My wife and I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Appliance Direct in Titusville and we couldnt have been more happy with their service. We got great a scratch and dent special where there were a few very minor dents. The salesman at the store was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. Additionally, I would highly recommend using the delivery team that they subcontract to. They delivered on a weekend and were fantastic. They quickly moved and installed our old refrigerator in our garage and installed the new one inside despite having to remove our front door. They were very friendly and even gave us some advice about our home. I highly recommend them.

I like to buy local and have purchased appliances here over the years. I recently purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave and the prices are competitive with the big box stores. Saw a Whirlpool dryer on sale that was better than anyone elses price. It was the same model I had for the last 20 years so I knew it would last. Called them up and they had it in stock and I picked it up that afternoon. No surprises, brand new in the box for the price that was stated. Worked out great 👍

Seemed to have more scratch and dent dishwashers on hand today 6-10-2021 than new in the box. Sales Rep was helpful though by showing us online items they had to offer on a big screen monitor they had at th he counter. That was very helpful.

This was my first experience with Appliance Direct. I moved into a home with a fridge that was inspected prior to purchase as “not cooling and As-is”. After 3 weeks of trying to repair the appliance I gave up and looked for a new fridge since food was spoiling, no working ice maker, etc. All the retail stores had ridiculous wait times for delivery and I needed one now. I went to Appliance Direct in Titusville and there was an endless selection of appliances. I showed up around 2:00 and both sales people were very helpful in helping select a fridge and set up delivery in 24 hours. YES,! I was going to get my fridge in 24 hours! Who does that? NOBODY! I was called twice to confirm delivery and promptly showed up at my doorstep. Both delivery men were courteous and professional who offered endless information of what the procedure was for the installation. They removed the old one and installed the new one which was tested, and explained the cooling procedure. To my amazement he plugged in the fridge and showed me that cooling would go from 47 degrees to the low 30s. I asked him how in the heck is this already at 47 degrees 10 seconds after he plugged it in. He explained we plugged it in before it left the store. WHATTTTT,! Who does that? again NOBODY! This was a “ go above and beyond moment “. That blew me away not having to put food in a 100 degree fridge because it was hot hot out.10 stars for Appliance DirectRichard Miles

The salesman told me the delivery men would set up the appliances but when they were delivered they said I was not charged for setup. They got things straightened out and were very gracious in the setup. I saved $300 over purchasing the same machines at Lowes with them on sale.

Buying of my new washer was very easy. However, according to the advertisement I have heard on the radio and seen on TV, they CLAIM I could get same day delivery. That turned out to be false even though I bought the washer at 8am on a weekday. I was given a date for my delivery, it arrived very late. The man installed it. However, he did not check it. I thought everything was in order till I used it the next day. I had a FLOOD in my home. Water was EVERYWHERE. When I called, I was told they would send someone out in a couple of days. Ugh....after getting all the water up, I was unable to use my new washer. I also now have water damage due to the installers negligence. And of course they claim they can do nothing about it. I am completely unsatisfied with how this was handled.

Delivery window was 1pm to 6pm. They arrived at 6:45 pm.

We went with the intention of buying a particular refrigerator. We actually purchased the first refrigerator and we came home and found that the depth was not what we needed we called Anthony . Been buying from here for years. All of a sudden I cant get any service. Bought a new dishwasher, it never worked. After a week of begging on the phone, we still cant get any service. I brought it back to be told I cant return it without paying a restocking fee. Immediately after I am told that it wont be restocked and cant be resold. I just wanted it fixed. Brett told us wed hear back something that day and again we were lied to. I am going to return it and pay the bs fee and shop elsewhere from now on. Wacky nu nuUpdate: had to figure it out myself, AD did less than nothing and refused ANY help. Will never use them again

Good spot to buy appliances. I needed a new dishwasher as mine was leaking all over my kitchen. The salesman over there was great and even set me up with delivery and installation. The price was low and they installed my dishwasher the next morning. Id buy from them again just for the value they offer.

I dont recommend purchasing from this bussines unless you want to be waiting around for a delivery that wont show up when they say it will. I purchased a range here Saturday was told I would have monday delivery the ONLY reason I bought my range here except monday delivery never came. After having to call the store Twice once at 1pm and again at 5pm I was finally told at 5pm well delivery isnt happening until tomorrow and well its not my fault I sent the order. This place does not care about customer care or service at ALL. Next time Ill bring my butt elsewhere and will make sure my family, friends and coworkers do aswell. You are only as good as your word and their word is no good!

I got a great deal on a brand new washer and dryer. The cost with delivery and install was still about $300 less than the base price at the local retailers. The delivery was right on time, quick, and he tested everything before he left.

I cannot get ANYONE to help, The BBB has been ignored by them, the warranty company says there was an error on their end and wont talk to us either. Have been very happy with both the things I have purchased and the customer service.

We recently purchased a new referigerator and range from Appliance Direct in Port St John.The Stove worked perfectly, however the referigerator water dispenser had two streams of water coming out of the fridge. We called the manager at the store David, he was very helpful and got someone out almost as fast as the same day delivery we got when we bought the items. We were up and running in no time at all :)

I would like to share an experience I had at a Appliance Direct in Titusville. I purchased a dryer on 9/1/2018 and paid an extra $60 for same day delivery and haul off. The installer tells us the machine wont start and he thinks there is a problem with my outlet. I replaced the breaker and tested it with a multimeter and have the correct voltage at the outlet. I called the store back the same day fully expecting an appology and a replacement dryer to be sent out. Instead, I had to wait until the next day as the store manager John Ke**** is not there and the salesman on duty has no clue what to do. I arrive at the store when it opens and same sales guy is only person working, so he calls John and asks him to talk to me on speaker, a mistake he wont likely make again as he was loudly berrated and told never to put him on speaker. I tried to explain to John there was no issue with my voltage and I even tested the voltage all the way to where the plug wires into the dryer. I am told I have to pay for an electrician to come out or they wont do anything. We went back and forth on that quite awhile. I asked for his supervisor and was told to contact corporate. Of course there is not a number or name to ask for... just go on the website under contact us and fill out a form. I did that on the 2nd when I was getting the runaround and to date have not gotten a reply. I called another store and asked how to contact someone over the store managers and was told to contact the Melbourne store. I contacted the Melbourne store and was told John had flagged my account and I had to talk directly to him. I was told no one higher up was in and to call John. I called him back thinking.. maybe he is willing to make it right and thats why he flagged the account?? (not likely, but hopefull). Well it turned out to be quite the opposite. I was basically told I could call the manufacture to come out and fix it or I could eat it. I posted on the business FB page and instead of contacting me they deleted the post. Looks to me like this goes beyond the store level since no one at corporate is ever reachable. So... if your looking for an appliance STAY AWAY from Appliance Direct.

Was promised delivery on 5/27/2018 by Titusville a tire manager John Keefer. On 6/4/18 Ne. Keefer called me and told me that there was a delay. At that point I asked for a refund due to the fact that on my purchase invoice delivery date was expected on 5/27 he told me that he would have to charge me a 20% restocking fee. They had not delivered the items as promised and want to charge me a restocking fee.
