This location provides a lot of services under wal mart. The establishment is amazing, the teams of employees here really coordinate well, giving sales a push. The lines are mostly self checkout, with few cash back self checkout registers. The spacious layout is most comfortable. Awesome fresh foods area, health and beauty products. This wal mart has many opportunities for the community to join if serious about positions needed. Friendly greeters and busy personal! Many crafts for home decor.

Once the greeter accused me of stealing my own gloves I wore in, I still went back, the when the went to everyone checks themselves out I went to an open register because they were busy she wouldnt help me. I said I was disabled and needed help. Her response was you dont look disabled you can do it yourself. Finally today an item I purchased but hadnt usedbut
Always a disaster. Never ever shop here. Theres never any parking, you are guaranteed to get your car door dinged, people who come here are rude, disrespectful and Careless. Never any shopping carts, shelves always empty and could never get service from workers. Not even management wants to help. Ive seen multiple managers ignore that a customer is waiting for a key to open a locker. Dirty restrooms with homeless people sleeping on the floor in the restroom. I attached a photo of how they mop, Ive seen multiple people mopping like this here. Papertowels and a broom. No sanitizer or soap.
Is hit and miss as they are out of several products! I love their organic food 😋 I dont recommend the meat products 😢 the customer service is none existing! Also great prices on bathroom essentials! The early you shop the better, I dont recommend you shop after 12pm! Also make sure you lock 🔐 😌 and park as close as possible to the store and dont leave anything valuable in car including simple change! Make a list and download the app it tells you where an item is located and how much it costs! You should always be on alert ⚠️ in and out! They have easy online purchase and easy pick up! I dont recommend the grocery pick-up as the vegetables they pick for you are not ripped or are damaged! Prices wise you cant compare them to any other stores within king county!

Ugh! What is it with these guys?It was nice to see today that they finally have some new electric carts (the scooter things) so there was actually one available when I came in. However they still show horrible accommodation for mobility challenged folk like me. The new nearly all self-serve check out is impossible to negotiate with a motor cart and there are too few people to help you out. Today I even had 2 items ring up with the wrong price. It takes me twice as long as any other place when I shop here.What keeps me coming back in spite of this is that they have decent prices on most things, and good prices on snacks, candy, soda, and housewares. You can also get many OTC meds, beauty products, and such for good prices here. Sometimes you can get some cute clothes, but be sure to inspect the fabric and construction quality before you buy as that can be a bit haphazard. Basically I shop here for specific items, but go elsewhere for most of my needs.
It is so frustrating to shop here. There is only ever 2 checkouts open even though they have like 16 registers. The self checkout lines are about 15 people deep most of the time. And to be perfectly honest the discount of shopping there isnt even 3nough to justify going. Id rather pay a little more and go to Target.
!!!A very very poor customer service!!!This afternoon 08/28/2021at 5:40 PM to 8:00PM, I have been awaiting for help at least two hours and no help, sadly I wasted my time and I didn’t get help, finally I get out from the store with no help at all, I asked for assistance five different employees included a night supervisor, the employee on the picture even no given answer he treated me like deaf and I taken him a picture.
Meh. It’s alright.. it’s Walmart. Big lines and slow check outs.. I feel bad now though because they have replaced all but one of the cashiers stations with self checkout stands so I’m assuming a handful of people lost their jobs because of that and I disagree but whatever.ALSO THEY DONT TAKE APPLE PAY!!!!

I was trying to find a specific item in the healthcare center four separate employees refused to even talk to me much less help. I was on my way to my job if I treated my clients like that I wouldnt have a job. Finally had to go up front and someone was able to help me. Of course the item wasnt in stock.

I come here often because it is one of the few places where I can find plantains and of course I get almost everything else I want under one roof. The plantains are much better than the ones you may find elsewhere.Parking is available and there is a Mobil gas station right by the center to fill your tank if you need to.
Ive only been here a couple of times. While trying to locate products in the pharmacy area, theres usually a helpful clerk that helps me find what Im looking for. Strangely, Walmart keeps many products protected in a locked glass case perhaps to prevent theft. This makes the clerks presence even more important. Lots of self-checkout options at front.
Checkout lines were so long and unmoving that after waiting in line for some time I abandoned my items and left Walmart and went to Fred Meyer. It was busy there too but the lines moved quickly by comparison.
It was my first time there and Im impressed. It was well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable and quick employees. The store layout was great and easy to find what I needed. It was really busy when I was there yet the check-outs were moving quickly and staff were helping customers. I live up in the Mill Creek/Everett area and I can honestly say that I wish the Walmart stores here were half as nice, clean and ran as efficiently as this store was operating. Prices are low but the problem is so is the quality. For grocery shopping its a great deal. This store is all self check out and it sucks. While loading my groceries into the car, I realized that I did not scan one item. I brought it inside and handed it to one of the employees and explained to them my error. I told them that I did not want to go back in line and that I would come back some other time to purchase it. He looked at me as if I had three horns poking out the top of my head. I guess they rarely see honest people. Pay your employees a livable wage.
There is an average size produce selection here. The best part here is the price. Overall the grocery selection is small and they dont have many specialty ingredients.
Poor service and no stock on shelves. Went for 10 common household items and left with 1! Will drive to another location or Target instead, where the shelves are stocked and the staff accommodating.
Everything about my latest experience was fine until I reached the Self No cash check out. One customer left a transaction in process one check out was closed one customer needed help with her check out. If you have over 20 items you may want to use assisted check out Good Luck.

Often come here to shop for fruit, milk and meat. Really recommend the meat here, it tastes good. Especially the pork. I also like Brioche loaf sandwich, you won’t be disappointed.But can’t give a 5 stars as I don’t see friendly eyes from the employees here. Hope the Owner has a way to solve this.

It was good yet different. There aren’t really any checkers and cashiers anymore. It’s like all self checkout now. Didn’t have any problems doing it though, just felt different without much interaction from a human. I mean there was someone standing around just in case but other than that, it’s all you now ringing up and bagging your stuff.
This store is huge and has a great selection of items and amazing prices. The reason I only give it 3 stars is that the lines to check out are ALWAYS ridiculous. Anytime, any day.... Ive never visited this store and spent less than 30 minutes waiting to check out. There are many employees standing around not doing anything but only 4 employees checking people out when the line is literally wrapping around the store?
This Walmart has evolved over the last year to an amazing shopping localeI’ve always had the best customer service experiences., in every department from Pharmacy to Auto and the Customer Service desk. Management (Mr. Austin) is patient, understanding and logical. He’s respectful and it must carry over because there’s happy employees willing to provide dedicated service in every area of this newly remodeled store! One of the best Walmarts in the nation and I’ve been cross country a few times! Always clean isles, hard workers and kindness .., it makes all the difference to me .., it’s where I don’t mind shopping and spending my hard earned money! Always finding bargains I love that! Keep up the great work and kudos to great management!

The absolute worst store I have ever been in. Not only is it understaffed and filthy inside and out; it is jam-packed full of too many sketchy people, whom are in turn inconsiderate, rude, and down right nasty! In both hygiene and personality! We even refuse to take our daughter there. We ONLY go there, if we have no choice.

Very convinient and quick checkouts. The money center on the other hand is a little difficult. I tried sending money /Walmart to Walmart i didnt have my ID but a picture of my ID on my phone and they also have my information and a picture of my ID on file but srill was refused service for sending MY money. Its not like i was trying to recieve money or cash a check but trying to send MY money. other than that Walmart is a great place to shop.

I called Walmart in Renton, WA to see if they have any Hyper Tough 116-piece Home repair Tool Kits in stock. I was put on hold for 17 minutes. The same woman kept coming back on the line saying the home repair section is not answering. After about 12 minutes of that she never came back on the phone again but the line kept ringing to indicate it had been forwarded to that department. I finally hung up. The logical solution would have been to go find someone in that section and tell them to answer my call. I attached a photo of my work phone to show how long I was on hold for. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Walmart for this item, nor any other items ever again.
I love this Walmart. My family and i go their to buy general home necessities like shampoos,baby needs, toys etc. also my husband is planning a trip to 🇮🇶 Iraq so we are buying gifts for our family back home such as toys and clothes. The prices their are amazingly cheap but good quality! My daughter knits/crochets so we buy all her yarn hooks and other yarn needs at Walmart (the quality of the yarn is great! I recommend red hearts or lion brand)lThe employees are friendly and the checkout service is very convenient (self checkout). Overall this is a great shop definitely recommended!

Called on one of the hot days we experienced in Seattle for a screwdriver. Took forever for someone to answer. When I asked for tools person kept repeating we do not have fans or air conditioners. I said how does it make a difference if you have fans or air conditioners if I am looking for screwdrivers? She transferred me to tools...surprise, surprise no one answered. Walmart could save a lot of money disconnecting this stores phones. No one answers...not when I called. When I arrived there were associates walking around and not busy assisting customers. I am done going to this location...also not very clean looking
Customer service is definitely not existent within the employees so I wouldnt expect to get that here. But the store does have a decent amount of different kinds of stuff .
I had the chance to go to Walmart this late afternoon and my experience was pretty good! I saw the long line as you check yourself out and thought I would be here forever. The employees were very helpful in making sure everyone and everything was running smoothly as possible for all!!!

Its this location, 1 of the 2 federal way spots OR super awesome auburn location I CHOOSE RENTON but super crowded extremely frustrating when getting ready to check out to finally leave WALLY WORLD because there is 40 employees on the clock YET ZER0 LANES OPEN TO CHECK OUT. No matter your cart size its self checkout ✅✔️ for you! ...OH and sometimes some of the self checkouts only take cash or card either or so make sure that you know before you Scan and pack up your entire order that you you aware of the currecy your machine is accepting.
Just really bad. Its a normal enough Walmart but no person working there was helpful or knowledgeable of anything related to the store. I needed to cancel a online pickup order, so I went to customer service. They didnt know how to help, so they sent me to the pickup area. The lady there said she could do anything to help and she was too busy. I went searching for a specific item, the person in the department told me the item would be on the other side of the store. Luckily, I already looked up the location in the Walmart app which told me this attendant was wrong. They didnt help me find it, they just said it was across the store and when I said told them I already checked there and the app says its here they just left. The store wasnt super busy or anything.
You can get almost whatever you need. The pricing is also good. The store has been remodeled. Easy access to store
They basically given up on any level of customer service. There are no cashiers or open lines for people who are buying large amounts. Everything is self check and everyone is corralled into limited space to self check regardless of the number of items. Theyve removed all price check readers and when you ask, they tell you to use your phone. They list items online as being available in a specific store and it never is. I placed an online order for pickup at one of the only two locations available. It sent me a verification of pickup and then sent me another text saying order had been canceled because the item was not available (even though it was being shipped to the store). When you can actually find a staff member, they are dismissive, unhelpful and clearly stopped caring a long time ago. But hey, they are making sure mens underwear is kept safe. Its all kept locked behind glass like an IPhone so you have to walk around until you find someone (who will then tell you thats not their department) and when you are finally able to score a 3 pack of boxer briefs out of their secured cabinet, you have to be escorted up to the self check corral where they will hand your high value underpants over to one of the two people in charge of that circus to guard until its your turn to check out. Take a hard pass if you have any other option.
Not a delightful experience when trying to purchase a cell phone charger here. My wife said the female employee standing by a cash register rudely told my wife this aint a checkout area, go to the front or something similar. I do not recommend this store. Even Walmart should have some sort of professionalism. Scraping the barrel for employees here. Getting down to the sludge.

Its now self checkout only. The lines are ridiculous. The setup for self checkout doesnt make any sense and is cramped. Got rid of the employees for profit? That harms our local economy. Will not be coming back.

As far as this walmart goes its terrible, lines are getting worse due to the self check only lines. Cant even get a belt with out having someone get it for you then take it up front and try and get someone to help you find it again very frustrating. Over all experience is just bad. It was just very Busy. But Walmart is my favorite store from Washington State To Louisiana Hope they never close them down. But I have Health issues and if I decide to get a bit of exercise walking around the store. Im pretty wore out, so it would be nice if there was A place to sit. Waiting in Long lines is Super Painful for me Feeling like Im going to collapse is really scary. And of course all the carts are in use. Ive been ordering food online but Walmart has such A slim selection I cant get what I need 😞 But its still my favorite place the prices are Great 👍 Thanks for taking the time to read my post. South Medford WM has hadTo lock up so much of their goods because of theft To lock up so much of their goods because of theft from so-called transients. Then you can never find a WM worker to unlock the display. This is the worst WM I have ever seen.

I appreciate that the employees are not constantly hovering over my shoulder, asking if I need help finding anything. It is nice to shop at a place that doesnt treat me like a criminal. They must have a huge loss prevention team but I dont notice it.
Never enough open registers for the amount of customers but thats most Wal-Marts. Their customer service could be improved if the employees had a friendlier demeanor. I always address the cashier and asked them how their day is and some arent very interactive. Always wish them a nice rest of their day and rarely get a response. They really need a customer interaction training class to improve customer service.
