Keep that handsome salesman out of sight, hes distracting the female coworkers...Seriously though, I have been familiar with this location for the duration of my life. I am so happy, proud and satisfied with my job. I love coming to work and taking care of our guests. I would love to have at least one associate from each quad to wear a walkie so if we see guests lining up we can let the associate know to return from their straigtening up duties to check them out.

Selections were limited for my preferred style. I had the BEST customer service experience at checkout! Bonnie was exceptionally friendly & helpful when it came time to ring out.

Great selection of mens clothes. Mainly Levis jeans and some Nike athletic wear that was nice. Prices were comparable to other department stores. I liked that they had a good selection of 34 length for their jeans. Sometimes I struggle to find jeans in 34x34 and they had quite a few. Looked at the clearance racks as well and found a couple really good deals. Mens fragrance section was very small compared to some other JCPENNEY stores I have been to. They still have a salon in this one although I didnt see it. They had signs for childrens hair cuts for $12. It was almost nostalgic walking around in there. The mall in Benton Harbor is closed and I havent been in a JCPENNEY in over a year

I like to have a look there before I buy my clothes. My wife likes theirs but I prefer Kohls. Sometimes you can find good items on clearance.The staff members are nice and helpful.

I come here all the time. Adorable jeans, shoes, and bikinis. (But for bikinis wait until July otherwise you get a lot of meh)

We had a hard time finding someone to assist us in purchasing a mattress. When I did finally find a person, she was from the children clothing dept. So when we decided we wanted to purchase a certain floor model, she had to call someone else. So we had to wait approx 10 minutes for her, then we had to walk to the other end of the store to use a register that had not been closed out yet. She also had to call someone that usually works in that department to make sure she was ringing it up correctly. We were exhausted by the time we finished the purchase.

All I know Penneys does things kind backwards and its hard to get the correct size you ordered. I think its because their clothes are imported from to many different countries.....

No longer selling, Echo, Jockey, poor selection of New Balance. Bait & switch pricing. The clerk kept popping & smacking her gum. Not @ all knowledgeable. Shopping bags not large enough for the merchandise. Going downhill rapidly.

One of my favorite places to shop for shoes, clothes and housewares! They always have great sales and I live the fit of their clothing brands. The employees are very helpful and friendly. If you have their credit card and a rewards membership (free), you get bonus coupons throughout the year. They are also really fair with returns as well, especially if you have your receipt.

Im really impressed!! They have a great selection and allow you to try the clothes on!!! The prices are good and are following Kohls with % off and 10 off 50 coupon for later shopping!!! Way to go JC Penney!!! You have earned my business again...so long kohls!!

Nice clean store, great prices

Penneys is always advertising coupons that cant be used on most items. The aisles are very congested and cant move around in them much. The younger cashers are not very friendly and inpatient with answering my questions.

Returns shoes, your sales woman was rude, obnoxious and argumentive, right shoe was defective,, didnt fit,was not made right,this party needs to be fired !!!These shoes are being sent back, and Penneys can check this right shoe out for themselves,it flip flopped on made loose my balance.I was forced to buy a different pair.I also was approved for a JCPENNEY credit card which I will cut up !! I will never shop here again !!

I want to share my experience with something people generally wont consider. I had a years old petty theft case I just dealt with today in court. The lawyer and prosecutor along with JC Penney representative agreed on much reduced charges. Ive completely turned my life around all these later and jail would seriously compromise that. The judge straight up said I deserve at least 10 days in jail. He made his opinion very apparent and needed no convincing to give jail time. He asked the JC Penney representative how he felt. Basically he said its not ok what I did of course is not ok no matter the excuse but hes happy with our original agreement. Meaning restitutions and stay away but not jail time. We always think of corporations as heartless and that they will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. But this gentleman happily agreed to my getting much reduced charges. Then when the judge gave him the opportunity to essentially punish me he didnt do it. It could have been much different for me. So thank you so much for this second chance to build on my improvements JC Penney. That representative will probably never fully realize what a huge difference he just made in my life.

This place is going to be the next Sears. The lack of enthusiasm from their workers makes you want to put your items down and just walk out. Lines are always extremely long despite there being about 6+ running registers in the store at all times. With a run down interior, JC Penny is the place that you quickly walk through so you can get to the actual mall because the parking lot is empty so a good spot is guaranteed. The prices are extremely high, and instead of having a separate line for online pick up and returns, you’re forced to stand in line while people dig to find their receipts. I literally avoid this store at all costs.

Couldnt find any staff to pay for my merchandise. When I did finally locate the cashier, which was doing other duties. I tild her I was waiting for almost five mins for her to arrive at the cash register and in so many words, she called me a liar. Not sure why she would think I had a need to lie, just wanted to buy a dress. Wont go there again. I dont need to be treated poorly and give jcpenny my money. I can be treated poorly for free. Sigh

Complete filth and unorganization. Clothes in disarray in the mens dept. More socks on the floor than on the wall.

Lots of inventory, they close at 7: pm. The whoe mall closes early. Crazy.

Was there an hour before closing time. Most registers were closed by 6:30pm. Fitting rooms are closed due to COVID-19. Parking lot almost empty. Sad times all around. All out of JC Pennys control. Cant wait for life to get back to normal. Hang in there.

Jcp used to be my go-to. I have been loyal for years. Theyve recently changed their business practices and wont honor their coupons on anything theyve marked as clearance. They are financially in trouble, I understand, but Im sad theyre pushing away long-time customers with these changes. Good luck jcp.

I love shopping at JCPenney for my clothes. I can usually find something that I like. However, the girls department I never have any luck. My girls are very tall for their age and wear sizes about two years ahead of their age. I dont want them to wear the cut off shoulder shirts. Some of the clothes are way more of a sexy look that I want to purchase. I havent been back in months to see the clothes. I hope to find some kid appreciate clothes again.
