I absolutely love this store. I can get a months worth of bread for 8 people for $30 and they are extremely friendly. We only shop here once a month usually but the ladies know my boys and are always ready with a smile. Best place to buy your bread products. And within the last couple years they are now carrying the super yummy sourdough breads.

I usually come here once a month to stock up on bread. I tried calling before I drove here today. No answer. No voice message on the phone to let customers know that the s store is CLOSED today.I’d like to know how long they’ll be closed. Seems strange - since I would consider them like a grocery store and those establishments are remaining open.

Seniors, you need to know about this place. Get basic baked goods and some other foods as well at great, and I mean great prices. Plus one or two days a week there is a 10% senior discount! You also get free items for spending money with them and I think it’s one item per $10. This is just a wonderful extra bonus and I always get something to give to the grandkids. Many gluten-free choices as well.

Review №49

I dont know why more people dont shop here. It is clean and the folks are friendly. I like this location more than the one off TV Highway, but that is because the parking lot here isnt full of potholes! I always get friendly service everywhere and the stores are very clean. The cashier will give your kids a little bag of animal crackers and that makes it their favorite store. If youve never been to a Franz Outlet you should try it! The bread is good. They have aisles of fresh stuff for cheaper than the stores, and the back wall is lined with carts of discounted bread and other products like rolls, bagels, even snack cakes and pastries sometimes. The discounted items are usually close to their dates or may have not been made quite properly, I noticed last week some of the 26 grain thin slice loaves (my favorite) were not risen as much as they usually are. They still tasted just fine, made fine sandwiches and toast, but theyre a little smaller than usual. I normally buy a weeks worth of bread and freeze it, then take out what I need each day. I have a bunch of kids and we go through a loaf a day, so being able to get 4 loaves of good, whole-grain bread that we like for the cost of 1 at the regular store is a pretty big deal! When you spend $10 you get a free item, and if you spend more you get more! Check for mold on the free bread. The only time I got moldy stuff was from the free cart, and that was only once! Dont let that hold you back!!

St
Review №50

Franz outlets are the best places to buy bread & baked goods. Prices are very discounted, even on fresh items. Day-old bread is especially cost effective if you freeze it. Thaw it out & its just like fresh. You can order ahead items in quantity for group functions such as church picnics (even get a 10% discount for churches!). The employees are very friendly and helpful. They even have other grocery items at good prices.

Prices are dirt cheap, one can end up getting upwards of eight items for under $10. They accept food stamps (SNAP/EBT) here as well, which is a big bonus. The staff are also very friendly. There is no public bathroom here sadly, but some of the staff will let you use their bathroom anyway if you really do need to go.It is a small store (the loading bay is literally twice the size), but fits its customers needs and its uses very well.

I love Franz I do but Im getting real inconsistent quality of product. I buy a lot of the berry pies and quite often Im getting ones that looked like they got stuck in the fryer and has no icing! I have even tried to suck it up cause I hate to complain but I hate having to throw out brand new food.

Review №81

More than meets the eye.Part breads, part grocery store, part mini-mart.Franz sells at least 50 different discounted glutinous items here, which are, for the most part, very fresh with good expiration dates. You may be surprised to find popcorn, granola bars, honey, jams, a refrigerated convenience food case with milk, cheese, water, soda, etc. Its got a bit of a mini Mart thing going on, so if youre in a hurry to get milk, bread, or a sweet treat and get on home, choose this place over a big box store. Its super convenient, and if you spend over $10 you get to pick a free item from a special rack (aka freezer bread for me!)They were selling loaves of organic whole wheat bread for 99¢ the other day. You never know what you might find when you pop in.Check them out!
