I worked with the Jupmode team to make a custom shirt for a Summer challenge event. They were great every step of the way! Helping me with taking my mock up/design and refining it into a professional look. Their customer service was great throughout, even addressing follow up items after the shirts were completed! The shirts look awesome! Well definitely use them again!

Jupmode was always very responsive with pricing and recommended a great, comparable shirt when the brand I selected was out of stock. Nice staff and very reasonable turnaround time! Easy to review and approve proof and a little quicker than the needed deadline!

Jupmode was an excellent company to use for a last minute fundraiser! They were very responsive and met our short deadline a day early. When the shirt we asked for was not available, they upgraded our shirts at no extra charge. Very impressed.

Was very disappointed that community shirt for Art Commission was only available in Black!Art Commission shirt should have had a color - Orange, Yellow,Green or Blue something in a color would have been more eye catching to represent Arts in Toledo area........Do better Jupmode!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic experience. We received great looking shirts in what seemed record time. When I told my crew the shirts were ready they were all no way the turn around was really just that fast. I did everything through e mail and phone with Tara, she was fabulous.

Neat place to find a variety of tees and other stuff. With that being said...No handicap parking or access to the store entrance which was a bit difficult for me.Was not greeted upon arrival and was surprised because they had no other customers in the store.Friendly staff at checkout perhaps because I was making a purchase idk.Might go back someday, might...to help out a local business.

We ordered custom masks for the volleyball team at the University of Toledo. I have ordered a lot of custom things for our team and this was by far the best service I have ever received from a company. Not only did we have all the details worked out in a day, but they got them made and in our hands in impressive time. The quality of the masks is incredible. Wearing them all day in the gym, we knew we need something comfortable, and these were spot on. Very soft, breathable, you barely even notice it is on your face. I’m really sad to give this business a poor review because I was really excited to try it out but unfortunately I have not had a positive experience so far. I try to shop small as much as possible and I understand that it’s a crazy time of the year for retailers and shipping and Jupmode only has so much control over shipping issues. However, they do have control over their customer service and while it was fast it also wasn’t very helpful or polite. I was ok with the gifts I ordered not being here in time for Christmas despite me ordering them at the beginning of December but I reached out to see if there was anything I could do to get a delivery estimate or more information and was met with a very short message that felt a little condescending and told me that “it’s not their situation to deal with”. Just a very frustrating experience over all.
