Im an independent homeowner whos aiming to redo my own roof with professional-grade materials. Several of the places I went to werent willing to sell to me, but Allied was willing to work past that. The staff were friendly and professional, and willing to go the extra mile for me.Pricing was reasonable and they have an excellent selection. Took delivery at a time of my choosing, and the crew were fast and experienced.Of particular helpfulness were Dan, who has a wealth of knowledge in the industry, and Burlie, who was friendly and helpful, and who even gave me a followup call to make sure everything went successfully.Would definitely do business with again.

They dont care about people, they dont care about your time, they certainly dont care about the drivers that deliver product to them! Ive seen molasses move faster! I wouldnt use them for anything!

Worst company to use ever. Have not had a good experience using them. Ordered material a month ago, requested a morning drop off, money was taken out of a week and a half ago for the material. Called the day before the job to verify the time of drop off, after calling multiple times and being told they would call me back, I finally called 30 minutes before closing to find out the actual time. They told us we would be the second drop of the day. Current day came, waited till 345pm and finally called to find out where the material was. I was told it was on the freeway and would be there in 30 minutes. 510pm rolls around, still no material, call the office, and they are closed. Get the number to their dispatch, explain to them we have an open roof, waiting on material. They said they would call us back. 20 minutes later finally get a call back saying, yeah we dropped the ball on that. The soonest we can get it to you is tomorrow morning. We will see if they even show up on time tomorrow. Time wasted equals money wasted. This company has costed me money. My suggestion is to never put any trust in this company and use another one.

Very unprofessional, couldnt keep track of my order and I requested morning delivery and its 3pm and no materials. Worst company and customer service experience ever. Id rather carry the 32 squares on to the roof than use allied ever again. Most of these 5 star reviews sound like their employees got paid to write them. Dont be fooled. Go to any other company for a better experience!!!

Ive been using Allied for many years now theyve always been prompt and I had a great selection for everything I needed. The only drawback is when you go in to get parts sometimes the yard can be rather congested and it takes extra time to get materials but not too bad.
