Today was the first time we visited this place and were hooked. The owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have so many games to choose from and even have games you can borrow to try out if youre thinking about getting the game. They even have gaming nights on Friday and Saturday. This is an awesome new game shop in Terrell. If you havent checked it out yet, you definitely should! We picked up some expansion packs for Unstable Unicorns as well as the gift edition of the new MTG Adventures in the Forgotten Realms. Nothing else to say. This is what we have been needing. A local, family friendly game store run by gamers, for gamers. Healthy selection for a small shop and looking to expand (i believe). Also, open play on Friday and Sat nights so take your favorite box up there or play something from their very own family collection. Great place to grab some Pokemon TCG Boosters or Decks when all the other shops are picked clean. Hurry and become a regular before everyone else discovers this downtown Terrell Gem.

This was a great little shop tucked away in downtown Terrell. The owner was very sweet and knowledgeable about all the games. There were so many games to choose from! They host game nights, and are working on allowing customers to rent games to take home and try out! We will be back for sure! Thanks for making our first visit so great!

What a great place to go in Terrell. All kinds of games. Weve purchased several games here, and its been great to play them with friends and family. There are a lot to choose from however the owners will walk you through what each game is and how it plays so you get what you want. Also, they host game nights where you can learn to play a new game (they have lots of demos).

My husband and I love having a local board game store to frequent. Bard Owl has a unique mix of games and I always find a game Ive never heard of when I walk in. The owners are very knowledgeable and they host learn it nights so customers can learn how to play the featured game before you purchase.The service is outstanding and the shop is very organized and clean. Their attention to detail stands out and you can tell how much they care about what they are doing. All this to say this is an amazing board game and card store and I cant wait to come back for more.

Bard Owl Games is a family owned store. They are very family friendly and the most helpful people I have met. They go out of there way to find a game to fit into your needs. And will teach you how to play all games in there store. Friday and Saturday they also do game nights where you can try out most of their selection of games.

The owners are great people starting a board game family business in the heart of downtown Terrell, TX. The owners have an informed opinion on most of the games they sell because they have actually played most of said games. They also offer board game nights that are open to the whole community. This is definitely a place anyone that goes through downtown Terrell should go!

This place is incredible, the friendliest owners I’ve ever met and an incredible selection of board games to choose from. They host game nights on Friday and Saturdays for people to come in and play something new they haven’t played before. Every game I picked up the owner could explain it to me in great detail. I ended up purchasing the game Scythe from them and am looking forward to going back to purchase and play more games!

This place is amazing! Finally a FLGS (Friendly local game store) that is close to me. The service is wonderful and the owners are knowledgeable! This is my go to shop for games and I couldnt be happier to have found them!

So amazing to have a store like this on the east side of town! Location is great! Love the store itself! Andrew and his wife were amazing! Extremely knowledgeable but also very personable and passionate about gaming. They will take time to chat with you and answer all your questions! They even hold gaming nights to play games before you buy them! They also enjoy teaching game! I can already tell I am going to be spending WAY too much money in this store!
