I received a bid from Omar to add insulation to my attic. Was able schedule it for a week later. This morning their truck showed up 30 minutes early. Asked if it was too early to start. They were done in about 2 hours. Did a great job, cleaned up and were gone.The installers were great. Polite and conscientious. The bid was $900 cheaper than the other bid I received. I would recommend them. Long-time, local company that was great to deal with. A good experience.

Rip off they tell you how much to buy and when there wrong they charge you 20% to take it back??? I had one bag too ($59.00) many and talked to the office to see if I could bring back one bag that they told me I could, They told me they wouldnt charge me the restocking fee.There mistake and I pay more, POOR Customer Service and a rip off when they made the mistake. I later looked at Home depot prices and found Knex prices are higher. With that being said I paid hundreds more and no customer Service, than they charged me 20% to take it back. WOW 11.00 worth losing a good customer?After spending over $5000.00 or a lot more in my life time you would think $11.00 would be easy to return, no they would rather lose a customer over them being wrong. It was there mistake not mine why would they think they should charge me to put it back on the shelf.

I recently just open my account with them and explained my need for urgency and they took care of everything I’ve had three deliveries from them and absolutely no problem the communication is seamless and I very much enjoy using them as my distributor have use others before but none compared to the quality of Knez materials

Quick service even with the no contact rules.. Always friendly staff and they carry the Things I need to get the job done.. Home depot dropped the ready tex so I have literally no reason to shop there or anyplace else i only use Hamilton products so lowes is out too.. Great place for drywall supplies!

Update: I had to return a few items that were left over, and the owner came over and helped us, and Doug was very helpful as well.Ask them about their “printing machine!”A bit low-tech, but everyone cares about the customer, and very helpful. It probably didn’t help my cause that I accidentally dumped a bag of quick-dry concrete on their parking lot!!

Wonderful buildings,amazing staff,gorgeous loaded site truck fleet. Cant really ask for a more professional drywall/sheetrock company on planet earth. Total as a hole,the best!

They load, charge less than Home Depot/Lowes, and have 8 9 10 and 12 foot lengths of sheetrock.They have contractor hours (6:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m M-F). There is a 4% surcharge if you use a credit card. Bring check, cash or ATM card

Very helpful and informative. Work hard to solve any issues that come up. Accurate delivery time and delivery crew works hard. Returns were handled easier than some other businesses. One of the few choices for drywall delivery inside- for about the same price as the big box stores. Would gladly make purchases from them again.

I had my 12,000 sq ft warehouse insulated by KNEZ in February... I worked with Bart. I was originally quoted a price with a $.25 rebate from the Oregon energy trust. I was told I might need to insulate more of the building than I wanted to in order to receive the rebate. When the agreement was drawn up they itemized the energy trust rebate and it said I would NEED to insulate the extra 1700 sq ft in order to get the rebate, so it was worth it. Half the rebate was to be profit and the ONLY reason we insulated the extra portion of the building.Fast forward a week after job completion... I send an email to Bart asking what we need to do to get the rebate. He tells me he will fill out the paperwork on Friday as he does paperwork on Fridays... two weeks later I cant get ahold of Bart. He wont call me back wont answer my emails. So I call Liz at customer service and she tells me she will check on it and get back to me. Bart calls me back and tells me he will get it in by the end of the week. NOTHING!I waste more time trying to track him down and get nothing back AGAIN. I call Liz on 03/02/2016 she sounds irritated and tells me shell check on it. She sends a message back saying she has contacted Bart and it will be processed tomorrow........ Now were almost in September. But I call from time to time and send Bart emails because its fun to be ignored and lied to.I really am shocked at this company, I feel like they are getting ready to sell or something. THIS is how a 3rd generation, family run business, treats its customers???When I realized Bart was a, say anything to get the sale, type of guy I started keeping track of my correspondence with this company. If something isnt done immediately I will be taking them to small claims court... out of principal. I dont care if it cost more than the value of the rebate. I am shocked and I will get to the bottom of this.P.S. When the installers showed up the first thing they said to me was how long did Bart tell you this would take us in a round about broken English way, I say 5 to 7 days, he was very irritated looking and said it would be 12.... and it was. So I was not entirely surprised this happened which is why I started keeping track of who lied to me and when. I was willing to overlook this as I wasnt asked to pay extra for their faulty assessment (which the installer could tell was faulty in 5 minutes of being there, if he knew, why did Bart not know?)The thing that REALLY sucks is they had my business without lying to me, their track record had me sold... so this is pretty lousy.
