Mr. Koppe is the new store manager that helped my wife and I secure a bedroom suite for our new home. We had it within days of the purchase. i was leery when told the delivery would be so quick. We have experienced weeks of delays from other furniture stores. To our surprise he came through. Great furniture at a great price. Our family will definitely purchase more items from them for our home. I would recommend this location for their honesty and determination to serve you the best way they can.

Was so excited for our new mattress we purchased. Nick was extremely knowledgeable but then when it came to picking it up we had all sorts of issues and lack of communication. I couldn’t even get ahold of anybody at the Greenville location because it was closed when it was supposed to be open 🤔 I had to call the Terrell location to get any feedback to the where abouts of our new bed. There was a nice couple that showed up to buy a mattress too when I was outside waiting but went else where since the store was closed when it shouldn’t have been. Poor for business guys

No stars. This place is horrible. They dont answer the phone. I definitely dont recommend. Mattresses are overpriced and slump in within 6 months of use. They just sell so they can get their commission and disregard any issues you have. No one should ever have to pay triple the price of what its worth, especially when the quality is low. The positive reviews have to be fake due to them only contributing to one review.UPDATE: The response of the business says enough. You just opened, but have been open for 20 yrs? Yea ok. I dont appreciate the disrespectful response from this and to delete it also. Shows the true character I guess.

Bought two of the best mattress in here! They also had new brands like “Diamond” and “Malouf” products available! LOVED the prices compared to mattress firm and other companies; they make great deals without the want to scam you on thousands! On amazon the Serene elite is $5000+!! My husband and I came in today unsure of what we wanted, but also knew we didnt want to get ripped off. Our salesman (initials SW) was AMAZING!! He showed us ALL different styles that we were looking for, including specifying certain things we were needing for our backs and body temps! There was only the floor model left that he had JUST put out, and let us buy it! He helped wrap it up and made sure we got the best deal! By far the BEST HANDS DOWN mattress store. I am a VERY picky person, and it takes a very calm natured person to help me make a decision, and he was 100% phenomenal!! You will NOT find another mattress store like Mattress Zone, I guarantee it!! You want something specific? Go here!!! You will not be disappointed! Thank you so much!!!

This place does not even deserve 1 star. We bought a mattress from them with the protector.After the first night, we knew we wanted to return it. It felt nothing like the one we’d chosen in the store.We went in, chose another one & paid the difference. When they finally delivered the new one (after several delays) it had multiple stains on it. When we called to complain, Nick the “manager” was no help at all. All he kept saying was that the stains “are probably glue”.. My point is, If I buy a NEW product, I don’t want ANY kind of stains on it. Common sense right!?He continued to argue with me about the stains even though I had pictures & his delivery driver did as well. Nick refused to give me a name or number to his manager & We never got a new mattress.If you shop here, be prepared for junk products & horrible customer service.

Amazing experience! I was in the store for about an hour and 45 minutes really getting the feel of the mattresses. Nick was absolutely wonderful! He helped me find the bed that was just right for me. He was so patient and help me understand what I was actually looking for by the questions he asked. He Im was very knowledgeable about each matress and why they do what they do. I went in the store and talked to a guy named nick. He showed me 3 difference between 3 queen mattress and he said don’t pay attention to the price I have a better price for you I would recommend anyone to go to this store in Terrell store. Talk to Nick he is awesome

This is a sleezy and non-respectful business. They cant even get their own business they have to try and steal customers from other stores.Their prices are way higher, they have shady sales practices, dont be fooled by their likely false reviews as well.

The gentleman who helped me is very (very) knowledgeable about their products. Also, this is my second time at that store within a 6 month period (he didn’t remembered me, but I remembered him) and he’s offered me a great deal on matessses both times! My mother and I bought mattresses from here years ago, it was probably a different company but same location, and we are still enjoying them! Highly recommend anyone to stop in and say “Hi!”.

We purchased a mattress from here and we it slopes and there is a board going down the middle of the bed after one week . We called and also sent in pictures as we were asked to, and nothing was done. We bought this bed from Nick when I was doing my chemotherapy and he said it was a get bed. Please really think before you buy a bed from here.

Very disappointed with this place. My mattress has a very noticeable slope to it and a large board/stick? down the center that is extremely uncomfortable. I would definitely never buy from here nor recommend this place to anyone I know. I purchased a memory foam mattress so obviously I was expecting it to be that in its entirety, not two segments attached by a two by four.

I had a bad experience the sales guy didnt tell me the truth to begin with said I could bring the bed back if it doesnt work for me within 6 months and I paid well over 1300 for a bed that I didnt sleep any better on then one I had paid off then when I tried to go in and let the owner make it right I get told well I am sorry he no longer works here and well there is just simply nothing we can do since you did financing you can call and have them pick them up but you will lose all your money you paid so yep there goes 1650.00 down the drain I will never shop here again they dont even care to try and make it right at all just a well that is unfortunate basically no thank you better business bureau got my call and rating today and so did the finance company looks like yall will be a cash store from now on. Oh and he doesnt return phone calls either shows how much he cares about customers and there experiences in his store.

Incredibly Rude! Went to buy bed frames for disaster relief. Asked if it would be possible to return them if they were unused. He said NO RETURNS. Then he muttered that he could get fined if he allows anything back in the store. He was offended that my wife rolled her eyes in disbelief. Then he asked for my name, phone number, & email. After he asked for my address I asked is all that necessary if you wont take returns? He then told me I could shop elsewhere, because I was being rude! I asked if he was joking.

I Went in and ask for warranty help with Golden mattress we bought less than 2 years ago (worst mattress ever) and was told there was nothing they could other than sell me a new one. They wouldnt even attempt to pull up the sale so I could get another copy of the receipt so i could contact the golden mattress co.. NEVER BUY A GOLDEN MATTRESS and expect nothing from Mattress Zone after you hand them your money.

Very disgusted with this place. You mean to tell me you are going to charge a poor grieving wife a restock fee of $300 when she called to cancel a mattress she ordered for her husband. She canceled it because he passed away after surgery. Y’all are some heartless people.

I am very unhappy with this company I purchased king ranch style frame and less then 60 of my purchase the frame broke and they want me to pay for the parts to fix it even tho they seen pictures of were it broke and says it is a manufacturer defect. Now i am stuck with something that i am unable to use spoke to the saleman and he says that the manufacturer laughed at him when he told them it broke but wont give me the info to contact them on my own i do not recommend this company at all! 👎

I was unhappy about the financial place they use. I was unable to pay off my bill in 3 months. So I ended up paying way more th a. $1300 for what I bought. That is not right at all. I will never go back to this place and will tell people I know to not go here.

This was the last mattress stop on my list, going through Rockwall, mesquite, and Dallas. What really sold me was how well of an employee Mike was, he walked me through everything and made sure I wasnt leaving unless I was 110 percent happy with my purchase. I will be coming back
