Very helpful employees! Purchased a grill, the employee asked if I needed help and unlocked the secure grill, took it to the cashier for me. I then paid for it and he met me outside with the grill in hand. Pulled up with my truck and he loaded it right up. Extremely easy purchase.

I and my wife have been going here for years. We just love this place, they have just about everything we need from washers and dryers to lawn mowers which we bought here along with plants for our yard. Even some items for our bath rooms. Yes I almost forgot our new kitchen counter tops marble,we love them much better than formica. Well you get the idea its all here. This is one of the best Home Depots I have been to. Customer service here is above and beyond. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I usually have to wait to find a sales person on other locations, here, they are available and even if not in their department, will still try to help you. I strongly recommend this store if in Titusville and need a Home Depot.

They were out of the paint that I use, but I found these items that everyone else is out of. It worked out great.Yesterday everyone was so friendly today in the store. It was a pleasant shopping experience 😊

I LOVE my Titusville Florida Home Depo! I have never had a complaint over here! Today I had 10 keys made the gentleman was amazing who helped me. Unfortunately 5 keys didn’t work so we went back. Sarah helped us LMBO she seriously said they lined up and to get a refund and take it to another store to get remade !!! I turned to walk to the contractor desk and she says customer service is the other way . Her attitude was horrible and I even waited for her to pose for her picture. Yeah hands down the WORST EMPLOYEE EVER! Thank goodness for the other employees that make up for her or I would never go back!

I gave a couple a ride to this Home Depot to help them shop for certain items and to translate for them in the back area where the flooring department is. Ive shopped many times at Home Depot, because they have so many different things to choose from thats never going to be found in just any typical store. Great gardening supply, to lawn supply, ect. ect.

From their prices to curbside pick up I absolutely love this place. Even delivery is fast and free!

There was an issue whenever I went to pick up my order. But considering the situation I thought everything went really well. Like everywhere else Home Depot is experiencing a problem finding employees. Too many people want to sit at home and wait for a handout instead of go work like the rest of us. So it took a while to get someone to help load 35 bags of rubber mulch in the back of my truck. But they did finally get someone and the person that did the loading was very nice and did a great job. Also this order had started with a phone call because their website showed they didnt have the brown rubber mulch. But they did and when I called someone went out and looked for themselves to see if it was there. Which I really appreciate and my order was ready very quickly. Got to love that.

Awful. Nobody knows anything and nobody is willing to help find someone who does. Stood for 40 minutes in the plumbing aisle asking everyone I saw for help and they just kept saying they’d send someone over. Finally got someone over there and I asked him a question and he literally looked at me with a blank face and said “yeah I have literally no idea” and just stood staring at me. So I left and went to Lowe’s. Maybe they should hire people that know what they’re doing or at least willing to provide halfway decent customer service. Absolutely astounded that I had this experience

Everything is easy to find from the website, they show you the aisle and bay number for each store. This one is also clean and the staff is okay. Self checkout is a breeze as well.

Incompetent people in most departments. Most have no clue about the merchandise they are suppose to sell. I was helped (???) by an Haitian woman who barely spoke English. Supposedly she was the department head. I told her I was looking for a 1/2 SDS concrete bit. It is a rotary hammer drill bit. She asked what size and what did it drill. I again told her 1/2 and that it drilled concrete . . . .. but that it had to be SDS. So she leads me over to the generic masonry bits. She was still clueless even after I tried to explain it to her. Im about to join Amazon as you can rarely get help locally anyways. Amazon had at least 1 person that knew what an SDS drill bit was. OH . . . same Home Depot had a retired plumber . . . guess where they put him . . . . .. lighting . .. .

Lorilee (not sure of spelling) went above and beyond to help me when I called the store this evening. I was verifying a specific item was in stock as the website wasnt giving me all the info I needed. She verified they had the item in the store. When I asked where the item was located she couldnt find the info on the website either. She physically located the item and brought it to the service desk. I went and picked it up within 15 minutes. She epitomizes the customer service experience. She was courteous, helpful and went the extra mile and then some. She is to be commended for her actions.

This HD curbside is great. I checked in and not even 5 min later I had my purchase in the back of the car. Employee was professional and friendly.

Came to buy one of the 5x8 trailers they had and needed assistance in getting the process started, Elijah jumped into action without any hesitation and helped facilitate the entire thing. He noticed that the trailer that was on display had a defect that I did not see and insisted he go to the back to get a newer one. He also helped change out the ball for my hitch. Absolutely great customer service. This isnt the first visit Ive seen him going the extra mile for customers either. Look forward to shopping there again!

Excellent customer service. They take time to listen to your needs, and do everything possible to fulfill whatever it is.

40 customers in line for self checkout. 10 customers at the cashier operated Contractors Desk. I took my chance and stood in the line with 40 other shoppers. When it was my turn, the self checkout was card only. Guess what? I only had cash on me. I was told that I had to get back in line where Contractors were checking out with huge orders. There has to be a better way to let shoppers know that self service lanes are cashless. You would think they would have opened more lanes to accommodate the lines of customers. Just a thought. Now back to your regularly scheduled program.

Staff is always very helpful at this location found a few items that are actually cheaper than Walmart

Terrible, after paying fir everything and renting and loading the van i went to pickup my fence panels and they were sold. They said there was more in the back but there was not.After 3 hours shopping, loading the van then waiting for someone to come and unload the van because i had to cancel my order because there was no fence panels.I was given a run around and that was not right. This is by far the worse experience i have ever had at any home depot. I totally waisted a day at your store .

This location very helpful, young man asked me if I needed some help. I asked him for the automotive stop was and he brought me to the aisle. Its Christmas time so there are lots of sales. I found a package of impact sockets that I was not aware was located at the store. I was price comparing to Lowes and Harbor Freight. I ended up buying a product at this Home Depot location.

I had the best customer service there ever. Thanks Sydney.!!!! You are the only person in the paint department to help us pick out paint from a-z. Showing us the way to look at it in different lighting and in depth. Taking your time to explain how the color would work on the screen and you were so pleasant in answering our many questions. In all the years I have been buying paint there not one person ever put me in the computer to track my paint and the rooms I used the paint for. I didnt know you get points and discounts. I will be calling corporate. Once again thank you for everything.

It was hard to get a person to help me with prices and measurements for a cabinet . I was told to make an appointment. I dont see why since the employee was by herself and talking on the phone. I had bought almost all the cabinets for the kitchen in this store.

Had to get a new fridge May of 2020.It was difficult because covid stopped manufacturing..And everything was sold out and backordered.The ladies in the appliance department were very helpful and patient as we checked the availability of pretty much every single fridge in the place :)

Our family wanted to thank a manager by the name of Tyler at the Titusville FL store. Before we got to get our family a Christmas tree we had to go into quarantine due to a positive covid test. We attempted to order online but could not. I contacted the store and Tyler went above and beyond to make sure our family could pick a tree up. He picked out our tree for us, loaded it up for us and then out of the amazing kindness of his heart he paid for it as well. Tyler what you dont know is you covered the last bit of money we had in our account because my husband nor myself are receiving covid pay while being out of work. I left crying tears of joy. You are an absolutely amazing person and we wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Merry Christmas.

Needed a new dryerFound what I wanted and ordered it online directly with home depot.I called customer service . A very nice lady checked for my order. She told me it would be delivered and installed Oct 10.Oct 8 ... I get a message that said my dryer will be delivered Nov 6.I cancelled my order with another nice person.I needed this dryer because we took my mother-in-law out of the abusive invironment at the nursing home and my old dryer died .Anyway I dont frequent home depot.Now I have to wait for my refund 677.15 to by one from some place elseI Do not recommend this place.

So how is it i can spend hundreds/thousands of dollars in this store, have my receipt, and can NOT do a return for merchandise that hasnt even been opened, again with a receipt. I try calling the # on receipt, and cant even speak with anyone. Yes, i have a record that was only my car involved but time was served terminating early taking one for some team, but my rights have been restored, and im a business Owner, i vote and work my butt off!! Unethical, not at all customer service oriented! As many thumbs down that counts!! Shaking my head!!!

I enjoyed the shopping experience offered by this location. The store contained all the materials I needed to complete my honey do-list and make the wife happy.

Went to purchase a shed. Things were acceptable until after I paid for it. I was told to pull my truck around and they would load it. 15 minutes later and no shed. Made inquiries and received several excuses ending with they had to use the forklift so it was taking longer. Finally saw shed coming down the isle so told woman at counter it was here and went back to my truck. 5 minutes later still no shed. Asked for manager. Got Mike. Asked the shed be loaded and asked for some goodwill. Mike apparently doesnt know what goodwill is. He loaded the shed and left the truck gate open. Had to explain to him why it needed to be closed to keep the shed from sliding out while driving. Received attitude and no goodwill. If you require customer service stay away from this location. Staff is limited in their ability and Mike is completely unskilled as a manager. I was willing to pass on the goodwill because unless they were going to give me cash off the shed I just purchased it would never get used because I never intende to patronize this location again!

Its home depot.. cant find anyone when you need them.. and after you have walked 20 miles thru the isles and finally find what you need, suddenly they show up, but dont even work in that department.. and cant answer any questions about their products.. lol.

Home Depot was clean. The plants there had awesome pots that seems to fit the size of the plant. Although, if you need to buy a pot without a plant in it, then the pots tend to look bland.

Went to the home depot in titusville to buy a table saw they did not have it in stock so they sent me to the store in Merritt island because they had two. After getting to Merritt island I noticed the same exact saw was 100 dollars more same sku. and everything. After talking with the store manager there is nothing they will do for me. I got told it was two different stores and sometimes thats just how it is. She said the titusville store had it on clearance and they dont match store sales so I called the titusville store while standing there and they said no its not on clearance and they should match it. If my house wasnt already ripped apart and in need of a saw I would have went shopping online like I should have done in the beginning. Wont be back to this store.

I came to shop at 7:30 hoping to feel safe. I just bought an old house and want to fix it to be live able. Most of the employees are not wearing masks and are not honoring social distancing. This is not good customer service. When I jumped out of the way of two employees they laughed. When I told them I was vulnerable, they laughed more. I feel like my shopping experience was akin to walking in a mine field. Customer service and their safety should be number one!

Cary is by far the best manager Home Depot has in Titusville, FL. Cary has been nothing but professional for all the years I have known him working at Home Depot. You want answers, help, and honesty, it is Cary.
