Love this place. Clean and staff is really friendly. It literally has any book or magazine you can think off. Great place to hang out and read a book! Dont forget to grab a coffee at the in house coffee shop or a great piece of cheese cake for the ride home.

Let me put it this way: if I could live at Barnes & Noble, I would. I love books and reading, & I can always find something (many somethings, actually: I have to curb myself) to read. I also find gifts for loved ones there; & if I get hungry they even have delicious food & goodies! Whats not to love??? 💕

Its what one might expect in a bookstore; quiet. But I didnt expect the level and promptness of the service I received, and the books! Well, an educated eye saw about fifty thousand books. Trust me, theyve got what you want.

Book stores are becoming a rarity - so nice to browse. Staff went above and beyond helping me find childrens books on diversity and kindness. Enjoyed my visit very much and bought too many books. Love the discount books section.

The last bastion of new books, music and gifts in Tucson now that Borders & Waldenbooks are dead. Always clean and welcoming. The cafe is open again post- pandemic and you can browse the store. Large magazine selection. Saturdays they sometimes partner with a charity where part of your purchase helps without you paying extra.

A great place to get any type or theme of book that you may want. Paperback, Hardback, Graphic Novels or Romantic dramas. You want it, they can help you order it or leave the store with it in a bag.

Found some good books for my lady and I! Want more and gonna do so one we finish our current ones. Great help too as I was lost but they found them with the quickness. Gonna be returning with the family as there plenty to go around here.

My first experience at any Barnes and noble and honestly very shocked at what it was like. I wasnt expecting to be disappointed let alone not purchase not one thing. Very disappointed, not even one coloring book that I even kinda liked.

I didnt actually visit this Barnes & Noble to shop... instead I was there for the Starbucks.... as far as I could tell the Barnes & Noble was very well air conditioned clean and clutter-free… it was quiet and I really cant add too much more in all fairness

I forgot how much I love bookstores! B&N has great sales that make it worth the trip. It isnt crowded; the staff are helpful; I ended up with twice as many books as I came in for....so plan on having to show some restraint!

I like this Barnes & Noble better than the two story one in Tuscon. It has more selection on the books I like and Oracle decks .

This location is always very clean with large restrooms, and the staff is always happy to help. They dont hound you while you shop which is great. We really enjoy coming in to grab books, collectors dbz figurines, Pokemon cards, and their cafe has some yummy food and Starbucks coffee.

They have so many books and things anybody should be able to find what they are looking for in newer items. We needed a new road atlas hot one

A great all-around place. The staff have a computer to help you find specific books fast. Speaking of books, their exclusive classics collection has a wonderful selection of stories for the ages, all with covers that are very appealing to the eyes (Be warned though, the mythology books may be outdated). I didnt find all the books I wanted, but the cashier gave me a suggestion based on the ones I got. Their cafe also has a very nice selection of baked goods. (If you didnt know, you get a buy 1 cookie get 1 half off coupon with every purchase).

Great place for books. I get all my manga, scifi, and current events books here. If you shop on amazon youre a loser, and should shop at physical bookstores.

Aside from the couple of times they haven’t had a book the day it comes out, this is an excellent barnes and noble. The staff is friendly and helpful. They’re always quick to help me order something or put something on hold.

This is typically a go-to place for my wife and I, whenever we are in Tucson. It seems like they rearranged the sections to make it easier to peruse a topic without being close to other people. This also had the effect of rearranging the locations of where we knew to look for topics we are interested in. The last trip we ended up leaving as we were tired from getting the new lay of the land and didnt buy anything. The new layout is a bit of double edge sword in that regard. By the time youve remapped out everything while browsing, you may be ready to go to the next store. If you have a title in mind I recommend asking for help first.

Love going here for new books. If they dont have it they will.order it for u and u can pick up in store or have it shipped directly to you.Kids love going to the Starbucks for a drink and snack.

Barns & Nobles is one of the last brick and mortar Bookstores around to go and get Magazines and Books in a nice Air-conditioned place the Barns & Nobles in my area in Tucson Ariz is always clean and comfortable with friendly atmosphere

The last bastion of nerd-led chain bookstores. I like browsing all the available titles. And the cleanliness. Oh, look elsewhere for a restroom. Unforgivable seeing how they run a SB. (You can only blame the pandemic for so long.) Also, you have the sense of inevitability that BN will close b/c cracking a book is becoming rare. Enjoy while you can before you have to shop at sweaty second hand boutique stores.

An employee with blond hair threatened a homeless man outside and immediately began to argue with me, a paying customer, that she could do whatever she wanted after I told her he clearly needed shade during a 104 degree day. Screw this store, I’ll never shop here again. The lack of conscience here is staggering.

B&N, for me, is like releasing a child in a candy store. Always a comfortable way to relax and enjoy a good part of your day.

Well organized, lovely decor ~ No book this visit but did buy beautiful notes that I wouldnt be able to find anywhere else, and I was able to order the collectible calendar I wanted from their website. I wish Google gave you the option to leave less than 1 star because this location is deserving of the least amount possible. The manager, Julie, at this location actually pathetically attempted to try and call the police on me because I have a breathing disability which exempts me from wearing masks at any location in the United States therefore, I refuse to do so. The police in Tucson can be utilized in so many other more productive and imperative ways especially with the crime as high as it is and the police department being so understaffed. She and one of her employees did not keep social distancing (which is proven more effective over wearing masks) while they followed me around the store telling me that I “seriously“ need to wear a mask and harassed me in front of my children. It’s really sad because I wanted to support a local store in Tucson as opposed to ordering online at Amazon but because of this location’s discrimination against me, I have no choice but to support those who will eventually put a book store like this out of business. With employees who are this rude, no wonder they were so slow while my family and I were there. I also highly recommend Mostly Books off of Speedway! I read an article that Barnes and Noble has not been doing well revenue-wise for the last 5+ years. This is probably why! Tsk tsk.

So sad we dont have more book stores in Tucson. I could spend all day just wandering amongst the books and checking out the huge variety they have to offer. The kiddos love hanging out in the kids section, very cozy little book corner to nurture interest in reading from an early age.

Oh yeah....huge selection of books in all categories.

I love Barnes and Noble its great and very relaxing. The only downside is that there bathrooms are not open due to the Pandemic.

This is a great place to come and read books. You can have coffee there and just hang out and work or read what ever you choose. I could easily spend all day here reading books all day. They have a great section for children and great books for summer while they are out of school.

Believe it or not My first time at a Barnes & Noble it was quite the experience I kept seeing book after book after book that I needed that I needed after how many years of not purchasing books that actually going into a store to buy books I usually hit the the bookmans at bookman doesnt compare to a Barnes and nobles when it comes to books you need and books you really need Barnes & Noble has it all bookmans spur of the moment maybe Ill get this its cheap I could buy it I want it Barnes & Noble or let me take this one I really need this one definitely want that one thank you Barnes & Noble

Always a great place to hang out for a min. on a hot summer day if you love to read and on the hunt for a new book. I know many like to read books online now days but nothing beats the smell and fun of rows and rows of new books. (Even if I dont touch unless I am for sure buying it now because of the pandemic) Great little cafe that serves Starbucks as well as other coffees. Always friendly service! I hope someday we will be able to relax and drink our coffee there again someday, but for now, we just have to be patient and take it outside. At least they serve cold frappacinos too!

Called, asked if a Pete Souza book was in stock. It was. The man set it aside for me and I picked it up along with a magazine from a wonderful selection of magazines. Great store!

Absolutely amazing store, I went in with my kid. Everything was even reasonably priced I only spent 40$ on some kids toys and I expected 60ish.
