Cupboards are sparse, and often unable to find what Im looking for... But their price is the best so I usually try there first. If I call on the phone ahead of time I have to wait for a really long time to find out whether they have something so it doesnt pay to do that.

This place has Terri customer service. Have a simple question and instead of talking to a manager or an employee that can assist they just say sorry we are busy we can’t answer a question….. I can wait on hold…. Ask if I can wait for assistance. “No we are too busy”. Too busy for customer service… interesting

I just had the last trip I’ll ever take to Walmart!! There were only for registers open and customers were lined up across the aisle into the clothing section. I asked to speak to a manager so Juliet came to talk to me. I asked her if she could open up more registers because there were many employees just standing around talking. She said yes and told Deondre to open his register. He stood there carrying on his conversation like she wasn’t even talking to him. I said excuse me she asked you to open your register. He told me to mind my own business. We had several words and then he starts cursing at me. Told me I could go get an application if I think I could do a better job. His boss Juliet watched the entire interaction and she only said stop Deondre. That was it. She didn’t try apologizing for him, NOTHING!!!I couldn’t believe that’s where I was choosing to spend my hard earned money. LAST TIME EVER!! Corporate will definitely know about this!!

This store is trashy. Its definitely worse than the store on Glendale! There were only 3 cashiers open on a Saturday evening, and some of the lines rivaled a black Friday type line. Many things were out of stock. The store in Oregon is much better than this one! Avoid like the plague if you can.

Been standing in line for literally 23 minutes now and it hasnt moved. Only line open and we are buying games that got brought up here. Back started to hurt so I walked to camping area for a hunting chair to sit on. Line didnt go anywhere. Ended up checking out in electronics and they said they are over 120 people short. Ive worked retail and if you cant get a customer through in half an hour, theres a big problem. They said the manager knew about it but clearly wasnt doing anything about it. Walmart doesnt have a union. Theres no reason the manager cant pitch in and help clear the line.

Usually its an ok store not enough lanes open though that never bothered me so I wouldnt usually write a review to a supermarket, but today 4/18/2021 at 6pm I was standing in lane 8 with an older white cashier lady she was so slow that more than 12 customers in each lane beside me 3 or more with full cart passed while she was doing just the one customer before me I had 7 cans of cream and instead of scanning one and multiplying she was actually spinning and spinning the can more than 8 or 10 times waiting for it to scan itself and doing the same with all 7 cans and other stuff. Thats how slow she is that I had to write a review I mean I dont want to get her into trouble but she doesnt belong in a fast pace position like the cashier she should be helping customers or stocking shelves.

Overall the Walmart is okay- its kept clean and stocked. The main problem is there are never enough cashiers for the number of people waiting to pay. On any given day they might have 1- 3 even though there are over 15 lanes. Its worse during the holidays with maybe two or if we are lucky four more cashiers than usual but also triple the people waiting.

Had what I needed at a reasonable price. Wasnt a lengthy wait in lines today! Keep UP the good work!

Honestly I only come here if there is something I can only buy here. The place is always filthy and the parking lot is full of trash everywhere you look. Can never find an associate unless you happen to catch one that is walking by (while they hope you dont make eye contact and ask them a question) prices are great but just cant bring myself to spend less and be subjected to this type of place.

Have just the right stuff to get that project done.

I must say I love Walmart because it is a 1 stop shop most of the time!

Most days its rather nice. But weekends the staff can be a bit on the rude side. Overall I personally prefer other super markets.

The Sunday pick up was just fine. However, last Wednesday or Thursday my wife waited outside for almost an hour to get loaded and for that reason. Im going to give this a low rating.

This particular Walmart was disorganized more than any Walmart Ive been to lately. That was very surprising.I have seen the duck fat spray before, but I just love seeing it. A great deal to add a ton of flavor to fries or something. And the Ranch cheese? Not my cup of tea but I have friends that will go crazy for that. The Walmarts seem to have a diverse selection of food. I always see things I want to try.

Pretty decent Walmart location. Store appeared quite clean, neat and tidy. Was well laid out and well stocked. Inventory levels seemed up to par. Could have done with a few more open checkout lanes, but it was still way better than many Ive been to.

Walmart is cool as usual but today my only complaint was they just had one lane open had to wait over 20 minutes to get checked out

Clean and mostly organized store.Staff was helpful.3 stars due to only having a few checkout lanes open at the time of checkout. Took me close to 20 minutes to do so. What is the point of having 20 checkout lanes? I do as well understand that staffing is a major issue currently.Aside from that, no other gripes.

Good Place To Shop For Craft Supplies, Jeans, Linens, Casual Wear Ect. Team Leaders, Managers Can Definitely Work On Their Customer Service Skills, Lack Of Communication. Problem Solving Skills Are Non Existent. Walmart Really Needs To Spend Some Of That Money In Customer Service/ Customer Relations. Its The Experience That Ensures Loyalty In Business. Yes People Shop There Due To The One Stop Shopping But Question Them About The Quality Of Customer Care/Service Walmart Is A Failure.

I was ready to walk out without the phone case I needed because I was waiting to find someone to help me and the nicest, most personable man by the name of TODD came through and asked if I needed help. He went immediately went and found keys to get the case I needed and offered to take me up front and ring me up himself! He told me several stories about how great iPhones and other Apple products are on the way up. Todd made my night! Kudos!

Never have had what I needed, clothes sizes in jeans shirts except, were all mixed up, man running down electronics isle yelling Jesus is blk..until security got him, I will go to wallmart.com to shop and hopefully fed ex dont deliver cause you will wait a very long time for your packages..

100 customers waiting to checkout in a disorganized mob vs. 5 cashiers. no one seemed to where the lines started or ended and lots of loud conversations about where we supposed to stand up in here No social distancing and a distinct lack of hygene.Hated to add to the burden of surely underpaid and overworked employees, but for my own mental health had no choice but to abandon a full cart and unass.

Way too crowded. Had no shopping carts available. Had to retrieve one from the lot. Associate in automotive was extremely rude and difficult to deal with.

The check out lines are HORRIFICALLY LONG AND SLOW! Frozen products THAW OUT before you get to the counter!!!

Long lines but they went pretty quickly. Watch out for the employees doing the quick list they will run you over with those huge carts and never ever say excuse me to anyone.

We tried the buy online & pickup in store feature offered on their web. The email we received said to pickup after 8:00 pm. Wring!! We went shopping there for some items that we still needed & opted to wait till we were done shopping to do our pickup. The tower for pickup says closed at 8:00 pm which means no one there to help. We were told to scan our code and the items would come out of the tower. Two other people used it & it worked great. I waited 1/2 hour for someone to help me. My husband found someone who tried her best but needed a manager to open the tower. She found someone & still couldnt open it. The folks who work that area go home at 8:00 & dont return till the following day. After close to an hour we had to leave to return the next day to get our purchase. The following morning my husband went back & people were late for work & still couldnt get it open. He had to wait for them to come in. Finally he was able to get our items. (& we live in Temperance, 30 minute drive to this store) One of our items was breakable, so it wasnt in the tower. For unbreakable, smaller sized items, its great but not for any breakable, or large items.

Normally I shop at Spring Meadows and dont care for this location, but man was I impressed tonight. They had everything I was looking for and then some, plenty of lanes open, the employees were friendly...total opposite of times past. I may start shopping here more often now.

Online says its in stock get to the store nothing you actually want is there. Overall attitudes of employees can use work. Doesnt even matter which Walmart you. But they get treated like slaves anyways.

DO NOT do in store pickup here. It took nearly a half hour to get my items after checking in in the store. I had to go out of my way and talk to six different associates to get my order. Meanwhile, the team lead, Matt, kept walking by me without batting an eye. If I hadn’t hounded them, I could have been there all day. I called after my visit to speak to someone about the incident so they can improve, but no one ever answered the phone. I called several times. The management team has failed this store. It used to be the best Walmart in Toledo and is now the worst. The associates are friendly but stay in their lane. They won’t go out of their way to help you, they do the bare minimum.

They refused to accept my cash, someone didnt do their job, had to shop elsewhere for my new tv, never experienced such a thing before, very uncool to not take cash, actually I think its illegal. YOU NEED BIGGER SIGNS EXPLAINING YOU DONT TAKE CASH! you wasted my valuable time, and I cant get it back...should be ashamed of yourselves

Always chaotic at Walmart. Especially since Covid.

Doing their best to keep shelves stocked during this pandemic with disinfectant products woefully lacking. Still an abundance of products most everywhere else with the fresh food section being a standout. Check out can be problematic with most self checkouts being cashless and thoughs few registers accepting cash also accepting cards. This causes long slow lines for us cash only customers.

Got followed around the store like i stole something made me feel very uncomfortable

Pharmacy is the best in the area and least expensive most times.

For groceries & household stuff its great. The clothing area has a real You must never go there, Simba feel too it. Empty shelves (except for food wrappers) and clothes strewn about the floor. Stacks of empty boxes by electronics and the employees seem to all have urgent matters to tend via text. In a pinch its fine I just pretend Im in a zombie movie
