I have tried to call this location for 2 weeks straight. I was beyond frustrated! I called today and spoke to a gentleman today by the name of Ben Gibbons about a S140 my mom. He was super helpful and made this experience so much better! I will return to the Terrell location to work with Ben!

My new John Deere lawn tractor was delivered from a different dealer in west Texas with several issues.United Ag & Turf handled these problems promptly and completely. I cannot say enough good things about the service department, sales and management at Terrell United Ag for taking great care of me. Maintenance experiencewas incredibly professional.Own a Z John Deer model, 0 gravity riding mower.Took it in for a tune up and worth waiting.It may 10+ years old, after I got it back, the mower runs like a new one.Staff is friendly.Would highly recommend.

JUST BOUGHT THE BUCKAROO TRACTOR PACKAGE AND COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH THE PURCHASE. GREAT TRACTOR FOR MY 6 ACRES AND GREAT EQUIPMENT TO TAKE CARE OF MY GRAVEL ROAD. THE MECHANICS IN THE SHOP ARE FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I DIDNT KNOW WHAT I NEEDED EXACTLY BUT JASON WAS AWESOME IN HELPING ME FIGURE OUT JUST WHAT I NEEDED TO TAKE CARE OF MY PROPERTY. GREAT DUDE HE EVEN CAME TO MY SHOP IN FORNEY SO I WOULDNT HAVE TO SHUT IT DOWN TO SIGN PAPERS. WILL FOR SURE BE DOING MORE BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE.

Jason Frazier is the best!!! We have bought Deere equipment from him for years. They get short staffed at times and have to juggle multiple customers at once. But know they will take care of your needs and we have seen them make time for people after hours even. They appreciate business of the small farmer or a commercial operation. Jasons experience and knowledge is something we have utilized through the years and we will only shop at United Ag with Jason!!!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.This was not even close to the mower i was looking for I wanted a all wheel drive 4 wheel steer Diesel mower not GAS.When i replied thats not even close to what i wanted I got no response Just because you do not have it instock does not mean you cannot get it you are supposed to be a JOHN DEER DEALER guess I will buy from another dealer.I also tried calling I sat on hold for 20 min. Then parts picked up when I specifically told the automated assistant sales then put me back on hold then to a voicemail box if this is how they are im glad im not a customer.

I ordered a JD lawn tractor from HomeDepot and they suppose to deliver to me but the unit was damaged upon arrive. They scheduled a delivery date and some one suppose to contact me that day. I waited the whole day and was excited about to see my new tractor soon. But no one shows up and no one contact me. The next day I messaged them for update and was told the unit was damaged and will be repaired. The fact is that the unit was sitting in their facility for two weeks without any actions taken. No update was given to me during these two weeks. I have to message them to ask for the status of the unit after almost two weeks and was told by the person that she is in logistics I need to contact service but no number or contact was given to me. I have to google their service number and then called the number. After few tried and finally get to the person who knows about the unit and told me that no actions was taken yet and was waiting for response from HomeDepot. I contacted HomeDepot and they said they said JD should ship a new one if the unit was damaged upon arrive. The dealer called me later said JD told them to fix it and did not get instructions from HomeDepot. I got conflict information and still do not know what will happen to my order to date. I just hope they will get me a new one some time before winter time. I understand things can happen but lack of communication is not acceptable. If nothing happens, everyone will be excellent, it only makes differences when things do happen. This is the time shows who is good at customer service. I did not buy the unit directly from them but I still think I deserve their attention. They will make a profit one way or another. Very frustrated! Terrible experience!Update: May 13, 2020Per their marketing request, In E mailed my information to them but nothing happened afterwards.I waited another week till April 18, nothing happens and no body communicate with me. I eventually called Homedepot and waited a bout hour get thorough and another hour to let them figure out what is going on. The Homedepot lady told me the unit was damaged beyond repair and they gave to cancel my order and reorder another one. I waited another 3 weeks and finally I got my tractor. The tractor got a small damage when the gentleman drive the tractor from his trailer but I was able to repair it.It takes so long just to get a tractor. The coordination between Homedepot and United Ag & Turf is far from reasonable. I ordered the tractor on March 28 and got it on May 13.

Great staff very knowledgeable but a little high on the mark up. Some mark ups are 5 to 7 times the cost of the parts. But you do get it right then so I guess the cost of convenience.

I usually have good experiences with Terrell location but this time they seem to be dropping the ball, was going to purchase a zero turn mower and it took them a week to tell me they didnt have it in stock, I asked about a different one that may be easier to get and have heard nothing since, Ive bought houses faster than this. Will be purchasing from somewhere else

WORST JOHN DEERE DEALERSHIP EVER! TERRELL TEXAS.I took my MX5 Rotary Cutter down there a month ago on 6/12/19 to get new blades put on it. Three weeks later I called to check on it only to be told someone would call me back. They never called me back about it. I called several times yesterday (7/9/19) trying to get a hold of the service department . It rang and rang and rang. Called back 3 times with the same results. Never got through to them so today I went to pick it up and they had no ideal where it was at. All they knew about it was that I was in their computer system. Didnt even know where it was on the property. I had to go out in the yard with JIMMY the SERVICE MANAGER and point it out to him only to learn that they never did anything to it. When I told JIMMY I cant believe this BS he copped an attitude and got very upset telling me it was not his fault. Blamed it on someone named PATSY saying she doesnt work here anymore. JIMMY never apologized or tried to make it right by what I would expect from a John Deere Dealership. I spent over 20K at this dealership when I bought the Tractor and MX5 brand new. This dealership could easily figure out who I am and call me to make things right but I wont hold my breath. It sat down there for a full month and no one had the decency to do anything about it. Heres the kicker. I am going to trade my John Deere Tractor in on a NEW one this fall but after the treatment I got it will be a NEW HOLLAND or a KUBOTA .

If I could give United Ag and Turf zero stars it would be more fitting. Bought a Z915E with 54” deck and a Gator XUV 560 together almost exactly 1 year ago. The 915E has been amazing and the Gator 560 is junk. I recently emailed the Ennis location, specifically “Joe Park,” to get a price quote on a 5075M. The M-Series is a step above and has a little more bells and whistles above their E-Seies line and will run somewhere in the neighborhood of 60k for the tractor alone. After 4 days, I had yet to receive a call or email regarding this machine so I took the initiative to call and requested to speak to an owner. Needless to say I never got a return phone call or email from United Ag and Turf in Ennis. Baffles my mind that a buyer, who is going to spend somewhere in the neighborhood or 80k plus after implements cannot get a return phone call or email. Go ahead United Ag and Turf and put your little saying at the bottom of this post stating, “Sorry we weren’t able to meet your needs” like you do with all your customers at the bottom of this post. I will be selling my zero turn and Gator and switching over to all Kubota products before spring.

We have purchased several things from this location with no problems however when you need something serviced they don’t get it done in a timely manner and they don’t give any kind of direction when dropping something off for service... “you just take it around back” with no assistance from someone in service. The manager at this location is very disrespectful to his customers and will cuss you. We will be doing business elsewhere from now on.

Its about to be Hay season again and I keep Jason Fraiser on speed dial.You can always count on Jason to respond, he truly understands customer service. Ive bought several new pieces of equipment and Jason makes the process simple and pain free. I recently bought a used 14 Swather that I saw at the Ennis, Tx location and I bought it thru Jason. The machine had some issues that showed up shortly after I purchased it and Jasons group worked night and day until they solved the issue. Today, the Swather works like a brand new piece of machinery thanks to the guys in Terrell.

I purchased a tractor package and added a couple of hyd cylinders on the box blade. and it took Jason Fraizer weeks to secure the cylinders and weeks to get them installed and they were not installed correctly. The service manager is hunting down the fitting to make the correction, but Jason has not even bothered to contact me since all this occurred. I guess he just did not appreciate my business.
