Went in about 5 minutes before closing to look/buy a grapple, even though they had a last minute rush of customers, the staff was extremely helpful and patient....not in a hurry to leave.. I had multiple staff members help me, from one walking out to show me the grapple to another saying he would load it (I really thought they would say the machinery was already put up and they wouldnt have a means to load it) and another to get me checked out...by then when I walked out it was already in the back of my truck and I was ready to go. Extremely satisfied and will definitely be going back. Thanks!

If you are someone of importance, I suspect these guys would treat you right. If you aren’t, we’ll.....Bought a 50hp NH Workmaster from these guys last year. Added a cutter and a loader to the deal. Got a call that my cutter came in a few weeks later,and before I could pick it up, they told me it sold. I later found out my original cutter went to someone else of importance. I wound up going with another brand cutter they happened to have in stock.I sold that tractor and won’t be doing business with these guys anymore. Never really felt like they appreciated my contribution to their business from the very beginning.Not going to get into the service experience, but I would highly advise to keep a close watch on that labor item.If you are looking for the BEST tractor buying experience, I would recommend checking out Deen Kubota.

I’ve been tryin to buy a tractor for two weeks! Called up and the owner said to stop in and he would get me set up. I don’t habe bad credit or anything. Wasn’t looking for anything unreasonable. I called three other stores they never called me back. I went in and found what I wanted than two days later they delivered it. Now that was great service. But than we realized they forgot something they came back out to make it right no questioned asked! Than today they called me and asked me to look at something cause the tech couldn’t remember if he tightened something properly. Said if he didn’t don’t worry we will come back out and fix it! They have the sale the could have just moved on and told me to hit the road they could have not said anything but they stepped up and took care of me! If you want a family owned business that treats you like family than go to them!!! Rex the owner set me up and Pedro has made sure im 100% satisfied!

These idiots ordered the wrong parts and wouldn’t give me credit. ( 75.00) And they admitted they shouldn’t order parts without the serial number!!! But they did! They didn’t realize I was going to replace 2 of my Ferris zero turn mowersSo they lost probably$ 25.000 just because of there ignorance! So I purchased Kubota’s this time!I Win they loose!! They have no conception of how to run a business!!! Idiots!!

Worst service experience. My family started a landscaping business in 2015. We bought our first 21” commercial mower and had no issues. Went back to purchase more equipment and get our residential 22” toro mower looked at because it kept stalling on us but was only a few months old. I was told that I would not be charged for them to look at it I assumed because it was still under warranty. We bought our second 21” commercial mower the day we dropped it off. After getting it home, I noticed that the mower had no fuel in it or oil. That let me know that they didn’t do a make ready. I was called and told my 22” was ready, they said it was a dirty air filter. I responded that it was impossible because I had already replaced it. They charged me $56 for a diagnosis of a machine which was still under warranty. I see that the air filter I put on was replaced with a completely clogged up one which was not the same one that I just put on the day before I dropped it off. The mower still had the same issue and eventually the motor locked up about a week later from what I seen as a bent crankshaft. They couldn’t diagnose a major issue as a bent crankshaft from a mower that has never hit nothing but grass. This should have been my warning sign. We went back multiple times buying new equipment, trimmers, edgers, and blowers. I even went to them again to purchase a v ride but there’s was not working. I did buy a stihl Fs 91-r from them on 7/25/20 We had issues of stalling and hard to start with it the first week of use and took it back to them where they adjusted the carburetor. We used it for another week and had the same issues and we took it back and again they only adjusted the carburetor. We used it for two weeks hoping that it just needed a break in time but it would keep stalling and being hard to start for us. I took it in around 8/21. They kept it for about a week and called to say it was ready on 8/26 we used it the next day and returned it on 8/28 due to the same issues. I did my best to follow up with them, every few weeks even went to the dealership a few times to ask because I wasn’t getting answers over the phone. On one visit they said they would send it to Stihl so they can look at it. After almost 3 months and we were finally going into dormant season I filed a BBB complaint. Finally got a response from them saying that they could not duplicate the issue, and I should contact Stihl. So I did contact Stihl, they inform me that my equipment is not even registered, which is the dealers responsibility, they never received the equipment, and they called 4 bros on my behalf. I get a call the next day from Stihl around December 29, 2020 in which they said it was ready and I went and picked it up today 1/7/2021. My equipment looks like it has been hanging up on the wall for this entire time. The guy who replied to my BBB complaint came out and verified that it had been. This is not customer service, professionalism, value, service, or honor that they claim to abide by. They lost our account with them. We’ll find another dealership who values their customers. Now this is the true issue that this company has and is reflected in every bad review that is posted. We are in the business of landscaping to make money, there is no way on gods green earth that any company will waste their time, fuel, and energy to bring a perfectly good running piece of equipment back to a dealership more than 4 times and file a bbb complaint for nothing. We had issues with the equipment and your staff couldn’t fix it. Y’all were more worried about spending money shipping it to Stihl than actually fixing my equipment. This is not a ploy to make you look bad just an actual account of events that I experienced.

Wonderful people to do business with! Went into the store with a particular chainsaw in mind...after discussing what I was using the chainsaw for.. they were kind enough to recommend a cheaper saw! Amazing customer service to steer a customer to a better product for their needs and at a lower price than what was expected!

I bought a Ferris zero turn last summer. Work great ! I mowed and the middle blade was gone . This machine has 25 hours and I don’t know of any hard hits . I called them and took it to them and they put new blades . I have a new Holland tractor and this zero turn and they are my go to when I buy or need service. 😎👍

Worst customer service. Our mower has been here for 1 month and was told today, after being told last week that the parts would be in on Thursday that they still have not come in. We asked to pick our mower up and they told us they will put it back together Monday but not after 2pm on Friday. So now they are putting our stuff in a box .Yep, a box so we can pick it up and get it fixed. Four brothers.... You have the absolute worst customer service and we will never use you to service our mowers or ever buy another piece of equipment from you!!! Not to mention, we are reporting you to the better business bureau.UPDATE: so after this review posted, we got a call from Pedro saying our mower was ready... They charged us $420 for solenoid. Could not believe they still charged us this amount after the terrible customer service and using after market parts. Dont use these people. Complete scam artists.

I had taken my Scag Turf Tiger to a Plano repair place. After 4 trips and close to $1000,I had enough and took my Scag to Four Bros. They repaired it the first time and I wont go anywhere else. I have never met anyone at Four Bros that was not courteous and helpful. And if you need something picked up, Robert is the best.

Business does not warranty their work only covers parts for 10 days only. Worked on our lawn mower. Worked once afterwards and spewed oil and gas out of the carburetor. Didnt work after. Do not waste your time or money on this location. Im thoroughly dissatisfied. Waste of $160. Scam artists. Will never do business at this location again.

My boyfriend was in communication with Bryan for over two weeks. He went in to Four Brothers, found the tractor he wanted and Bryan said that he would have the tractor ready by the time we returned from Europe. So, once we got back, we went to Four Brothers and the tractor still wasnt ready and we were told to give them a couple of more days. Today, he went in and Bryan wasnt there and neither was the tractor. Needless to say, they have terrible customer service and lost a sale. We found a better tractor elsewhere.

Used a new Toro self propelled mower 1 time. Rear wheel height adjuster kept collapsing. Took it to 4 Bros. in Terrell. 4 techs gave it their attention and experience!! I was in and out of there in 15 minutes, problem solved (factory) and no charge! I am a customer for life. Taking donuts on Wednesday!!!

Morons!Took my chainsaw in because it had a fuel leak from bad fuel line but I wanted to be sure it wasnt the vent as well. The guy who took it in said he would call before they did any work. The next call I got was to say it was ready. I went to pick it up and my jaw dropped when they said $67 for A FUEL LINE. That is a $2 part and 5 minutes worth of work! Live and learn.....at least I thought I got the vent checked.A couple months later I take the top off to do regular check at the start of the season and THE FUEL LINE IS CRUSHED BETWEEN THE COVER AND THE CASE! So not only did I get over charged but the lazy morons didnt even bother to run the line through the bulkhead so it was out of the way. Come to find out they probably had the bulkhead out but stripped it and rushed it back together. (Sigh)I dont know what these guys are good at but from what I can see it isnt much.
