of garden gloves embroidered. I had called several places that didnt even want to try and shut me down immediately. Someone had recommended Arizona Cotton so I called and they asked me to bring the gloves in to see what they could do. We decided that embroidering them wouldnt be the best route but instead they wanted to try vinyl printing. Not only did they turn out great but being the procrastinator I am, they got them to me in extremely short notice. Im extremely grateful to have encountered A business owner who still understands the meaning of good customer service.
