Tom and the crew are super friendly. Its a great place to hangout with family, friends, and soon to be friends. They have a ever expanding selection of products. Best of all you can bring your own games, even if they dont sell it yet, and play on any of their tables. Fingers crossed for some Battletech action soon. A definite must visit location.

Im a local guy, and a Dad, who also happens to be a gamer. I am leaving 3 stars because while I am very happy there is a LGS 10 mins from me; I also want to insure I temper your expectations.Im trying to be firm but fair. Look, we are coming off a horrible year to do anything financially invested and I cant imagine the stress of opening a new shop during the pandemic. I do sincerely hope theyre able to weather the storm. I know many shops count on the pull-through and cross-sell from FNM / MTG, Pokemon, DBZ etc. and so I dont totally expect them to be at full running speed in just their first full year of real business.Couple things:1.) Be more aware of what your gamers are doing in the store, and how it affects the patrons who may be dropping in for the first time, or with children. I was there during the day on a Saturday with my 9 year old Daughter. There was a small group playing MTG near the register. One young man in a wheelchair was dropping the F and Sbomb with really no social awareness of who was in the store. They were also (it appeared) Vaping. The young person at the register also didnt seem to be too terribly concerned with their noise level or the type of speech going on.-Hey, I get it. Its an open play environment and its awesome that you offer that. NEVER change it. But, it would be nice if youd reinforce some sort of decency / decorum for those who wish to play in store. While my children are well adjusted and Im a former Marine who is used to profanity; many arent. For my first visit to the shop, it was kind of off-putting that it kept happening for the 15-20 mins we were in the shop and it left me wondering if this was an actual business or just a hang out.On a positive; I was able to meet a nice young lady painting minis and a gentleman assembling tables for what I assume was large scale combat games who were both amiable and chatty. But these are some issues I hope will get addressed.I hope this constructive (fair) criticism gets back to the owner so they can perhaps tweak / adjust their experience to be not only more welcoming but to embrace a wider audience.2.) Selection while good, isnt what I would call expansive. There are the usual stuff you cant get at Target selections like some typical DnD style table tops games, but aside from a very large assortment of TCG products, there isnt much in the way of hard to get expansions, exclusives or game store Limited Editions. Publishers offer these to most retailers they just have to ask for them. (they are however admittedly for a smaller target audience so perhaps the owner doesnt want the risk of sitting on unsold product.)Lots of us wanna-be collectors just want to be compelled to pick up something cool. So put some cool bundles / store exclusives together. Be a destination for a Franchise like Armada, or DnD 5e, etc.IMHO, the owners should look to put together their own store combos and host a lets play for the premium products to attract an audience. This works pretty well for other shops. Lets face it, there arent 20 GS in the metroplex theres like 6 worth a dang; and the competition are shops like Common Ground and Madness. Theres lots of room at the table out here in the boonies for a shop that can offer something we cant get at those bigger venues. So, while nobody should reasonable expect these new guys to have 2,000 sft. of product it would be nice if there was a greater selection of individual expansions for common titles like Carcassonne, Catan, Dominion, Haunted Hill, Arkham Horror, etc. to fill out our sets. Or, maybe even just offer a sign up list for local folks to get their hands on Elite Trainer Boxes, for instance. These seem to get scooped up by resellers and hoarders and it would be nice if folks in your own neighborhood could sign up to be guaranteed a box, if theyre local to the area.Lastly, and I hope this one will definitely be a focus. Embrace other social media aside from Facebook. Believe it or not, there are lots of folks like me who are not on FB.

These guys are the best. My son wanted to come up and learn to play pokemon and we asked if we could bring a cake for his birthday. Not only did they not have a problem with it but they even gave my son some pokemon cards for his birthday. I have not been to many stores that are willing to give a 9 year old something for free because its his birthday. But all that aside their prices are very comparable to other stores and even Amazon. Overall I would recommend this place without a second thought. People are nice and the prices are good. 11/10 would shop again.

I first visited Heroes the night before Christmas Eve while looking for a few last minute gifts. I had a chance to meet Tom and Chris, the resident D&D partner, and speak with them at length about a number of gaming topics. I can see the passion here and I am excited to have such an amazing place so close to home! There is no doubt I will be a regular of Heroes and I look forward to seeing it grow! If you like mini-wargaming, tabletop RPGs, TCGs, or board games, you need to stop by!

The place was good, I went there today, but I would like to recommend a few things for your store. I get that the store is new and all, but right now, Im getting into the Dragon Ball Series, like today I wore a Goku Black Rose shirt, so I would say try to get more Dragon Ball Z stuff, like the Dragon Ball Stars figures and the S.H. Figures and the statues and maybe even the manga. I think you would make more money and more customers for your store. Im just giving advice, and you dont have to take it.
