The AU bookstore in the student union (located on the mall close to Old Main) is huge and nicely stocked. There is a bottom floor that was closed off the day we visited. I believe thats where youd find textbooks, school supplies, etc. On the main floor was a large selection of spirit wear and souvenirs. You can find spirit wear and souvenirs related to different schools within the university (business, architecture, etc) as well as sports teams and greek life. And like all university bookstores these days, there was a large selection of tube tops. LOL! Best of all, there are lots of places to sit, relax and cool off.

What is not to love about a college bookstore that has an excellent selection of branded clothing, books from local authors, gifts items, and coffee? They also have a Clinique counter, which Ive never seen in a bookstore before but its beautiful. Theres also an area for childrens books and clothing, and a beautiful, expansive area for technology stuff that will appeal to ones inner-nerd. Ive never been disappointed coming here, and sometimes I do so just to see whats new. The bookstore is a great place to stop when on campus.

This a beautiful campus, with a spacious, fully stocked bookstore! The main floor has every kind of University of Arizona logo accessory you can think of! The prices are reasonable and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. It was a great experience.

Really nice layout and accommodating staff anxious to help. Unfortunately I dont think they were prepared with stock for parents weekend. Only reason I give it for stars.

Wanted to buy a hoodie there. Basically, all available hoodies had sizes like XL and XS. Thought that was really disappointing - tons of merch but only weired sizes available. They told me they would order different sizes and would let me know, so they wrote down my email address, and I have never received a message from them. oh, but you can get coffee at starbucks. ;)

The story time every months first Saturday is so exciting. Stories thats kids and even parents enjoy and their activity is so much fun and you get some discounts everymonth for books too. One of my favorite places :)

I was double charged for my item!! I purchased a hydro flask there today and even though my card payment showed that it was accepted on the payment pad, I was told my payment had failed and that i needed to use cash to pay instead. Later that night, I checked my bank log to see I had been charged twice!! Im incredibly upset and will never set foot in there again.

Cavernous book/apparel store, beautiful arrangements, one of the best campus book stores Ive visited.

My first time at the bookstore. Its huge and really nice. Its pricey 💸 as well. I exchanged an item I purchased on line (easier and less time consuming to go in than return through the USPS) and it was extremely easy because I called first. All staff were very nice.At one point I felt like an undercover was following me because everywhere I went, he was there. All went smoothly though.I would definitely go back but with lots more 💰.

Excellent service from the cashier. I was interested in a shirt on a mannequin behind the counter which was the last one in the store. She took it right off and sold it to me.

It is a college bookstore but has a lot more. Staff really helpful. Masks are required and the store has an automated count that shows current and max capacity. Wide selection of U of A gear. It is located near the food court

Reasonable prices... sometimes, lots if cool items and a great place for a browse. Good deals on cheap books too. I would avoid the clothes as they are extremely expensive however they do seem higher quality than their Walmart counterparts which is where the 4 comes from.

Great campus store. The student employees are so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The selection is wide and the prices reasonable. The only place to shop U of A gear. They are also very connected to local events and campus charities which makes shopping there even more worthwhile.

They extended the bookstore in 2016, an excellent move. Now it is big, spacious and has a lot of products you can buy. We love to buy gifts from this store for our friends and family.

Wow, its an amazing bookstore. You can literally buy everything here like Amazon!!! Unfortunately, they dont sell that sweater anymore. I drove from KS to Arizona to find that sweater, the stuff told me that they dont sell it anymore. I was pretty sad, but still enjoy the bookstore overall.

Great place to come to. There are many options here that go from reasonably priced t-shirts to higher end items like ray bans. Great place to buy souvenirs, gifts for any occasion, or splurge for some school spirit. They also have school supplies and other technology such as certified by apple products. There is a Starbucks inside as well.

The UA Bookstore was very exciting. They have everything a student needs, and the service was fabulous.

Great place. They were already having low inventory issues due to freshmen move in day which they should have anticipated. I tried to buy a U of A Dad shirt and it was very slim pickens. I had almost no options.

No one here want to be here and you feel it from the moment you walk in! It is staffed by students that do not care about what they are doing. I understand this is a work study program but this is also teaching you to work with customers and other individuals. Clearly do not have time for us.

They try their best to help you in any way possible. I have not had a problem with them and I like the variety of merch they have. For textbooks they normally have new, used, and books you can rent for the semester.

You can find a lot of the things that you need, but almost everything is over priced. Its better to get your needs elsewhere.

ALWAYS BUY USED. ALWAYS. Good service, nice people, they will find what you need and if it isnt at the store theyll give you suggestions on where to look if you ask for them. A helpful note, check amazon. Look online for your books, compare prices, never buy a book before class starts, and only open the book if your professor says you have to complete an assignment in it AND turn the book in. Ask people if they have copies of the assignment first, see if its turned in online, and do whatever you can so that you dont have to pay super big stupid prices for books. This IS a good bookstore, but books run super expensive everywhere.

Very helpful staff and typically low wait times at checkout. Items are reasonably priced (for a campus bookstore) and UA bursars account is always accepted so it is very easy to cover the cost of course materials using financial aid. Great selection of t-shirts and other fan apparel, books, supplies, and technology!

Nothing like making the drive to bring the family after checking the hours online, only to have it close an hour earlier. Update the website. We werent the only ones unable to shop tonight. Not making this drive again.

They have great programs for kids during summer break. I recommend if you have children to look into other programs and get them involved early.

I bought a used textbook, took it home and discovered that multiple pages were missing text. I took the book back and asked for an exchange but the bookstore was out of used books. The only books left were new books that cost $40 more than the $90 I paid for a used copy. The bookstore said it was not their fault I bought a damaged book and that I would have to pay the difference for a new one since they were out of stock of used books. I said I wanted a refund for the damaged book and was refused. Now I am out $90.

As an alumni I absolutely love this place!!Every year I come back to catch a football game and really like how they have 25% off clothing the night before the game. Every time I stop by on a Friday evening, the place is buzzing with activity which I love to see and I always end up finding multiple articles of Wildcat apparel for myself each year to add to my U of A representation rotation. Bear down!!!

My son and I spent the afternoon waking up and down 4th Ave. checking out the shops and taking to people. Everyone was nice and outgoing. What a change when I walked into the U of A book store. Rude arrogant and clearly bothered.So strange that the alternative section of town is so welcoming and the liberal University was so exclusionary. But I guess that is what one should expect these days.

I literally love coming to this place! The Starbucks in the store is really friendly, and when I needed to get a book they helped me out right away with no trouble!

Wonderful stop for Starbucks and Wildcat gear for gifts and games. Discounts on home game Fridays during football season!

It is 4 stars, I love the U of A. I started my education here! BUT, the student employees/non.student employees need to get rid of their attitude. If youre going to be rude to customers, especially who are brown & youre white. You should reconsider your employment! Thank you for doing so. Mainly, you make my school lool bad. I am thankful that I was not treated any differently by any of MY professors because of my skin color. I was treated with respect. Students need to learn to respect people who say Hi& smile.

I lovvved this place i would rate 5 out 5 for it, too mnay options, fancy stuff, bags, sunglasses are amazing, makeup, and clothes, behind the books ofc. Everything is just on point, the only thing is little pricey

Friendly and helpful workers even when busy. Sadly they were all out of what I was looking for, but they have a great variety of U of A themed products!

Ordered 4 items online from them. They didnt send items until I called to check on the shipping status. They never told me that one item was not available when I called them. It took 4 days to get the refund. Good luck trying to get ahold of them during business hours because the phone hardly gets answered. Received order fairly fast though. When received an item was wrong. When I finally was able to talk to someone, about the wrong item, they didnt know what they were doing and didnt listen to me or take care of the problem at all. Wont ever shop from them again!!!
